⭐ Best hotel I've ever stayed in! Everything was perfect; the service, the meals, the rooms, the facilities. I absolutely recommend this hotel! - Staff helped my partner and I a lot with recommendations on places to go and shops to visit. - I was able to exchange Japanese yen for U.S dollars at the front desk. - During the buffet breakfast I was asked if I'd like to have another kind of coffee or...
It’s quite a big property - only breakfast available - for all other meals You need the go out - tuk tuk is always there in the hotel which is a plus point. Very clean rooms and bathroom though a bit dated are very clean too
The architectural structure is unique to the traditional eastern Asian culture spread over the land as against skyscraper models of the conventional hotel architecture.
A 4 and 5 star hotel in one. We were upgraded to the 5 star section, probably because it wasn't busy, but the service was first class. It has a large outdoor pool, but the pool bar and spa were not operating during our visit at Christmas 2023. It is also out of town, about 3/4 dollars one way into town by Tuk Tuk and they wait on you to take you back.
Rooms and service all good. Location good for Ankor Wat. Not so good for town. Has room for 700. Not always occupied so many empty rooms
The hotel is enormous and beautifully constructed with a focus on hosting large international conferences. However they seem to be suffering from the after effects of COVID and, while staff are lovely, service / quality is not at 5 star standard. Great pool and an easy 10min tuktuk ride from ankor wat and the old/new markets.

The hotel was good, it was just very quiet and somewhat eerie with a lack of guests! Staff were very helpful setting up transport for me, Airport pick up / drop offs. I ate once in the restaurant which was nice and briefly at breakfast before leaving!
I had my eye on this beautiful hotel for quite some time now. The outside is just as beautiful as the inside. It is very well kept in a quiet area. The palm trees are very beautiful, along with the Buddha and elephant statues out front. The chandeliers are beautiful inside and the one staff who helped me check-in was very nice. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony outlooking onto the huge...
Hospitality was superb. The breakfast was really good & variety of tastes on the buffet satisfied the pallets . Next visit definitely there again for sure.
Excellent value for the price. Helpful and courteous staff. Hotel architecture is stunning. Integration of natural wood and concrete is a study! Pool had algae in it. Needs attention. Breakfast buffet is excellent.
Fabulous decor, comfortable rooms and beds, nice breakfast buffet and very kind staff. Gorgeous swimming pool by local standards (though certainly not pristine), but GREAT deal for the (off-peak) price.
Large resort style hotel. Pool area is great and breakfast is buffet style althoits same each day. Downside is pub street is a fair distance away. Bout 10 mins in a tuk tuk. 1 way $3US

We stayed at a 4 star resort. Pool is ok. Not many people. Quiet. Free breakfast for 2.There’s so many resorts. It’s hard to choose pictures are deceiving.
The Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel offers a comfortable stay with well-appointed rooms. Its location, a few kilometers away from the city center, means guests will need transportation, such as a car, taxi, or tuk tuk, to reach the town. Tuk tuks are conveniently available at the hotel (for a fee). The on-site restaurant might have limited dining options. If you’re planning a visit, it might be a good...
Fantastic hotel and great service. A short tuk tuk into twn for pub street and night Market. Haven't checked the official rating, but it feels like 5 star.
A five star hotel located in the middle of the city. Large rooms, swimming pool and spa with gym, in house antique shoppe and restaurants. Rooms had wooden furniture with ample amenities. Tubs for bathing. Breakfast spread was quite good as well as the dinner we ordered. The staff was exceptionally polite and courteous. We were a group of six with three rooms and were quite satisfied with the hotel
It's an out of town location, Service was excellent and we were in the 5* area. There is an outdoor swimming pool but the pool bar and Spa Area were closed during our visit at Christmas 2023.
Lovely staff. Nice rooms. One of the tourists going with us dropped her purse on the sofa at the lobby and they kept it safe until she got it back. *****Highly recommended!

