⭐ Best hotel I've ever stayed in! Everything was perfect; the service, the meals, the rooms, the facilities. I absolutely recommend this hotel! - Staff helped my partner and I a lot with recommendations on places to go and shops to visit. - I was able to exchange Japanese yen for U.S dollars at the front desk. - During the buffet breakfast I was asked if I'd like to have another kind of coffee or...
It’s quite a big property - only breakfast available - for all other meals You need the go out - tuk tuk is always there in the hotel which is a plus point. Very clean rooms and bathroom though a bit dated are very clean too
The architectural structure is unique to the traditional eastern Asian culture spread over the land as against skyscraper models of the conventional hotel architecture.
A 4 and 5 star hotel in one. We were upgraded to the 5 star section, probably because it wasn't busy, but the service was first class. It has a large outdoor pool, but the pool bar and spa were not operating during our visit at Christmas 2023. It is also out of town, about 3/4 dollars one way into town by Tuk Tuk and they wait on you to take you back.
Rooms and service all good. Location good for Ankor Wat. Not so good for town. Has room for 700. Not always occupied so many empty rooms
The hotel is enormous and beautifully constructed with a focus on hosting large international conferences. However they seem to be suffering from the after effects of COVID and, while staff are lovely, service / quality is not at 5 star standard. Great pool and an easy 10min tuktuk ride from ankor wat and the old/new markets.

We stayed at a 4 star resort. Pool is ok. Not many people. Quiet. Free breakfast for 2.There’s so many resorts. It’s hard to choose pictures are deceiving.
The Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel offers a comfortable stay with well-appointed rooms. Its location, a few kilometers away from the city center, means guests will need transportation, such as a car, taxi, or tuk tuk, to reach the town. Tuk tuks are conveniently available at the hotel (for a fee). The on-site restaurant might have limited dining options. If you’re planning a visit, it might be a good...
Fantastic hotel and great service. A short tuk tuk into twn for pub street and night Market. Haven't checked the official rating, but it feels like 5 star.
A five star hotel located in the middle of the city. Large rooms, swimming pool and spa with gym, in house antique shoppe and restaurants. Rooms had wooden furniture with ample amenities. Tubs for bathing. Breakfast spread was quite good as well as the dinner we ordered. The staff was exceptionally polite and courteous. We were a group of six with three rooms and were quite satisfied with the hotel
It's an out of town location, Service was excellent and we were in the 5* area. There is an outdoor swimming pool but the pool bar and Spa Area were closed during our visit at Christmas 2023.
Lovely staff. Nice rooms. One of the tourists going with us dropped her purse on the sofa at the lobby and they kept it safe until she got it back. *****Highly recommended!

The hotel was good, it was just very quiet and somewhat eerie with a lack of guests! Staff were very helpful setting up transport for me, Airport pick up / drop offs. I ate once in the restaurant which was nice and briefly at breakfast before leaving!
I had my eye on this beautiful hotel for quite some time now. The outside is just as beautiful as the inside. It is very well kept in a quiet area. The palm trees are very beautiful, along with the Buddha and elephant statues out front. The chandeliers are beautiful inside and the one staff who helped me check-in was very nice. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony outlooking onto the huge...
Hospitality was superb. The breakfast was really good & variety of tastes on the buffet satisfied the pallets . Next visit definitely there again for sure.
Excellent value for the price. Helpful and courteous staff. Hotel architecture is stunning. Integration of natural wood and concrete is a study! Pool had algae in it. Needs attention. Breakfast buffet is excellent.
Fabulous decor, comfortable rooms and beds, nice breakfast buffet and very kind staff. Gorgeous swimming pool by local standards (though certainly not pristine), but GREAT deal for the (off-peak) price.
Large resort style hotel. Pool area is great and breakfast is buffet style althoits same each day. Downside is pub street is a fair distance away. Bout 10 mins in a tuk tuk. 1 way $3US

Feels like I am recharged after 4 nights stayed in this beautiful resort. Hotel is nice, calm and clean. I Love spending my early morning breakfast at the swimming pool side ( we have to bring the food ourself from their breakfast restaurant, but it's not big deal since the environment around there is super good).
Big hotel and This hotel is a bit far from town, caters for Korean tourist groups and has a pretty big pool. You need to be desperate or have an amazing deal to stay here .. much better options elsewhere .. they have big meeting room and big space and big environment.

