10/8th evening The receptionist from Moldova is so nice … alway smile
Always help us , perfect attitude
So friendly and with nice service
We all like her
But………..

October 10th morning receptionist
Tizyana is so terrible receptionist to me , I feel she doesn’t like her job… attitude isn’t so great , maybe she has bad mood…

She said “ her attitude depends on customer.. if we have good attire she
will provide good attitude, very smart strategy

Maybe she is new receptionist , need more training !
When our customers return room card , she even groaned, I heard it ….
I hope not racist … but finally she pretend so friendly , I am so glad she can smiled
It was so terrible feeling
But the first receptionist is sooooo nice

They lady oder the coffee is so professional and patient for ordering coffee and well organization !
The guy work at bar is nice too help us to provide hot water
To me All employees are so nice except the Tizyana ( Italian employee)

Beds need replacing air con is only working on hot, called reception at 9.50pm and they said open your door they can’t do anything until tomorrow. We open our door and all we can hear is a dog barking right next door. The sheets on the bed are stained it seems dirty. This is more of a 2 star not 4 star, very disappointed.

Sheets are dirty, our phone us broken, walls are dirty, there is bodily fluids on our curtains, holes in the floor, and the heat is horrifyingly high to which the receptionist said “It’s different with each room depending on whether or not it’s in the sun.” Don’t stay here. I’m terrified that my stuff is going to be stolen given the other reviews.

This hotel is a shame, I have never seen 4 stars hotel with these standards. I regret not checking reviews before booking, for me a 4 stars and Mercure chain is enough.
First the mattress is curved can you believe that????, my back was broken during my journey,
The room is disgusting, no refrigerator, very noisy AC, even when they changed our room it changed nothing, all rooms are disappointing. And all this costed me 180 euros per night. The only good thing is the location. Save your money and spend it away from this hotel.

Room was pretty spacious. But cleanliness was relative and the shower was clogged so I had to shower really quick to avoid it from overflowing. Internet was also slow compared to other places I've been. I expected a lot more from a 4 star rated hotel.
