Enjoyed this hotel tremendously. Located in the quaint city of Trabia. A train station is nearby to take day trips to Cefalù or Palermo. The hotel has a little beach to hang out in. The breakfast comes with the stay and includes great coffee, pastries, fruit, scrambled eggs. Staff is very friendly, including the manager Angela. Note that the water in the room is not free of charge.
I organised a professional seminar with 70 people over 3 days in the hôtel. Everything was perfect, from the réception to the meeting room as well as thé restaurant with our grateful Maître Roni. Thanks everyone for make it easier for me and for your professionalism Laura
Stayed 3 nights due to maintenance work on the boat I was on. Reading the bad reviews, I was positively surprised when staying there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an old building (old tuna fish factory, I think). The building seem to be well maintained and upgraded so it is a nice balance of old history and modern amenities to make the stay comfortable. All common areas are tidy,...
Basic rooms ,no wifi in rooms Great service from the restaurant staff and room keeping A special thank you to Flavia and Frederica who helped me in the restaurant . I also want to add the food is great in the restaurant and they have a fantastic selection of local wines.
Everything about the hotel common areas is nice. The rooms are not nice. They are small, dated, a little depressing and not as clean as I wanted. Towels are old and rough. Pillows small and lumpy. TV 12" and no English channels. Very little soap and shampoo. Bathroom not modern. Hotel has nice views, convenient to Palermo via train, helpful staff, good food and wifi.

The peace and quite of the villa and the surrounding. The place has an amazing view and a very nice swimming pool area.
Structure equipped with every comfort. Beautiful views, peace and a pleasant evening breeze. Very kind owners, we had our dog with us who was welcomed well. Highly recommended.
Brand new and clean houses equipped with all comforts, wonderful air conditioners, swimming pool and outdoor environments always clean. Relaxation assured, wonderful place. PS. A little attention to the towels and the sheets and pillowcases you provide, it happens that stains remain 😉
Nino and Nicoletta exceptional hosts. Enchanting salt water swimming pool (20 mt.). An explosion of uncontaminated nature, organic garden available to guests, production and sale of quality olive oil. Relaxing and restorative holiday.
Come and tell me whether it's more amazing the place or the host. To me they're both otherworldly
One of the best places to stay in Sicily! You come as a guest and leave as a friend. Awesome pool, beautiful rooms and calm area surrounded by olive trees. Relaxing holiday guaranteed!!!

Fantastic location with small private bay. Wonderful sea and landscape. Personnel is friendly and efficient. Restaurant Is led by experienced maitre and waiters/ses are so nice and gentle, great local food Is served. Animation by Peter Pan Company led by Rio and Agazio Is awesome, fun, professional and warm.
Good level of price vs quality! Food was delicious. Thank You for great risotto and best tiramisu🫶 Staff is very friendly, private beach is perfect, and the view... it’s amazing. We really had a good time here and will be glad to come back!
Probably one of the best location in Sicily, the most beautiful private beach in an alcove scenario, a really beautiful pool and the village is scenic. The hotel rooms are obsolete and in need of a serious upgrade. Our room had an amazing view but the aircon wasn’t working, it took 2 days of complaints to finally change room. Breakfast is average but the dining room needs to be brought to modern times...
A completely relaxing holiday in a place where nature is still the master and paints a beautiful picture that can not help but catch our eye, giving us a feeling of infinity. The extraordinary thing is that you admire it from your room and live all day on one of the typical beaches of the coast, which look like jewels of the world. High-level animation with artists who make the stay in the village...
Exceptional holiday, fantastic location, breathtaking views, functional hotel with two swimming pools and access to a private beach. The hotel is very good. The rooms are good and clean (everyday cleaning), breakfasts also very nice. The beach is beautiful, privet with free sunbeds, towels, mattress and sups. But please note that Friday-Monday this place is very noisy cause of banquets at the restaurant. I would recommend owners to make the noise regulations after 23:00 cause it’s impossible to sleep 😅 In all the other aspects this...
Beautiful views! After a slight mishap with our room, Noemi and Elisa, were able to get us in a room that we (me, my husband and 2 teenage boys) were all happy with. Great service and amazing location. There are 2 restaurants, bar and snack bar in the resort. The beach is private, with plenty of chairs and sport equipment. The pool is gorgeous and over looks the beach. We would definitely recommend...
It’s a great hotel. It’s Clean the staff is on point and the views are amazing. The pool is great the beach is even better. Just 3 suggestions if I may #1 an espresso maker in the room for people the wake up early because the bar opens at 8:00 and the breakfast at 7:00.#2 the breakfast gets kind of boring after the third day always the same thing and I don’t get why there is rice with hot dogs for...
The hotel has a great location, clean rooms, and good service. The breakfast is average, and the internet connection is very poor. It’s peaceful and enjoyable during the day, but it gets quite noisy in the evenings. Additionally, on the top floor, there is table and chair rearrangement every night, which can be quite disturbing. If it were possible to tolerate the noise, after dinner, the rearranging...
We have suite for family. Room is freshly renewed, modern, spacious, clean, all well arranged for family needs. Hotel itself very nice, clean, very helpful, hardworking and kind personel. Hotel has free beach chairs in the beach which is very close, lifeguard is also always there. Hotel restaurant is serving delicious food, personel in the evenings makes you feel very comfortable. We stayed here for four nights and found the hotel very good. Our room had a sea view and a balcony which we really enjoyed. The hotel is clean with access to a small hotel beach (not the private beach club seen on the photos). The restaurant next door is really good too. We were not impressed by the breakfast buffet which we thought was poor. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, air-conditioned rooms in the heart of the old town of lower Termini. Very pleasant welcome. However, no credit card payment. Provide cash. No breakfast on site but in a nearby bar.
Convenient for those arriving from the port. Structure that immerses you in an atmosphere of other times. Pleasant experience. Mattress (I would not have given him a trustworthy penny) for 10 !!!!
Structure that I found on Google, managed in a familiar way .... The managers Enzo and Aurora are very nice, Enzo just needs an input and turns into a volcano 🌋 n eruption, a river in flood, Aurora, very sweet, of few words but very attentive, nothing escapes him ... Great food, I'll be back and recommend it .. Structure neat and CLEAN !. I felt at home.