Room is very clean and neat. Outdated design, though. Staffs are okay. They do not turn on a/c for breakfast which makes the experience very unpleasant. Swimming pool and outside garden were beautiful.
Nice location (within walking distance of food outlets and pub street), very helpful and friendly staff (they do their best to guide you and assist you like booking tours, recommending places, booking scooter at request, etc), got a complimentary 30min foot massage, the rooms are quite spacious with nice pool views. Breakfast buffet is reasonably alright with quite a few options. Over all had a good...
We are a young couple from the US and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I was sad to see previous comments and felt I needed to make this post because this hotel had everything we needed and for like $50 a night with a balcony, amazing pool, quiet and clean rooms, A/C, breakfast, and a free 30min foot massage included you cannot beat the value. It was a well known hotel that made it easy to schedule...
The hotel lobby is fantastic, as is the staff especially Ms Teng the hotel GM, her service standard was first class. The room was nice, but the bathroom was a bit tight in size and needed some modernizing. However, was clean.
Perfect location, excellent service. I had an easy and comfortable stay. We had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service and buffet breakfast. Wifi is not bad. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Thanks for your services.
The location was great, pretty close to the centre of town. The main part of the city is only about 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast was very substantial, too. The staff couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The room was a great size, as was the pool.

We stayed here for a team-building event, and our experience was excellent. Ms. Sinan, who assisted with our booking, was incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The rooms were spotless, adding to our comfort. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a great start to our day. The location is conveniently close to town, making it easy to catch a tuk-tuk and explore the area.
It was a hotel beyond my dreams for Cambodia, furnished in harmony with the historical structure in the region and with friendly staff. I love it. I will recommend all my friends who will go to Cambodia to stay at this hotel.
My stay at Angkor Miracle Resort was exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The 3 bedroom apartment/room was huge and well equipped. Stayed here for 3 nights during a vacation. The hotel has everything you need, I didn’t even have to go out to get food or other supplies. The rooftop bar was great, I had good talk with the bartenders and waiters. The spa was also good. Breakfast was great, they packed up meal if you’re leaving early morning to catch sunrise tour at Angkor Wat
Excellent service and wonderful staff. Had privet tour of town and temples . Driver and guide both were excellent. We had cold water and cold hade towels every time we came back to the car after visiting temples. It was extra special care for us .
Great staff, clean rooms, wonderful food. I had a great time here. Everyone we met was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we could desire. The prices were very reasonable for the quality you receive. Next time I return I will surely seek a room here at the Marriott Courtyard.

Great overall experience. The suite was very nice. The staff was top notch when it come to services. Everything is clean for you daily and continental breakfast are some of the best I had at a hotel. Definitely recommend to those coming to Siem Reap with cash to spend.
I had such a great memories while I was there with a group tour from UW in 2015. Superb services and beautiful landscaping, delicious foods and cultural entertainments. Hope to revisit soon.
The hotel lobby has good taste and the interior is calm with elegant color combinations such as pillows and accessories. The hotel is very polite and hospitable. The massage at the hotel was also good.
A place where families came together for their 17th wedding anniversary. They greeted me at the entrance and enjoyed a nice meal.
Great pool! A real resort with service in French! Recommend the Mouhot restaurant, located in the middle of the resort's inland lake.

My family and I love this place. Thumbs up for the food. There's a lot of food to choose from even if your on a diet. The place is clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay at J7 Hotel. The room was beautiful and the location was just great. Nice and friendly service, staff are always attentive. We can walked to many places. The breakfast each morning was really good. We would certainly stay there again next time we are in Siem Reap. Highly recommended!
My family and I enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast, which was excellent. The swimming pool looked lovely, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. The rooms were large and well-appointed, providing the most comfortable and spacious accommodations we experienced during our extensive travels. We highly recommend the J7 Angkor Hotel. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.
The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was amazing, and the restaurant staff always took great care of us. We visited during the hot season to see Angkor Wat, and the facility was cool and comfortable. We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
My wife and I received a warm welcome from the receptionist. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was spacious and well-maintained, with a lovely garden view. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Everyone was friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back again.
The hotel stay is fantastic and the staff are all very accomodating. The food was excellent but there is one objection - japanese set (with salmon) - it is so sweet. i prefer that you reduce its sweetnesss. I cannot eat all the vegetables coz of so much sweetness. The room is perfect as i wanted to be as a great surprise for my wife and she loves it very much. She really enjoyed her stay there.

We stayed at the Royal Ankor Resort for three days in early June 2023 and received right royal treatment from the staff. The breakfast included is delicious with lots to options. The staff are so lovely and attentive and the absolute highlight of the resort.
Location is 6~7 mins tuk tuk ride from pub street. Hotel amenities were average however the enthusiasm of the staff was what made the experience quite cherishable. Hotel has a good concierge facility and Spa.
Beautiful resort. The pool and grounds were fantastic. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the fact that room air conditioning was weak. It was like a swamp cooler that kept air in room too humid and not cool enough. Caused a mediocre nights sleep.
