Enjoyed this hotel tremendously. Located in the quaint city of Trabia. A train station is nearby to take day trips to Cefalù or Palermo. The hotel has a little beach to hang out in. The breakfast comes with the stay and includes great coffee, pastries, fruit, scrambled eggs. Staff is very friendly, including the manager Angela. Note that the water in the room is not free of charge.

Stayed 3 nights due to maintenance work on the boat I was on. Reading the bad reviews, I was positively surprised when staying there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The peace and quite of the villa and the surrounding. The place has an amazing view and a very nice swimming pool area.

Beautiful views! After a slight mishap with our room, Noemi and Elisa, were able to get us in a room that we (me, my husband and 2 teenage boys) were all happy with. We stayed here for four nights and found the hotel very good. Our room had a sea view and a balcony which we really enjoyed. The hotel is clean with access to a small hotel beach (not the private beach club seen on the photos). The restaurant next door is really good too. This is one amazing hotel to stay at. the facilities are absolutely outstanding staff very friendly and have very good English so if you don't speak Italian don't worry speak very good English. The room I stayed in was top notch in great condition and was looked after very well after day. Overall this hotel is one of the best would recommend for anyone

Fan damn tastic. Amazing experience well worth the price of admission. The all exclusive is worth it and grants you a wide array of privileges. The drinks alone can easily make back a substantial amount of the cost back. The beach bars are particularly generous and often give you above the normal shots per drink. We stayed at this all inclusive resort in June 2021. The place is renovated and everything is running smoothly. Staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. They made the experience extra special for us. The room is modern and very clean, food is excellent with a very wide variety to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay :)

The property is beautiful but lacks overall cleanliness. The streets are dark and there's a lot of foliage scattered around. The entrances to the bungalows aren't spotless, unlike the rooms, which are very clean, but the bathroom has an unpleasant odor.

The hotel was nice but it was all inclusive and the food was pretty mediocre. They have a la carte restaurant but they were always all booked. I tried to book restaurants for dinner on the first day I arrived and they were all booked. I was unable to experience any dining options I was told were available to me as all a la carte restaurants were booked for a week. Alcohol options were good and beach always had subbed available

Everything is great overall. Good food, service and entertainment. There are few areas to improve on: 1) Increase the availabilities to book a la carte restaurant. (E.g. steak restaurant was only available on Tuesday and Friday. There was no availability when we tried to book on the arrival day already) 2) Rental equipments was old and we can't use it to play tennis properly.

The hotel definitely isn't 4* although it is pleasant. The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff is nice. The pools are small and don't have any features other than warm water. Picked this resort on Sicily as a place to end our vacation after traveling around on the island. Did not regret the choice. It's a fairly small resort but has all the facilities and then some, and we could enjoy a week of good food and beverages, relaxation both at the pool and the beach. Our group of five Italian American tourists enjoyed our 3 days at this lovely agritourism resort. The owners (husband and wife) were very friendly and the breakfasts and dinners were very tasty. It is a fine jumping off point to visit Cefalu and to purchase ceramics in Santo Stefano di Camastra.

The room/bed/elevator/parking was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish). The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese).

Decent Stay with Friendly Service Our stay at Hotel Villa Rossi was average, as expected from a 3-star property. The rooms were basic but acceptable. A good place to eat and to sleep.

The design is absolutely 20th century, as is much of the room aesthetic, which ends up feeling quaintly nostalgic. Waking up with a view of the sea at sunrise is a definite perk.

As for the stay, everything went relatively well, except that those who wanted to enjoy the pool in this heat would have to deal with a lifeguard who was perhaps a horrible, pretentious lifeguard with no respect for the tourists who were staying at the hotel, so for anyone who wanted to swim, choose another hotel. Paolo, a bartender at the NH Hotel is amazing. He was attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived and until we left. The hotel has beautiful views of the sea and the breakfast is a large variety of fruit, pastries, eggs, and breakfast meats.

Paolo was fantastic - he helped us while sitting by the pool and also in the evening with cocktails. The hotel is a perfect location, clean and safe. Their food is also fresh and delicious. Constantino makes an amazing espresso martini as well, one of the best we have ever had!

Very comfortable room and location, worthy for the price

Got a single room facing the road and railway station. Very noisy! First they gave the room facing the yard but it was smelling cigars too strongly and I asked to change it. No soap in the shower, slightly dirty and dusty. Too small.

The room wasn't very large, with just one queen-size bed. The bathroom curtain was a bit crudely hung and sometimes needed to be manually adjusted (you need to be at least 1.72 meters tall to find it easy). The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, but check-in is not until 3:00 PM. The best part is that it's conveniently located across from the central train station, just across the zebra crossing...

We had paid the city fee (tax) to a front desk clerk when we checked in on the first day, but when we checked out, another clerk told us that we had not paid the city fee. We described the clerk who collected the money at that time, but the clerk who checked out said there was no record, and because we had to catch a train, we had to pay the city fee again. This was a bad experience.

Amazing Staff, Delicious meals, Relaxing Property, Beautiful Countryside, Great DJ and Dance Party our last night. We stayed in this Agriturismo for 4 days. Everything was perfect. Very good food, clean and beautiful. Hosts are very nice and helpful. They do their best to give a good service in everything! Highly recommended

They did not jave the air conditioning on when we got to our room and the temperature was not satisfactory. They wanted us to remove the key card that controls the air at the front desk, which I did not appreciate

Two night stay We stayed for two nights. The first night, the bed was very comfortable, but the restaurant upstairs was loud until 1 a.m. On the second night, we changed rooms—the bed was very hard, but at least it was quiet. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was just okay at best, but the rooftop views while eating were beautiful.

Great hotel Friendly staff, nice breakfast and a fantastic view of the city from the rooftop terrace. This is my second stay at this hotel. I prefer a room away from Via Roma, because the streetnoise is loud. Mattresses are a bit hard. I will stay here again next time i'm in Palermo.

Centrally located with excellent view/ balcony. However, extremely noisy all night long with uncomfortable bed left me sleep deprived. The mini fridge wasn’t working and I reported it on first day but it never was repaired or replaced. Shower is approx 3ft x 3ft, very tiny, luckily I’m a small lady, larger people would have a difficult time. I will not stay here again.

There is no elevator on the first floor. Only one small elevator for the whole building. Guests have to carry luggage up one flight of stairs to access elevator. No bellman to help you either.

Comfortable and clean room, good location in the city center and near train station, good breakfast with the best view in the city.

This hotel was even better than I expected. The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of everything. My room was beautiful, amenities plentiful and breakfast in the morning had everything you could ever want. The staff was exceptional and helped me with anything I needed, especially Claudio and Maria! Will definitely be back!

Such a beautiful hotel with all the luxury you would need to enjoy a wonderful Anniversary celebration trip. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. Beautiful rooms in this hotel very cute in a way halfway between the station is the center of Palermo. Both within 5 minutes walk. Costs less than a b&b and the reception is open 24h with staff very courteous and helpful.

Very good small hotel in the city center. I stayed there for 3 days 3 years ago on my trip in Sicily. Fair price and nice intersting decorated rooms, clean and with a balcony. Receptionist was kind to suggest me good place to eat.