At all my experience of travel it is a little paradise, one of the best on our planet. From the atmosphere of beautiful bays of the province of Palermo, to room service's attitude - everything is ideal. Nice hotel in a pretty location, nice pools, food average. Reception staff friendly, comfortable room. Music loud and late a bit unnecessary perhaps. A few areas require attention to detail. ( dirty towels outside toilet area all week) Massage amazing once located. Could do with some English speaking staff!

Nothing extra. We paid for a room we got a room. There was a small TV if we needed it. It was attached to a restaurant that seemed well liked but we didn't go in.

Fan damn tastic. Amazing experience well worth the price of admission. The all exclusive is worth it and grants you a wide array of privileges. Many choices of restaurants Food was ok Restaurants were usually quite busy
The property is beautiful but lacks overall cleanliness. The streets are dark and there's a lot of foliage scattered around. The entrances to the bungalows aren't spotless, unlike the rooms, which are very clean, but the bathroom has an unpleasant odor.
Hotel to come back to. Fantastisk hotel med højt serviceniveau og komfort. Rigtig god mad og masser af det. Lidt forvirring mht bordbestilling på deres a la carte restauranter. Men ikke noget, der ikke blev løst. Lækre pools og en okay strand. God wifi og tv-kanaler.
The hotel was nice but it was all inclusive and the food was pretty mediocre. They have a la carte restaurant but they were always all booked. It’s not close to very much so getting other flog nearby is very hard. It’s also very much a hotel for little kids and every night they played the minion movie outside (to no audience) so we got to hear the same movie over and over. Views from the hotel and...
I tried to book restaurants for dinner on the first day I arrived and they were all booked. I was unable to experience any dining options I was told were available to me as all a la carte restaurants were booked for a week. Alcohol options were good and beach always had subbed available
Everything is great overall. Good food, service and entertainment. There are few areas to improve on: 1) Increase the availabilities to book a la carte restaurant. (E.g. steak restaurant was only available on Tuesday and Friday. There was no availability when we tried to book on the arrival day already) 2) Rental equipments was old and we can't use it to play tennis properly.

The hotel, setting is beautiful, the staff very nice pool is beautiful and clean, rooms are nice and clean and nice views, cleaners very nice and in every day, beach is lovely there are big stones/pebbles but that’s they type of beach it is natural. Really nice hotel, would have 5 stars but the little things let it down. No tea/coffee making in the rooms and the room safe is only usable if you pay 2/3 euros per day. It’s there, they can’t remove it!!! Food and facilities are great. 2 minutes walk to the beach. The TV hardly works
The hotel is hard to find due to lack of clear signs when you get close. The rooms have a wonderful view of the pool and sea. However there are many disappointing things that the management needs to resolve extra costs for the safe in your room, to park your car, the use of pool towels plus the drinks are expensive and food at lunch is all but none existent and expensive. It all makes the guests feel...
The highlight of this hotel is definitely the pool. If you are coming to the Mediterranean for the sea, however, this is not the right place. The beach is very disappointing: a rough mix of rocks and coarse sand, poorly maintained, with large waves crashing in a shallow area, making swimming both unpleasant and unsafe. The water is murky and uninviting. That said, if you prefer swimming in a pool rather...
Hotel and location set up was lovely. Quiet location. Could have done with running the shuttle bus a bit more regularly and maybe in the evening, so we could experience the other towns at night. Some of the people reviewing this hotel are ridiculous. Obviously it isn’t a five star hotel and marking a hotel down on things like there’s not many English people or staff spoke to you in French is stupid. The hotel definitely isn't 4* although it is pleasant. The rooms are very clean and the hotel staff is nice. The pools are small and don't have any features other than warm water. Thing that saddened me the most was the Monday candle light dinner. If you're paying for all inclusive it's outright a scam.

