The Geneva Hotel was very nice. The facility is clean and modern. The staff were all very friendly. The front desk staff made me feel very welcome and took care of everything I needed, despite a late check-in. The food was delicious. My room was modern and very comfortable. I slept soundly. I would recommend the Geneva Hotel on stays in Amman. Don’t be put off by the neighborhood. Once you walk through the doors, the hotel team is focused on making you feel welcome, like you’re at home.

Great things to Geneva hotel for a very pleasure stay. I were here with my family a girl on seven years and a boy on only three months the staff was very kind to always ask and always be ready to help if needed. Especially a great thanks to Thaer who made this day very comfortable and was very helpful. Should we come to Jordan again? We will definitely choose Geneva hotel.

Our room was clean. Breakfast was very good. We and our friend's couple were all satisfied. The receptionist, Motasem, was very helpful to solve our reservation issue. Our room was on the street side, and was noisy. That was the only issue we experienced.

I had the most amazing stay Tha’er was very friendly and ensured I was fine throughout my stay would high recommended this hotel and room was good I upgraded to the superior room on arrival the mocktails was very tasty and the location is close to shops and food places

I stayed at the Geneva for a single overnight as I was between flights. Everyone was beyond gracious from check in to doorman to the breakfast folks. I upgraded to a deluxe (or maybe it's called Premium) and my room was as expected with no issues whatsoever. I ate across the street at a shawarma place and stopped by the nearby pharmacy. The ride from and back to the airport was smooth and took about 30 minutes. I liked the view though the street noise might be more off putting to someone who hears better than I do. The AC was not robust but the room was generally comfortable through the night. My only complaint (and this is minimal) was that sometime in the night I could smell cigarette smoke in my room. Perhaps someone was smoking near the AC intake or something - I'm not sure. It was mild but noticeable for about an hour. I would definitely stay here again.
