A charming modern and high quality hotel with a pool, gym, sauna and hot tub. Great breakfasts with a good buffet, extra items on a menu and highly professional and attentive staff. The front desk manager is the person you wish to be dealing with at every hotel. The room with a seaview is stunning, enjoy golden sunsets, a spacious clean and practical place to relax. Great for digital nomads with a good sized bright and airy bar/lounge. Parking is easy (November) via a ticket the hotel submits for you at 10 euros a day there is a garage available at 30 euros a day. 15 minutes wonderful promenade to the town centre. Beach is directly opposite as are bars and shops.

My daughter and I stayed here in October 2025, and for whatever reason (two women travelling together?), they put us in a terrible, small room on the ground floor, with a window that opened onto a dingy street — no terrace or balcony. We complained and they moved us to the room that we believed we’d booked — a higher floor with a lovely terrace. I get so tired of hotels pulling this stunt on us women. In any case, everyone at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for its convenience to the train station, the promenade close to the beach with restaurants and boutiques. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff is terrific. A great visit. This Canadian thanks you. 💕

Highly recommend this hotel. It is welcoming with friendly staff and great facilities. It is on the promenade and only 24 mins from the train station, great for exploring the local area. Breakfast is really good with every option available. Would definitely return.

All was fabulous but I feel that the hotel should pay for the guest to use umbrellas and chairs at the beach. Everything is separate

The hotel was welcoming and offered many options a for different types of travelers. I was traveling solo this time and they were so very accommodating and helpful as it was my first time visiting. They provided easy solutions to my questions, and also we always so kind in passing and in working together in the lobby, restaurant, or room services. They have other facilities that time did not warrant my use this time but look amazing including beach access, a gym, and pool. Will need to see if I can bring the family another time to enjoy all the amenities. The rooms have such thoughtful and charming touches like mini fridge and kettle, coffee and tea services and spacious closet space. Parking is abundant on the surrounding streets that they will validate which is amazing.

The room was nice but smaller than the photos fot that category . WiFi very weak. Towels were very worn and thin. Breakfast ok but needed an upgrade

Beautiful hotel on Via Reggio promenade. Our promenade junior suite with balcony was large, very well equipped and comfortable. Balcony great for watching sunsets and listening to live music on the promenade. This always finished by midnight so no unwelcome noise.

The hotel and it’s staff were outstanding, however the food served on the evening was unremarkable at best.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, Klejoh Was our waiter for most of our stay and Was very nice and recommended some lovely Italian desserts. Good continental breakfast selection, and variety for the evening meal. The hotel was Clean and good location on the prominade, with bars and restaurants across the road to go for a drink and listen to live music. Sandy Beach also in walking distance.

We visited this hotel to celebrate my two sisters and mum’a birthdays. All staff were lovely but Klejdi was especially friendly and helpful. Hotel was lovely and in a perfect location. Only issue was a slight ant problem in the room but the staff dealt with this very quickly. Would recommend