The room/bed/elevator/parking was comfortable. The staff was nice and friendly. At the set dinner, it would have been better to have 3 dishes to choose from per category. If there had always been three types (pork/beef, chicken, fish). The breakfast was lacking in vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers), and it would have been better to have a larger selection of savory foods (meat, cheese).

An old hotel on the outskirts of the city that offers good value for money, especially for those travelling by car. Palermo is a large and bustling city, but the hotel's free parking is easily accessible before the city centre gets busy. After reading some of the reviews of the hotel, I was dreading checking in. Yes, the hotel is a bit out of the way, in quite a run down area but Ubers and taxis were reasonably cheap. A good place to eat and to sleep.
The design is absolutely 20th century, as is much of the room aesthetic, which ends up feeling quaintly nostalgic. Waking up with a view of the sea at sunrise is a definite perk.
As for the stay, everything went relatively well, except that those who wanted to enjoy the pool in this heat would have to deal with a lifeguard who was perhaps a horrible, pretentious lifeguard with no respect for the tourists who were staying at the hotel, so for anyone who wanted to swim, choose another hotel. Wonderful hotel. Clean friendly. Martina in the dining room and the gentleman behind the bar ( whose name I did not get) were both terrific in assisting us. Thank you Geerd Mattheus
Paolo, a bartender at the NH Hotel is amazing. He was attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived and until we left. The hotel has beautiful views of the sea and the breakfast is a large variety of fruit, pastries, eggs, and breakfast meats.
Paolo was fantastic - he helped us while sitting by the pool and also in the evening with cocktails. The hotel is a perfect location, clean and safe. Their food is also fresh and delicious. Constantino makes an amazing espresso martini as well, one of the best we have ever had!
Overall, the hotel is a nice environment, but there are definite drawbacks which would prevent us from staying here again (we’re actually leaving earlier than planned). The biggest issue is the in room climate controls. While there is a thermostat in each room, allowing you to change the temperature, no matter how low you set it, the coldest the room will ever get is 23°C (~74°F). And, as many are...
Our room was small but perfectly formed with everything we needed. What let's this place down is the service. The breakfast was average. The coffee machines were not working either day we stayed. The produce itself was poor with very little choice. The pool area is beautiful. Plenty of towels and beds. However the service around the Poole is extremely poor and expensive. Two soft drinks (that took...

Extremely good location. Daily cleaning. But the room is extremely simple too, don't even have kettle..
Very comfortable room and location, worthy for the price
Got a single room facing the road and railway station. Very noisy! First they gave the room facing the yard but it was smelling cigars too strongly and I asked to change it. No soap in the shower, slightly dirty and dusty. Too small.
The room wasn't very large, with just one queen-size bed. The bathroom curtain was a bit crudely hung and sometimes needed to be manually adjusted (you need to be at least 1.72 meters tall to find it easy). The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, but check-in is not until 3:00 PM. The best part is that it's conveniently located across from the central train station, just across the zebra crossing...
Not a bad hotel. Took for one night. Breakfast from 7 am, did not manage to get to it. There were no problems with hot water, Wi-Fi works
We had paid the city fee (tax) to a front desk clerk when we checked in on the first day, but when we checked out, another clerk told us that we had not paid the city fee. We described the clerk who collected the money at that time, but the clerk who checked out said there was no record, and because we had to catch a train, we had to pay the city fee again. This was a bad experience.

Overlooking the marina, Allakala B&B is in Palermo's historic centre. It has excellent bus links around the city and modern rooms with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and marina views.

