Hotel is new renovated,very clean,bed comfort,bathroom nice with big shower…only issue here actually are staff at the reception!!When we came ,didn’t know that key from the car had to be left in the garage with security staff,so we were surprised,but receptionist older one in the hotel was very rude and he said;here in Italy we have some rules,this is not Serbia,Albania or Croatia…He actually compared us for reasons known only to him,he was unpleasant and when we mentioned that we are coming from Dubrovnik he said again: i was there once and never again!!!The coffee cost me too much and parking space also!
I think that staff shouldn’t speak on this way with guests in hotel no meter from which country they are coming!!!

Great location close to the trains station. I stayed here with some friends while we were in school, and this was probably the nicest hotel we had stayed at yet.
They had a program as well where if you didn’t want your room cleaned, you would get a coupon for a free drink at the bar. This was to support sustainability within the hotel.
The breakfast in the morning was also great. I highly recommend staying here.

Very disappointed with the room service of the hotel, opening our room door twice without knocking it and the same day of the check out. Apparently the cleaner wanted to clean our room at 11 and 11:30 to have it ready for the next customers when we were still in the room and the check out was until 12!!! With my husband we were shocked with this incident that happened twice, without any apology by the cleaner, attempting against our privacy and trying to rush our check out time. To be honest, not what you expect of a 4 stars hotel that belongs to NH hotels, paying more than 100€ per night...

This hotel is a gem. Located 5 mns walk from the train station. It’s another. 5/10 mns to the canal and seafront. The staff was wonderful especially at the time we arrived. Our flight was delayed by 3 hrs. So we were very late. The receptionist was very friendly and smiley. Got us sorted in 10 mns. The rooms are nicely furnished and quiet. The bed was very comfy. Bathroom have all the amenities you need. Breakfast had a good selection and the staf again very nice. I défo recommend. Planning to go back myself.

They sell a Superior Room with view but they have no view. You ask ANITA, the receptionist, for a bottle opener and she makes you feel as your request is out of sense. She is the receptionist and my request is bugging her. So is that a standard at NH hotels ? Bring your own bottle opener ? What do they do with other customer requests ?
At that price, go to a real hotel. NH is a novice in the business apparently.

The rooms have been recently refurbished and are very spacious. I liked furnitures and the space available including a full size desk that can help when you are travelling for business.
The are is perfect, centrally located with convenient access to most of restaurants and bars around.
Convenient parking at Molo4, just 150 meters away (15 euros for one night, not the cheapest but ok).
The hotel is clearly understaffed in the evening, but the ladies do their best and are providing a great service.
Highly recommended

Nice hotel 🏨. Very nice breakfast. Very rich and good quality. Personal very nice and polite. The room was not too big but ok. Was a little bit noisy due too A/C outside units on the roof. Toilet nice. Complimentary shampoo soap 🫧, conditioner, body lotion. Mini Bar is expensive. Small bottle of water 3€

Excellent hotel, great location very close to the city center. The room wasn’t huge but was comfortable and efficient. The bathroom was good. Bed is comfortable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. My only criticism is that there is no coffee maker in the room. Other than that everything was good.
