After fixing water issue they said 4 times it’s on the way, but for 2 hours we were out of water and still without water till now.
Bad service
One of the worst parts was the expired milk served at breakfast, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health risk. It shows a lack of attention to basic hygiene and guest care.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay. There are definitely better options in Amman for the same or even lower price.
The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The ambiance struck a great balance between modern comfort and a cozy retreat.
