Absolutely amazing property and staff! Beautiful rooms with very large balconies. Secluded quite setting on private island with just a few minute boat ride into San Marco's Square. Great breakfast, nice pools, gardens and views. Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity to make our stay unforgettable. Thanks to everyone on the amazing team there!

Beautiful hotel. Only disappointment is the AC cooling is not strong enough. After a day in the sun I want a cold room to cool off.
The staff are extremely wonderful from the breakfast staff to the service and reception all are wonderful. Will definitely be coming back here

Amazing, awesome, brilliant, and so much more. My girlfriend and I stayed here on our visit to Venice and were very pleased. It has such a nice property. Everything was clean and pretty and amazing, even the shuttle boat had super comfy seats. The location is awesome for a resort as it's located on its own island and has probably the best view of Venice from the rooftop bar and pool. The service was amazing, they even had personal desks and comfy chairs for check-in. All the staff were all very knowledgeable and helpful. The only downside is that if you want to take the free shuttle to get to the hotel, it leaves from San Marco Square, so when you're just arriving, you'll either have to walk across town, take a taxi, or take the water bus to get there. But after you get there, the shuttle is very nice as it runs every 30 minutes and runs from the early morning till midnight. Also a side note, the boat that you see entering the resort in all the videos and commercials into the private dock at the entrance is a water taxi, not the free shuttle, so if you want that Instagram picture or just the cool experience of the super awesome entrance, you have to take a taxi boat, not the shuttle. Overall 100,000,000/10, will stay here again. Also, I want to say thank you to the dock agent, I believe his name was Davide, he was super helpful and always greeted me by name, so shout out to him, he was awesome.

My husband and I just stayed here for four nights and honestly everything about the stay was 5 star. We went for the VIP airport pickup and it was so worth it! What a fun and seamless way to enter the property. We stayed in a one bedroom loft that was lovely …the whole property was stellar and the service excellent. We loved being able to take the boat back and forth to Venice. Everything about the stay was amazing! Highly recommend. We will go back for sure!

The JW Marriott has a beautiful private island close to Venice. So you have a quiet place to rest and recuperate from your days in town in Venice and any excursions you do. They have shuttles running every half hour from both directions. So it's pretty convenient to get to and from the city. Check the time of their shuttles for the morning. So you do not book any excursions that leave too early. Otherwise, you'll need to find your own water taxi.

I chose this hotel for my engagement trip - looked like a nice spot while searching for stays. Did not know what to expect and you won’t appreciate the place until you get there. Don’t take lightly that you are on a legit island away from the city. It was nice to have a change of scenery and bask in the vibes. I enjoyed my swim up but in March it was too cold to use. The room I had was amazing and just feel so clean and sharp. The food never missed at either of the restaurants. The staff are nice and make the stay more enjoyable. You also get the free shuttles through most of the day that you’ll definitely use. Advice: plan your trip accordingly with the understanding that you have to use the public shuttle or pay 💰 of a private water taxi. I’d stay here again in the summer and thanks Yuri who was the best bartender ever!

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous grounds for strolling and lounging. On its own island, the boat ride from the mainland is an experience. Excellent service and ambiance. You'll love it if you're looking for a quiet and luxurious place to stay on your trip to Venice.

Gorgeous property, truly amazing. Convenient water taxi shuttle every 30 minutes. Lovely and friendly staff. For a 5 star property at that cost, toiletries get poorly replenished, toilet seats are not soft closing so if this is what you are used to, be mindful of the clapping. Breakfast is good, not amazing, the whole middle hot buffet section is a hit or miss, u should be there early as it does not really get adequately replenished for such a large hotel, at times almost empty oily dishes- food gone. The cold buffet is serviced better. we would definitely stay there again, these r little things compared to the overall experience. Gem of a place if you have kids!
