Also, I'd like to highlight the two day trips organised by Alice and team: booked a private tour of sunrise Angkor Wat ans surrounding temples concluded by private lunch and second day visiting Kulen mountain and floating village. Our driver Moniii and guide Som were absolutely amazing. Very entertaining and great conversations about all sorts during the safe drives and Som has an amazing knowledge about the sites, history, general affairs and insights about Cambodia. Don't miss out on Moniii and Som when visiting. Totally worth it!

As a solo traveler, feeling safe is very important to me, and I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. The staff truly made my experience exceptional. The front desk team—especially Leeny, Yen, Chanthy, Ms. Alice, Daneth, Ly Ly, and Mey—along with the drivers and other staff members, were incredibly kind, attentive, and consistently went above and beyond. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel genuinely cared for.
I also enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment, which added the perfect touch to my trip. Beautiful accommodations, excellent service, and thoughtful details made this hotel a memorable highlight of my time in Siem Reap. I hope to come back sooner than later!!! Thank you!!!
The two remarks I could say to improve was the massage was not my favorite. I felt that maybe the massage therapist was tired and she was rushing to finish my massage 10 min before the time. And laundry service is charged per piece. It’s much higher than the laundry store next door so I could say why not just bring the laundry there instead.
Overall it’s a great place to stay in Siem Reap. Super central and walking distance to all the restaurants.
