Reviews
The staff was amazing! Everyone is super friendly, professional and efficient. They made feel more than welcome and even had the opportunity to take a polaroid picture. Unfortunately it didn’t work, but the intention was really nice.
Food as always very good.
Rooms and cleaning service as expected, and its really nice to notice their effort to reduce single use plastic👏👏👏
Thank you radisson! We look forward to coming again soon.
I arrived after traveling for almost 24 hours to find that a bus had just let off a group of cruise passengers. The lobby was packed! They did not have rooms available although I requested an early check-in (for an additional fee) in advance. The team was overwhelmed as if this was their first time having hotel guests.
Issues:
After waiting several hours for a room, we were given a room that did not lock. When I returned to the lobby, the gentleman told me that it is European law to not lock. When my husband went to the desk, they sent someone, acknowledged the lock was broken, and changed our room.
Neither party in our group received the requested premium room that we paid for but since we were so tired, we accepted 1 bed in each including the group that paid for 3 people in a room.
Asked for a local restaurant, and was given a name. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if a reservation was needed. He said no, just say you are from the Radisson and they will accommodate you. After walking to the restaurant, we were told they were full and reservations are required. When I returned to the hotel and told a different person, she said yes, at this time of year they are busy. I wonder why he didn't know that.
Avoid if you can!!!!
It's near a bus stop which takes you to and from the Central Termini (and another one goes to the Vatican).
Breakfast was very good. We used the rooftop bar for drinks and that was extremely pleasant, especially in the sun.
Couple of restaurants nearby as well.
Would definitely stay here again.
Overall impression: Definitely won’t be booking in this hotel again for the same price range.
Awesome daily breakfast buffet, with lots of food choices!
No swimming pool. The Rooftop Restaurant has great views. Quiet.
The hotel is very calm and away from the crowds. It is easy to get to the city by metro and bus station just in front of the hotel!
The bad thing I experienced was with the reception, who always working in the morning. When I paid for breakfast, for some reason, he didn't want me to put the bill in my room. He demanded I pay at the front. I didn't understand why. The next day was the same!
I released why.
When I was about to check out, he asked me for a payment and I said I had already paid. He said no, showed him my transaction, and he said" Oh yes, yes we haven't approved the transaction yet, which I didn't understand what he meant.
Being professional is accepting and respecting everyone at your hotel. You just don't assume and miss treating people! And be suspicious about me affording my breakfast or paying for my stay!
Breakfast spread was not bad. But can get very crowded during peak hours.
