Very nice classic residence with vast grounds - the only criticism is that the hotel is advertised as having an Olympic size pool whereas the said pool is not in the hotel grounds but 10 mins uphill walk.!!

Stayed 3 nights due to maintenance work on the boat I was on. Reading the bad reviews, I was positively surprised when staying there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an old building (old tuna fish factory, I think). The building seem to be well maintained and upgraded so it is a nice balance of old history and modern amenities to make the stay comfortable. TV 12" and no English channels. Very little soap and shampoo. Bathroom not modern. Hotel has nice views, convenient to Palermo via train, helpful staff, good food and wifi.

The best risotto I have ever had. The host was very kind and spoke our language even though we were in Sicily. The ambience was very nice.

Nice Lido where you can spend a couple of hours or a whole day. You can rent a beach chair and umbrella. Little coffee bar for a quick bite and a good espresso, and an amazing restaurant on site that opens for lunch and later for dinner with delicious typical regional dishes, and brick oven pizza but for dinner only.

Ask what's the pescato of the day: we had a delicious sea bream!

Great location and hosts. The B&B is in front of the sea and has AC (which was vital for our stay as it was during a heat wave). I would specially recommend it for families with small kids.

The structure is located in a wonderful position: literally on the sea. Cozy rooms, spotless, bright and equipped with all comforts !! Hearty and delicious breakfast. It was an unforgettable stay, large and clean rooms, excellent breakfast and strategic point of the structure; the strength of the structure, however, is the staff, always sunny and available for any doubts and requests. We booked Castello di Sabbia last minute when our Trabia accommodation plans changed. It was such a beautiful, clean and personal B&B, right on the beach. The family owned-business put such a nice personal touch on everything they did and were incredibly accommodating. We will definitely choose this B&B again. Grazie Giuseppe & famiglia!

I highly recommend. Eating a fish fry that is not too oily is cheap. It was done well. Pasta with clams sublime to make the shoe with bread. Not to mention the almond parfait. Never eaten one so good: almonds in abundance and did not have a soapy taste as found around covered in melted chocolate

This is one of two restaurants just by a small beach. The interior is traditional old style Sicily. Pretty much standard menu, I had seafood salad and my partner had spaghetti vongole. We stayed a few days ago and had a great time! The b & b is on the small harbor with a crazy view of the Castle. The room was a very comfortable triple room. All well kept and very clean, the hostess very nice and welcoming. At our disposal the boat fridge which is very welcome! Super recommended!

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt im Appartement. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Aufgrund der hohen Temperaturen waren wir sehr dankbar über den schönen Pool, an welchem uns eigene Liegen und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung standen. 😊

Der Pool war wirklich toll und wir hatten ihn fast ausschließlich nur für uns. Die Vermieter waren nett und besorgt, können aber leider kaum Englisch.

Lovely location and the property itself was clean and beautifully decorated with many quirky ornaments. We had lunch there and stayed for the day using the beach and facilities. Everyone was friendly and the dogs were adorable.The water was cut off by the water company - not the fault of the property owner who provided more than enough bottled water. Right on the ocean you walk down the steps and there you are in the sand, beautiful sandy clean beach, warm water to swim and we enjoy playing paddle ball.

If there had been the possibility of putting 10 stars I would have put them. It was our first experience and it is going to be VERY POSITIVE. Sometimes a 5-star hotel doesn't need a place like this farm, nor is it worth 100. We ate very well , homemade food, kindness, cleanliness, courtesy To be tried again absolutely. We arrived in Termini Imerese at past 22 and Mr. Antonello gave us all the information to reach the structure in an easy way. The view from our room was stunning. A small place of Paradise away from the chaos and in total quiet. The place is a whole ground floor apartment which was super great having also a private and lockable parking. A nice outside deck area for chilling. Very clean and the host was super amazing and very kind.
