Dear Diary - This hotel stay was fantastic! The room was a great size, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. But what truly impressed us was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly warm, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience. The location was the icing on the cake. It wasn't overly touristy, which was exactly what we were looking for. It offered a perfect balance of convenience and a more secluded feel.

Great little boutique hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and the single room I had was really nice. Location couldn't be beat. I will happily stay here the next time I visit Venice.

Love it! Privately owned hard working very friendly businessmen. It's well designed petite and quaint. I do recommend this hotel. It's easy to get to. Very clean and newly renovated.

Beautiful hotel in Venice. Great location with super friendly staff. Rooms were immaculately clean and well stocked. Breakfast was very good and had lots of variety. My wife, who booked the hotel, and I loved our stay here. It made Venice just that little more special. Highly recommended.

To be honest, we were surprised by this 3 star hotel. Some 4 to 5 star hotels can take a leaf out of their book.
The welcome on the first day was warm and we were given a calm and detailed introduction to the city, the sights and the transport options. The breakfast buffet (in a fantastic room) impressed us with the excellent flavour of the food on offer and the freshly prepared coffee.
A general comment on Venice: we visited the city at the beginning of April and were unable to confirm any of the preconceptions. The people were very friendly, it didn't smell unpleasant in the streets and some of the prices were really cheap! (2.50€ Aperol Spritz in a side street, directly on St Mark's Square in a well-known restaurant 7€). Some of the tourist traps really do exist, but you can identify them with a 5-second glance at Google Maps.

PS: we even extended our vacation

This place is an absolute gem for staying over. It's super quiet and everyone working here is just so nice. The breakfast is my top pick - it really kicks off your day right before you head out to see all the amazing stuff in Venice.

Our stay was great and we had a good time. The rooms are clean, they have nice decor, comfortable and spacious. If your room is close to the main road, you will hear people walking by, so if you are a light sleeper be aware.

The staff is friendly and attentive and at check in they are happy to answer any questions or make any suggestions about restaurants or things close by.

The hotel is super accessible to many popular areas within a 15min walk. There is a vaporetto stop close by, which is convenient.

Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Location was very good. Staff were very kind. Breakfast was good with coffee made to order. The rooms were small, but that is to be expected in Europe. Amazing value for your money. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at the Hotel Arcadia Venezia for 3 nights this month. We were on vacation for a total of 12 nights, and this hotel had the best breakfast. The breakfast was a cut above in as much as they had both savory and sweet pastry. Also, the lady that was in charge of the breakfast was top notch. Always a smile and brought us our favorite coffee from memory from our 2nd morning there. Our room was very quiet, even though we were right off the lobby/breakfast room. Great location and service all the way around. The only thing I'd caution people that there are 30 steps to get up to the rooms. I had help. But if you are traveling alone with heavy luggage, you might struggle.
