Excellent location practically halfway between the station and S. Marco, tastefully furnished and comfortable

On our last day we were able to leave our luggage without a charge and he let us sit in the breakfast room to cool off, let us use the WC and even offered us a free coffee. what more could you ask? Brilliant service

Booked through Easyjet room only but the manager is so obliging he offers everyone staying a free continental breakfast. You are given keys and an access code for the doors so you can come and go as you please

It's in a great location, less than 10 mins from St Marks Square, has a few local restaurants/cafes/bars within 2 mins walk. It is very quiet at night so had great sleep

Just stayed at this little hotel for 4 nights and have to say its just lovely! We had a huge room decorated in Venetian style on the 1st floor

It was clean and had a little bathroom, storage space, fridge, a coffee machine and a free safe and was cleaned every day

If we ever come to Venice again we would definitely stay here again

Like many other Italian locations, the bathroom smelled a little of drains (the air freshener helped, but couldn't quite cover it). The WiFi was good in one part of the room, a little spotty in the rest

It is in a good location in San Marco. A little hard to fin,d but next to an Asian restaurant. It's about a 25 minute walk from the train station. The couple that runs it are very nice

Wonderful location, half-way between San Marco and Rialto. Super-friendly couple who run the place. Decent (if a touch sweet) breakfasts - extra coffee readily available on request

The room was simply decorated but beautiful, and quite spacious. It's a little hard to find at night, but the directions from the owners are good

This was such a wonderful and special place ; so close to everything east to get to very clean ; always fresh breakfast in our room which I loved ; It was a special Birthday and Sara made sure it was by getting champagne and a rose for me to surprise him in the morning: nice warm baked yummy goods in the morning , Elisa and Sara were very helpful telling us the great places for shopping and restaurants

Small rooms (as anywhere in Venice), in our room was unpleasant odor, but staff did their best and in a few minutes we mooved to the nearest room without any problems. Strongly recommend the hotel!

Apparently the Ca' Della Loggia has a hotel and B&B. The actual location of the B&B is Calle dei Fabbri, 932-919, 30124 Venezia VE, Italy. My wife and I were welcomed by Sara who was very sweet and helpful

Absolutely delighted! The staff were all incredibly attentive, and both the facilities and my room were spotless. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and to top it all off, a fantastic breakfast was included.

Amazing place with good service

Good service and excellent location. Closer to Rialto bridge and St Marks Square. Lot to improve on cleanliness and maintenance. The air conditioner is only for namesake, and noisy from the outside and the top floor.

This hotel was absolutely AMAZING! We stayed in the canal view double room with shared bathroom and were lucky enough to even have a room with a large balcony! The bed was comfy and the shared bathroom was very clean and of a really high quality! The location is PERFECT as well - right in the thick of local cafes, restaurants and bars far enough away from the hordes of tourists, but only a lovely ...

Great location, very clean rooms (had a private bathroom) - only downside was that our neighbors were quite noisy but not the hotel's fault. Room was very spacey with a nice little balcony.

I am accommodated at this place. Nicely located by the channel this place offers you everything you need:view, clean rooms, position close to shops and restaurants, provacy, local blend

Amazing place to stay. Just a little tucked away from the busy areas, and right by some lovely small bars over the river. Genuinely worth staying here if you're in Venice

The staff were really really lovely and the building has a beautiful old venetian character to it - Extremely good value and couldn't recommend this place highly enough!

I was so pleasantly surprised when we came to stay here, Alessandro and Sara are so welcoming and amazing hosts, the room was clean and very nice, and we were blown away by the breakfast we received every morning, I highly recommend this BnB if you are in Venice

The host of this apartments is great. He even game us a boat tour of Venice and as a treat let us try the clams he just caught this morning. You will find many things you need in the kitchen, even cooking oil and pasta

Visited in 2019, stayed for about 3 nights or so and it wasn't too bad. Obviously you get what you pay for and the other people I was with where happy so its an alright experience. Cheers,

On the down side, the rooms lacked any proper heating (this is actually reported by most other reviewers here!), there was no safe box (so I had to carry all valuables with me), and the reception desk was too often unmanned (we couldn't even check out on time)

Was a lovely place to stay, the rooms are very small but ok for a weekend break. The only down fall is a charge for 20. 00 for 2 bottles of beer and water too the room which I think is over priced

