Hotel Ai Cavalieri di Venezia

The hotel is very nice, you can take a boat taxi right up to it, like a lot of hotels, but there’s also a bench right outside where the hotel is connected to the water where you can take nice pictures and watch gondolas pass by. The hotel room was also very nice and spacious, and the ceiling was very beautiful, and I’m guessing the hotel used to be maybe someone’s mansion a long time ago? The chandeliers throughout the hotel look amazing, and the breakfast buffet in the bat bar looks was also amazing. I love when hotels give out candy too, and of course they had that. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. The location is good, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. I would go here again the next time I visit Venice, I had a great time at the hotel!

This has been the perfect base for a long weekend in Venice. The room was fantastic and the service perfect! Every little detail is met and I have had a fantastic time! Definitely will be staying again in the future 🥰

A quiet city hotel with its own boat dock and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was good, and we especially enjoyed the private terrace. The suite featured an extravagant bathroom, though the freestanding bathtub was a bit impractical for showering. All in all, a lovely hotel.

Stayed there last summer for a week with my 12yo son, it was amazing. The location is just perfect, the rooms are very beautiful, we were looking for that authentic old italian luxury style and it was just perfect, but mostly, the service was just top notch, everybody was so nice to my son, and the room service tiramisu is excellent. We will come back.

During my recent trip to Venice, Italy, the group I traveled with and I experienced a potential disaster when one of our cell-phones was accidentally LAUNCHED into the water of a canal! So much panic set in knowing that the phone contained travel information and memories. Even though we weren't staying at Hotel Ai Cavalieri, their INCREDIBLE staff went above and beyond to help us in our time of need.

The hotel staff (The Front Desk Staff and the Doorman) immediately assisted me in contacting local services to retrieve the phone and provided invaluable support throughout the entire process. Their genuine concern and swift actions turned a potentially trip-ruining moment into a minor inconvenience.

Not only did they help with retrieving the phone, but their overall hospitality and professionalism were outstanding. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and truly cared about helping me, despite the fact that I was not a guest at the hotel.

I am incredibly grateful for their help and will always remember the kindness and efficiency of the staff at Hotel Ai Cavalieri. If you are looking for a hotel in Venice that offers not just luxury and comfort, but also exceptional care and service, look no further than Hotel Ai Cavalieri. My wife and I recently stayed at this beautiful property while touring northern Italy on our honeymoon. We couldn't have asked for a better venetian experience than we had at Ai Cavalieri. The property itself was gorgeous, with Italian marble and classic venetian decor throughout. The local Morano glass light fixtures and chandeliers were also a nice touch. My wife and I arrived right up to the hotels canal entrance by private water taxi and we're helped by the staff and concierge. Since we were their for our honeymoon, they graciously upgraded our room for free to a large second floor room with a beautiful balcony and all marble bathroom. We were also greeted by a complimentary bottle of local prosecco so that we could chin chin to our first night in this beautiful city. They provided us with a map and walked us through where all the best attractions were such as the best places to shop and things to see. They also offered to make dinner reservations for us at some wonderful restaurants. On our last day there, the concierge set us up with a free water taxi to the island of Morano to go tour a glass shop where we saw live glass making and had the opportunity to purchase something and tour the island. Overall I think if you are looking for a luxurious and classical venetian hotel, you can't go wrong here. We will definitely be back when we soon return to Italy

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. My daughter loved the candies they left in the room as a gift. I asked them where I could find them. When we came back from buying similar candies from the store, we found two more candies in the room. I don’t know if it’s something that they do regularly but it was a nice surprise for us.

It was one of the best hotels I ever stayed. Everything was perfect. the location was excellent. You can reach any point of interest within 7-10min by foot. There is no need for water bus service. Very friendly staff, room was amazing,very clean and great standard. I definitely recommend 👌 thank you

beautiful hotel in venice! beautiful, spacious rooms with incredible design and comfort, bathrooms were also incredibly spacious, ventilated and clean – equipped with accessibility needs for the disabled! breakfast was also great; variety of food and quality was impressive. the staff were friendly and proactive, and even helped us to arrange a water taxi to send us to the train station after our stay. this hotel is also within minutes' walk to most of the attractions in venice along with some hidden gems.

This hotel is very well located and the rooms are quite grand and beautiful. It has all you can ask for in amenities - super comfy beds, lots of space, wonderful shower. The customer service is top-notch and the breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. I would highly recommend it!!! We travelled with a group of kids and it was a very family-friendly spot.
