The presence of such a structure in Sicily is a merit and a great honor. We have been coming back every year since it opened and every year we are more and more happy to be back again, there is always something new

Definitely the best choice to stay near Syracuse. stunning views to Ortigia, sandy and rocky beach in one place. The rooms are comfortable, classic design and marble in the bathroom with Hatria porcelain

Etna, they bay and rolling hills of Siracusa. This is a bucket list must stay resort for couples. Service was also top notch and all staff were extremely helpful and polite

After that, everything at the Borgo di Luce was like a dream - having breakfast at the edge of the pond with ducks bathing nearby, having a sip of vine at the beautifully located terrace with potted lemons, having a stroll down the pristine nature surrounding the old Monastery

The menu is so and so in terms of tastes and variety + rather limited (4 different menus). If you stay more than 4 nights you are out of dinner options (this is providing you can eat everything on the available menus)

The driveway to the Hotel was emblematic of the fantastic location - nothing can supersede driving under the branches of hundred years old pines

The club house by the pool offers a selection of light lunches that are a bit overpriced and some of the proposed items in the menu were completely unknown to the staff. The pool area is fairly clean

The breakfast is amazing The golf course is well maintained Negative sides: The lunch is great at the golf corner (do not bother with the pool lunch as it is both bad and takes a long time to receive it - 50 min waiting time) The dinners are rather bad (a failed attempt to prepare gourmet dishes)

When asked to change rooms, we were told the hotel was fully booked…Upon checking in, we were offered a spa voucher, except the spa was under “treatment” our entire stay, that’s unfortunate

It's a short distance to Syracusa but they run shuttles and we had are own car as well, so it was easy to get about

Beautiful structure (gym, SPA are wonderful and mini club, baby sitting are top services for families with kids), many beautiful rooms and everything taken care of to perfection, it is not easy to find similar places in Sicily

Came here with a deal for access to the spa and a 3 course dinner. The spa was very nice, with a variety of different rooms and not too busy. The meal was a good standard with excellent wait staff

Wonderful experience, the hotel is an oasis of comfort. Our two year old daughter loved the jacuzzi on the terrace of our room, as well as the indoor and outdoor playgrounds

Nice looking hotel and well located within easy walking distance of most Ortigia sights. There is a ginormous jacuzzi in the basement, as well as a sauna, steam room and treatment rooms

We visited in mid June when it is hot, so were not that interested in the sauna/steam, but were a little surprised to have to ask the staff to prepare the area for us (to be fair it only took 5 minutes) - they go downstairs and turn on the lights, etc

We didn't see anyone in the restaurant in the evenings. There is also a rooftop 'garden' terrace and bar. we found a deserted terrace with 3 dying plants and no sign of a bar or any service

Had a great stay at the hotel Roma. The rooms were huge, and in a perfect location, close to the main square and laneways full of restaurants and bars. My highlight at the hotel was by far the breakfast each morning

If you planning on coming to Siracusa Sicily, you just have to come here. Breakfast have a bunch of different options from healthy ones who care about calories to a more Italian traditional

It is especially good for children, with lots of avtivities for them (indoor and outdoor playgrounds, pool area for kids, etc). Although you can find easily peace and tranquility

I would expect to get a bathrobe and a slightly more ‘modern’ bathroom (the shower is really tiny! If you need to take the shower with your kid you can barely fit inside!)

Sometimes the venue hosts weddings but normally they are not interfering and they tend to end at 00am. An improvement is needed in the rooms, especially in the bathroom

location is just few steps from Greek theatre park. hotel is very modern and well kept. rooms are clean and functioning. they have a gym that is not too small and has a good number of machines

Very close to the bus/train station. It is a short walk to the downtown area. The rooms are decent the air-conditioners work very well. I thought their breakfast was amazing! They do everything they can for you!

The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet pedestrian zone and very close to all main attractions. The staff were truly helpful, especially Christian who took great care of us during breakfast

No car park for guest in front of the hotel because almost​ places are for local residence. If have luck can find free places but only if you have luck. If not paid 10€ per night to nearest car park

The food is extremely cured with many different options, always close to the Sicilian tradition. Many extra services are offered, such as beach shuttle (daily fee), bike renting for free, cosy gym, dog area

Excellent hotel and spa resort. Nice and quiet with a limited number of rooms. Slightly remote so you'll need a car for sure to access local towns and restaurants. Good quality service and a beautiful spa

Best accommodation where we stayed in Sicily, we spent 11 days around the island, every day new city and hotel, we changed our program and stayed another night, it was us and two other girls but it seemed to have everything the villa at our disposal, very kind Supun who brought breakfast from the bar included and the outside garden and pool very clean already from early morning

Nobody will be disappointed by staying in villa Antares

We stayed for a week in Villa Antares in early September 2022. The Villa was made with outdoor relaxation in mind- the views, pool area, outdoor kitchen, and yard are truly wonderful and well kept

There is garbage on the streets, roads are not maintained, and it looks rather run down. We needed to travel to nearby towns for groceries and to go out to dinner (Avola, Noto, Sirasusa/Ortigia)

The cons of the villa include small bathrooms and showers, hard towels, limited wifi accessibility (did not reach any of the upstairs rooms), and occasional ants in the kitchen

Some other perks included the robes provided in each bathroom, groceries available upon arrival to villa (milk, yogurts, rolls, jelly), and on site washer/dryer