The only good thing about this guesthouse is the location, the rooms are cold and the breakfast is not very good, you are better off booking a room only and getting breakfast outside

If you don't care for these and just need very basic accommodation in Venice in the warmer seasons, then Residenza Laguna can be a good option for you

Also, the receptionist spoke very little English and had very little familiarity with the area, not what you'd expect for a hotel reception in Venice

Location is fabulous ! Cheap in comparison with competitors and excellent customer service. Staff is very friendly and helpful and speak many languages

Check in was a tad confusing but staff was friendly on check out. Fit the bill as an economical stay with AC in sweltering venice

The only downside would be that the toilet ceiling was a lot lower than the room so you could only stand up on the middle area, on the rest of the areas you had to bend down, specially on the shower area, so you basically had to shower sitting down, not a huge issue anyway

We had a good room in a convenient location so close to the grand canal. There is no reception though and our room hadn't been prepared fully (dirty coffee mugs from previous guests, lack of toilet paper

The location was ideal, very close to everything, St Marco, Rialto and many other famous places. When we choose the room we had no idea we were gonna get the atic one, and we got positively surprised

Wonderful little place for someone to stay for a short trip! Unfortunately, the stairs are a bit steep, but the staff was a great help with the luggage! Great location!

The beds are comfortable and the place is spacious and clean!! Also it seemed like the windows and door that we had were soundproof (room w private bathroom) we couldn’t hear anything outside, we only heard the other guests when we had our door open, which was a bonus

Highly recommended, service is great, even registration is possible with internet. Everything's good, WiFi works well, free coffee from the machine (not powder, it's Italy!)

What an incredible place! We had a perfect relaxing break at the beginning of November. Laura's place itself was great and felt cozy to stay there

My girlfriend and I had a lovely week here. The location is excellent- it is in a cosy, quiet neighborhood, but a short walk away from nice, reasonably-priced restaurants, shops, the waterfront and more

This small B&B was perfect for our trip, away from the turists and yet close to boat transportation. The hosts are very helpful and nice, and the breakfast was good. We will be staying here again!

Amazing airbnb. Our needs are well taken care of. The place s location is just right, you can avoid the crowd and get some peace and quiet, while still able to walk to most attractions

The breakfast items laid out by Juan Carlos were tasty and my small son felt very welcome. The hotel even allowed us to check out a tiny bit late and gave us excellent tourist advice

I just stayed at Ca' Bella in Venice and it was a fabulous experience. Krystina, the owner/manager and her main assistant, Juan Carlos were extremely friendly

The hosts were lovely and went out of their way to make sure we had a nice stay, giving us advice and recommendations and providing breakfast, tea and snacks

Claudia has been so nice as we missed our first night during our trip to Venice she gave us voucher refund for our non-refundable booking!! Not to mention how clean was the room and spacious

Has everything you could want from a location perspective, Gondolas on the door, on a square with restaurants and local bars within 30 seconds walk! Decor is classico with a fresco on the ceiling of the reception and a lovely private canal entrance

Staff are friendly and attentive with breakfast being prepared in houae- delicious cakes you must try! I would recommend this hotel for your stay in the beautiful city of Venice without hesitation

We stayed in a attic room for 3 nights. What a rush to stay in a old Palace with in walking distance of everything. I would highly recommend it. Not for someone who has trouble walking stairs.

Booked a room for four people; ample space. Breakfast was standard European breakfast; strong wifi, furnishings a little pale in color, could use an update

Entrance is confusing, it's off to the side of the building in the alley

One of the best hostels i've stayed in! Great location, comfortable beds, lockers with locks, nice bathrooms, a kitchen with some staple ingredients available for guests to use, and even a small tea station set up for 24 hour use

Really nice hostel to spend the night, it has AC in the room which is a must with the 40c venice weather. Has a lot of open space to sit around, play some football or just chill in the grass

The location is good, it was easy to find just next to Paolo Sabri. Close to main street, attractions, and supermarket. You can store your luggage after check out for free

They have a huge fully equipped clean kitchen, a large beautiful garden to hang out, and free cold ananas and grapefruit juices. The staff is very helpful and friendly

I booked my room from their website and stayed on the third floor, there was no elevator, and ac available, only a ventilator and windows which were fine
