Nice location (within walking distance of food outlets and pub street), very helpful and friendly staff (they do their best to guide you and assist you like booking tours, recommending places, booking scooter at request, etc), got a complimentary 30min foot massage, the rooms are quite spacious with nice pool views

I was sad to see previous comments and felt I needed to make this post because this hotel had everything we needed and for like $50 a night with a balcony, amazing pool, quiet and clean rooms, A/C, breakfast, and a free 30min foot massage included you cannot beat the value

Room is very clean and neat. Outdated design, though. Staffs are okay. They do not turn on a/c for breakfast which makes the experience very unpleasant. Swimming pool and outside garden were beautiful.

I liked the location very near the old market and pub street/ restaurants. But also far enough away to be good. The pool is massive and the gym is good enough

Excellent service and had fun with the guys at the door. In the heart of the city and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is extremely patient especially with the Russian and Chinese guests that were extremely demanding

The rooms were stunning and kept so clean. The pool was beautiful and the water must be salt water as it was so refreshing and didn’t seem to be full of nasty chemicals

The hotel is gorgeous and is very convenient to get to many places. There are special touches all over the rooms and it makes the stay very enjoyable. The pool bar was often not staffed so we had to call to order

For someone who has stayed at numerous hotels in Siem Reap over the last 8 years, this would have to be one of my favourites. The staff are so kind, helpful and always there to help and made my stay so enjoyable

Beautiful property with great amenities and good location. The in house restaurant serves up some local cuisine. The staff was very helpful and caring

Breakfast is Ala carte with some items on the buffet table. They also have happy hour with good cocktails to enjoy by their beautiful pool

The complimentary massage was amazing, so we added in more time for it

Apparently, it is inclusive of breakfast and a 30min massage for both person checked in. And since I was by myself, I was able to avail 60mins massage in their spa all to myself

The only thing is, it is a bit of a walk to the commercial area around Pub street

I hoping to have some type of cambodian food experience, unfortunately we did not. It does have a nice pool to chill down and wind down at the end of the day. The staff was very nice and attentive

They were always attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. The breakfast offered was not only delicious but also plentiful, providing a great start to each day

Whenever we visited the resort back from the whole day tour the staff used to greet us with cold wet towels and with a warm smile which pleased us so much. I will recommend this 5 star property to all

The air conditioning is quite good but it is very noisy. The swimming pool and restaurant are amazing, peaceful and quite. Fitness center is huge and it has a lot of complements to make the needed sport

Small issue on the weekend with a group of non guests (the allow non guests to use the facilities for an $8 purchase of food and beverage) being pretty boisterous at the pool, and completely ignoring the young staff member…

Very nice looking hotel. The rooms are clean. The hotel stuff is nice and the location is convenient. Nothing to complain about. They also have a cat named Boo Boo who resides in the hotel.

The Aviary is a great little hotel. Very intimate with lovely friendly staff! Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the rooftop pool and enjoyed relaxing there and stayed until dark and ate poolside one night

Perfect location right in the centre. Stunning design of hotel, with two gorgeous pools. The staff are incredible here. It's a boutique hotel with charm and calm

Breakfast was cooked to order with a good selection to pick from. Both pools are lovely you have a choice one in the shade or full sun

Despite these cons, the pros outweigh them immeasurably and I highly recommed people staying here! Oh right, the breakfast and room services were great too! The Spa was amazing! 10/10! To top it off, it's a walking distance from joints like Burger King and KFC if you feel like fast food!

I loved the people who work there. Very polite, friendly always cheerful and pleasant to interact with. If you don't mind being away from the city center, this is definitely the spot for you

A small boutique hotel hidden away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. Only a 10min tuk tuk ride into town. Super easy and affordable to catch a ‘Grab’

Very nice rooms and swimming pool. The staff was very kind. They helped us to organise the transport to the airport and temples. The restaurant offers good Cambodian food. We also enjoyed a therapeutic massage.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with a terrace overlooking the pool. The decor was a bit dated, but it added to the charm of the place

When we arrived at the hotel front desk to check in, we were welcomed by very polite and professional staffs of the hotel with their unique delicious welcome drinks called “Mane Signature” that we’ve never tasted at other places before

The little swimming pool is especially cute when you come back from a very hot day. Welcome cocktail and snack every day on arrival. Very close to the center of SR but if you don't want to walk the hotel offers Tuc Tucs

The Palm Village is a unique place. The rooms are in a beautiful garden with pool, the staff is amazing and super kind, they offered us a wardrobe of robes, dresses and sandals to use during our stay

It’s in a perfect position close to the Angkor site. You can ask directly at the property for tuk tuk rides and tour guides in various languages and charge everything on the room

Great place to stay, one of the closest to Angkor Wat (around 3km). Lovely swimming pool area, very nice to hang out. Fairly basic accommodation & food options, but lovely and large green area

Close to the Temples by bike! Great pool and restaurant with great food We could open windows for fresh air, and no mosquites because there were screens! You must also eat dinner and see the local dance and varaiety show at THE PHARE school that benefits the children at the artistic school!

It is slightly off the beaten path, but directly between Angkor Wat and Pub Street. The staff are very friendly, kind and professional. The property is clean and secure. We would recommend this property over and over!

We were disappointed that the pool was closed during our 4-day stay in June 2018 (we did see some repair work being done once), and the gym was in a pathetic state

The room is very high tect and clean, it was wonderful, the best part is that there is a gym, swimming pool, and even a spa massage place perfect for relaxing

The hotel was Grand once, but now the rooms are tired, but everything works, has a pool. The staff is very friendly, courteous

The bus stations from different bus companies are along that road. Staff are very tentative and friendly making the check in and out smoothly. The building is clean especially the room is very clean

Staff speaks little English, but they are all very pleasant and friendly. The hotel rooms are nice, but could use a bit more cleaning. There are layers of dust caked in on the indow ledges.

Pickup from the airport was seamless and that set the tone for the trip! They coordinated all of our tours and we had the most amazing time, visiting the Angkor Temples and other sites, definitely recommend! Mr Story was especially kind at the hotel and our tour guide Makata made the experience top notch

Would give 6 stars if possible. Personnel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Offered to make arrangements for tuk-tuk and taxi to Angkor Wat, airport, etc

The family room was big, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. The swimming pool area was nice for chilling out and recovering after visiting the temples, although music was a bit loud sometimes

Pool area was also perfect for the afternoon recovering time. We would stay again if back in Siem Reap and fully recommend

You could eat at the hotel, but there were plenty of options on the same street, which was very close to busier Pub Street. The area was very safe and walkable
