Reviews
The room is truly exceptional—plush mattress, completely marble en suite, Venetian design elements throughout.
The staff is so kind and helpful. We called ahead because we were arriving late, and the reception turned on our a/c to ensure the room was nice and cool when my partner and me arrived. Then, he helped bring our bags directly to our room. Staff offered plenty of insider tips on sightseeing and shared personal anecdotes about Venetian life during conversation. Hotel management also noticed it was my birthday upon check-in and had a bottle of Prosecco waiting with a handwritten note. So kind!
The included breakfast is wonderful, and the on-site restaurant is astounding! I will be writing a separate review for this, but please do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a scrumptious, Michelin-reviewed meal.
Location is perfect. A quick walk to all of the main sights of Venice. Location may be a bit tricky for folks with disabilities, though, as there is one bridge that you must take to get to/from the hotel to the key sights; however, I’m sure the hotel would be happy to offer some advice and tips. Definitely recommend utilizing a private water taxi to/from the airport. If you’re traveling by train, the Rialto vaportetto station is a very quick and easy walk to the hotel, with just one bridge crossing (not bad for Venice!)
I was so sad to leave!!!! Stay here, please! It’ll be a highlight of your trip.
The service is impeccable, the room is clean ans spacious. We even had an outside terrace ,and you can actually hang out there, sip some wine and soak up the sun. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful.
Alesandra from the concierge was very helpful and she even got us a reservation from one of the restaurants during the peak hour of the season.
Wr would definitely go back to this wonderful hotel!
The room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The location is great - it's close to the Rialto bridge and plenty of shopping and dining. The hotel offers a private gondola experience, and also a free water taxi to a glass blowing factory. And most of all, the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to give an amazing experience for our honeymoon. We had issues with the heating/AC in our room and the staff were very
accommodating and ultimately were able to get us a new room. Stay here when you're in Venezia!
First, the staff is unbelievable. They are beyond accommodating. Any question we had from restaurant recommendations to where to buy dress shoes for my husband to the best ways to get to certain locations- they were more than happy to help.
Let's talk the spa- THE BEST MASSAGE IVE HAD WORLDWIDE. I get massages often and would get in a plane just to have a massage here again. I would 1000% recommend not missing this.
Our room- suite 110. This room is what a girls dreams are made of. It was gorgeously decorated, spacious, had a dressing room, and the bathroom was AMAZING. I also have to commend them on the high end toiletries that were refreshed daily. I'm beyond missing them now that I'm home.
Location- PRIME! It was on a canal so we were able to take a water taxi to and from the airport. We had to walk over one tiny bridge turn right and we were at Rialto Bridge. St. Marks was a 5 minute walk. There was nothing we couldn't walk to within 10 to 15 minutes.
Overall, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Every single person from the manager to the bartender to the front desk staff to the wait staff at breakfast was amazing! This hotel made our trip absolutely perfect!
