Golden Temple Hotel

I like this small hotel, but it is nice, beautiful and peaceful. Their staffs are so nice and friendly. You never feel lonely when you are there. Its location is also in good place, just around 300mn away from downtown, you can walk to explore and see everything in downtown.

I am not sure why this Hotel is only a 3 star. I previously stayed here and it was amazing. I have some back to Siem Reap this time and decided to go 5 star. I can honestly the Holden Temple was better. Well trained staff, great restaurant and pacious rooms. Went there to lunch yesterday and was not dissapointed. Will definitely stay there again if I come back!

Staff (especially Alice) went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Siem Real was comfortable and secure. They arranged tours for us, accommodated room requests and also coordinated transport to/from where we needed to go. Great location too. Highly recommend!

It is very close to Pub Street and the service is excellent. Friendly staff and good spa facilities. It has a nice swimming pool and an inside restaurant, making it convenient to use. It is close to Angkor Wat, making it convenient to move around and suitable for enjoying tours. If a friend recommends a place to stay in Siem Reap, I will recommend it to the Golden Temple Hotel... ..... If you make good use of the luggage storage service and airport pick-up service, you will be able to enjoy your trip to Siem Reap at a very cost-effective price. It was nice to be able to enjoy it in a good environment.

Staff at this hotel were very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Room was very nicely decorated. Excellent value for price. The staff kindly arranged for a tour guide - Kai made the trip to Angkor wat and other temples very informative and enjoyable. I highly recommend both the hotel and Kai’s services.

Absolutely perfect,from check in to check out everything was almost perfect.

Location: just 10 min walk from Pub street,centre of tourists in Siem Ream,lots of restaurants,bar,massage and shopping options walking from hotel.

Service: All the staff were too courteous throughout my stay,specially the reception staff .

Food : Breakfast was included in my package and I had 2 days at restaurant and one day it was packed as I went for sunrise tour.Breakfast spread was good with some really good fresh fruits,french toast was super. Once had dinner also and wasn’t disappointed at all, had a local curry with rice and the curry tasted nice.

Room: Room was good in size with Balcony ,clean bathroom,comfortable bed and good AC,no complaints at all,tea coffee and few basic amenities/toiletries were provided.

Extra Facilities: Hotel have a decent size swimming pool to chill after an hectic day of temple tour,they had a massage and spa centre too but I missed it

Overall a perfect stay

Location is close to Wat Bo. The hotel and restaurant were very well presented along with the stunning pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktails were spot on however the chicken breasts were overcooked slightly rendering them a touch dry. This may have been a once off occasion. Overall quite a pleasant place for a meal. Pricing is at the higher end of Siem Reap for its category.

We travelled to Siem Reap in December 2023 and enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Golden Temple Hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful. Upon arrival, we were greeted with delicious and refreshing welcome drinks accompanied by a small local snack. The reception staff checked that our accommodation booking and other special requests were properly noted and helped us to our rooms. We were able to book tours, transport and activities directly with reception and they arranged everything for us. Even when we were late arriving back after a tour, they arranged for our Khmer tasting lunch to be moved to a later time slot. The management and staff are to be commended for excellent customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at the Golden Temple Hotel in Siem Reap. It was our first visit to Cambodia and the staff couldn't have made us feel more welcome. Complimentary refreshments and clean comfortable rooms. Highly recommended. We would love to visit again.

The hotel was very lovely, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the room where cleaners from top to bottom. Its location is very close to food vendors and close to pub street. Overall would highly recommend staying.