Feels like I am recharged after 4 nights stayed in this beautiful resort. Hotel is nice, calm and clean. I Love spending my early morning breakfast at the swimming pool side ( we have to bring the food ourself from their breakfast restaurant, but it's not big deal since the environment around there is super good).
Big hotel and This hotel is a bit far from town, caters for Korean tourist groups and has a pretty big pool. You need to be desperate or have an amazing deal to stay here .. much better options elsewhere .. they have big meeting room and big space and big environment.

Absolutely loved this resort, a combination of old world charm and sophistication. Spacious rooms that were well appointed. Food was exquisite and the service was great. Cleanest bathrooms in public areas. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. Definitely be back one day!
Wonderful resort with friendly staff. Great recommendations for food and service. Free shuttle to market one way. Very spacious rooms.
Beautiful hotel and excellent service. Large clean rooms. Great breakfast choices and attentive staff. I will return!
We stayed at the Royal Ankor Resort for three days in early June 2023 and received right royal treatment from the staff. It was the low season and the staff were able to spend lot of time in assisting us. They organised a very good tour guide and also went out of the way to choose a good hotel in Pnom Penh. I forgot the name of the staff at the counter who helped us, but a very big THANK YOU for all...
This hotel is amazing. The interior design of the building has an aesthetic view which is very pleasing to the eyes. The rooms are very clean and very relaxing. They also have clean grounds and a wonderful swimming pool. Tge foods are also amazing. Great service. Will check in again soon.

We stayed here for a team-building event, and our experience was excellent. Ms. Sinan, who assisted with our booking, was incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The rooms were spotless, adding to our comfort. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a great start to our day. The location is conveniently close to town, making it easy to catch a tuk-tuk and explore the area.
It was a hotel beyond my dreams for Cambodia, furnished in harmony with the historical structure in the region and with friendly staff. I love it. I will recommend all my friends who will go to Cambodia to stay at this hotel.
My stay at Angkor Miracle Resort was exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. We’ve really enjoyed our stay. The staff have been amazing, attentive and truly go out of their way to help and take care of you. The resort itself was really nice, can’t fault it. We spent a wonderful 4 days at GHdA, making it our base for explorations in the area, and the wonderful staff and beautiful hotel accommodation endeared to us a great feeling of belonging. My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying at Raffles Grand Hotel d’Angkor in Cambodia. Great overall experience. The suite was very nice. The staff was top notch when it come to services. Everything is clean for you daily and continental breakfast are some of the best I had at a hotel. Definitely recommend to those coming to Siem Reap with cash to spend.

The hotel lobby has good taste and the interior is calm with elegant color combinations such as pillows and accessories. The hotel is very polite and hospitable. The massage at the hotel was also good.
A place where families came together for their 17th wedding anniversary. They greeted me at the entrance and enjoyed a nice meal.

Nice hotel near to centre, tuk tuk readily available. Staff are very polite and sociable, this is our 6th hotel in the past 19 days we are here in Asia. This is the only hotel to put a tax on food and drinks. Example is a 330ml can of Cambodian beer is $4.50 so two beers is $9 per round. This is the dearest we have encountered. Given a beer outside hotel is 75 cents. Hotel prices are more expensive...

The hotel location is not bad, you can just jump onto a Tuktuk and a min ride you could arrive to the pub street for food and everything. Location is 6~7 mins tuk tuk ride from pub street. Hotel amenities were average however the enthusiasm of the staff was what made the experience quite cherishable. Hotel has a good concierge facility and Spa.
Beautiful resort. The pool and grounds were fantastic. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the fact that room air conditioning was weak. It was like a swamp cooler that kept air in room too humid and not cool enough. Caused a mediocre nights sleep.

The hotel is brilliant! Everything feels organic and minimalistic but beautiful at the same time. The food is great and the bar is very creative
Stayed for 10 days at this hotel and never got bored of the room and food. Breakfast is very decent. It’s “all you can eat” but served in a menu—we can order more if we want. We’re given chocolate “candy” every night which I loved.
Amazing food, fantastic service, perfect location. But the room is a bit odd. We stayed at FCC for 6 nights. Everything is luxurious, from the airport pickup which the car has its own wifi, the all the warm towels, popsicles, and chocolates you keep getting to refresh yourself.