Fabulous location. Breakfast was good. Very kind and understanding staff, especially when we were both unable to finish our dinner due to illness.
Fantastic setting and view, amazing swimming pool, super tasty local food and wine, staff went over the top to make you feel well cared for. Great place for relaxation
Wonderful place, nice old buildings full of tradition and charm, in the middle of the nature. We stayed here for three nights beginning of the summer, the room was very nice, clean, beds were comfy and the view very nice. And there was a lovely pool too. Also we ate at the restaurant which offers their own farm products, everything was freshly prepared and tasted very nice. Staff and owners are so...
We stayed 4 nights in July everything was perfect rooms clean, very good food, the staff were friendly. Thanks for everything especially the cake you made for my Birthday. It was nice and relaxing Holiday.
Amazing Staff, Delicious meals, Relaxing Property, Beautiful Countryside, Great DJ and Dance Party our last night. LOVED this place, and the little hilltown of ALIA next to it was classic Old Italian Charm. My family won't forget this stay. Their tour of the agriculture side of their operation is very cool. Only an hour and 15 min. from Cefalu', a classic Piazza and Beach Town to follow the visit...
We stayed in this Agriturismo for 4 days. Everything was perfect. Very good food, clean and beautiful. Hosts are very nice and helpful. They do their best to give a good service in everything! Highly recommended

They did not jave the air conditioning on when we got to our room and the temperature was not satisfactory. They wanted us to remove the key card that controls the air at the front desk, which I did not appreciate
Two night stay We stayed for two nights. The first night, the bed was very comfortable, but the restaurant upstairs was loud until 1 a.m. On the second night, we changed rooms—the bed was very hard, but at least it was quiet. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was just okay at best, but the rooftop views while eating were beautiful.
Great hotel Friendly staff, nice breakfast and a fantastic view of the city from the rooftop terrace. This is my second stay at this hotel. I prefer a room away from Via Roma, because the streetnoise is loud. Mattresses are a bit hard. I will stay here again next time i'm in Palermo.
Centrally located with excellent view/ balcony. However, extremely noisy all night long with uncomfortable bed left me sleep deprived. The mini fridge wasn’t working and I reported it on first day but it never was repaired or replaced. Shower is approx 3ft x 3ft, very tiny, luckily I’m a small lady, larger people would have a difficult time. I will not stay here again.
There is no elevator on the first floor. Only one small elevator for the whole building. Guests have to carry luggage up one flight of stairs to access elevator. No bellman to help you either.
Comfortable and clean room, good location in the city center and near train station, good breakfast with the best view in the city.

This hotel was even better than I expected. The location is perfect if you want to be in the center of everything. My room was beautiful, amenities plentiful and breakfast in the morning had everything you could ever want. The staff was exceptional and helped me with anything I needed, especially Claudio and Maria! Will definitely be back!
My stay was amazing right when I walked into the door. Amazing atmosphere amazing room with a balcony. Breakfast was something Ive never seen before. Top notch.claudio’s service is the best. The front desk is extremely helpful especially Augosto. He helped out so much.
Wonderful room, super clean, comfortable bed, perfect pillows. Reception staff super friendly and very helpful they answer the reception phone 1 seconds. Big variety for breakfast, coffee fantastic as always. Cannot wait to return!
Great hotel & friendly staff! Stayed here with my husband & 2 kids (10 & 8) and we loved it. Rooms were clean and the hotel was very nice. We had the best sleep as the rooms are nice and dark and the beds were very comfy. My kids loved the pool when the afternoons were too hot to walk around & we wanted to cool off before heading out again. We ended up having breakfast a couple of mornings and it...
Such a beautiful hotel with all the luxury you would need to enjoy a wonderful Anniversary celebration trip. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. The cleanliness of this hotel superb and most importantly the service is impeccable! We’ve especially have enjoyed the breakfast staff who had served our needs during our stay here at this hotel.
All the staff at the hotel are so amazing, attentive and helpful. Agostino is absolutely great and helped us with everything we asked. Claudio at the bar is so fantastic. This hotel is so clean, great location, fantastic breakfast. We had the best experience. Best stay in Palermo! Will be back again!

Very good location near the basic sightseeing and very safe! Very big room and clean enough, warm water, nice view. The decoration was impressive as it was like we were on another century with old furniture, like a palace (rococo). Friendly staff and cozy lobby !! BUT : no elevator, too many stairs, the internet was available only in the lobby (booking has mentioned that so we knew it) and sometimes...
Very good location, clean place for reasonable price.
Very comfortable sized rooms and they even have natural soap
The hotel is located in the central area, this unfortunately results in being a (short) block from a short daytime still not active and in the almost absence of dedicated parking space or nearby. Hotel on the second floor without lift, located in an old palace. The staff is very courteous. For the rest of the rooms are suitable according to me the use that we made of us, or to stay a night passage...
Beautiful rooms in this hotel very cute in a way halfway between the station is the center of Palermo. Both within 5 minutes walk. Costs less than a b&b and the reception is open 24h with staff very courteous and helpful.
Very good small hotel in the city center. I stayed there for 3 days 3 years ago on my trip in Sicily. Fair price and nice intersting decorated rooms, clean and with a balcony. Receptionist was kind to suggest me good place to eat.
