Rooms are very spacious , clean , super comfortable beds and pillows , kettle coffee tea etc Large modern bathroom, hairdryer toothbrush etc Spa , sauna , steam room jacuzzi all very good and clean and modern very large swimming pool and furnishings are very good also
Location looks not bad(anyway toktok(?) is not expensive and also no rip-off) Breakfast was not bad(nothing special but clean) Accommodation : I used just gym(swimming pool outside) Staffs were friendly(English OK)
Fantastic staff friendly , very helpful with Professional management that helped with any need required, could not fault the staff
A little bit of a distance away from the city. However the resort is a great destination for relaxation. The pool is a shallow pool and the water is warm. The food was a bit pricey but the pizza was a great bargain
Beautiful environment, good service attitude of staff, delicious breakfast Tuk Tuk takes 10 minutes to the city center
and location is quite which suited us being near but not far at all from the main town 45 minutes drive to and from the airport $30 each way Close to Anka Wat and other temples

Hospitality is superb with reasonable price. Really nice pool and calm at night. Recommended for people traveling for business
We stayed at a 4 star resort. Pool is ok. Not many people. Quiet. Free breakfast for 2.There’s so many resorts. It’s hard to choose pictures are deceiving.
Swimming pool is so nice and good service
Its location, a few kilometers away from the city center, means guests will need transportation, such as a car, taxi, or tuk tuk, to reach the town. Tuk tuks are conveniently available at the hotel (for a fee)
The Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel offers a comfortable stay with well-appointed rooms
The on-site restaurant might have limited dining options. If you’re planning a visit, it might be a good idea to explore other dining options in the city as well

I Love spending my early morning breakfast at the swimming pool side ( we have to bring the food ourself from their breakfast restaurant, but it's not big deal since the environment around there is super good)
Big hotel and This hotel is a bit far from town, caters for Korean tourist groups and has a pretty big pool. You need to be desperate or have an amazing deal to stay here. much better options elsewhere
Feels like I am recharged after 4 nights stayed in this beautiful resort. Hotel is nice, calm and clean
Nov 2019-great place and good service.
Big room nice hotel except the air-con (the air-con) is not cool.
they have big meeting room and big space and big environment

Wood carvings, beautiful swimming pool and extreme care to details
We had a lovely stay at the Empress Angkor. The room was very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the impressive pool area
One other thing: given the Indian influence and the number of tourists from the Indian Subcontinent, I think it is only fair that there should be a clock showing the current time in India - along with so many other countries that find mention on the wall near the main lifts
Others such as the Asst manager Mr Souen, and Mary at the reception were ever ready to offer all assistance. In the dining hall, the manager Mr Rim Magn, and Rothvathy were extremely pleasant at all times
The rooms are spacious and squeaky clean, but for me, a few more bags of tea and some milk (coffeemate would have been good enough!), and larger bottles of water would have merited a 5 star rating
The staff, under the able guidance of the front desk manager Mr Sarik, conducted themselves in an admirable fashion. They were ALWAYS polite, and very willing to help with any queries

I loved my stay here, the concierge staff here were lovely. It was the perfect place to stay for the end of our trip. The room was lovely and well kept. The pool area was really nice and the bar staff there were amazing
The staff here were really friendly especially the restaurant staff, my family appreciate a lot. The reception girl speaks very good English, and the rest also speak quite well that you could really communicate
There is sauna and pool and gym, which is good for relaxing
Enjoyed our stay. We thank hotel mgmt especially F&B mgr for arranging us vegetarian food -additional item for breakfast. Could spot 3 birds of hornbill outside of our room
The hotel location is not bad, you can just jump onto a Tuktuk and a min ride you could arrive to the pub street for food and everything
The internet here at night wasn't great, a little hit and miss. The breakfast area was really nice with lots of choices

Hotel is located within 5 min walk from the walking street and pubs. Breakfast is a buffet well worth the money. The pool is big enough. It is a cozy and clean place.
It is one of the best hotels with affordable and good price compared to other 5 star hotels in Siem Reap with friendly staffs, a good swimming pool where your children will be happy with as swimming pool is built for adults and children that even our children not knowing how to swim but they also really can enjoy it, buffet breakfast that is really acceptable with price we pay to hotel, and another...
The pool is a standout feature—the largest saltwater pool in the country! It was so refreshing to swim without the strong smell of chlorine, making for a truly relaxing experience
The pool was clear, and the weight room was very helpful for those like myself who strive for fitness. The massage was awesome, and the therapist was very caring
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Stay at Prince Angkor Hotel & Spa! I am so glad I booked this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm Cambodian hospitality, especially from Sun at the front desk, who greeted me every day with a big smile and genuine kindness
The hotel also offers convenient transportation services to Angkor Wat, making it an economical option for exploring the temple. I indulged in daily massages at the hotel, which were reasonably priced at $20 per hour

Fantastic hotel, with excellent facilities and staff. The location is perfect in that it is very close to the town centre, but spacious, quiet and on the road to Angkor Wat. Could not recommend highly enough
Hotel rooms are spacious and clean, with an amazing outdoor area and pool. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, no buffet options.
My partner and I are having a lovely stay. The hotel is quiet (not outside a noisy pub) and staff was professional and friendly. We have booked the place for an event later this year
This place is good value for money and the place is very clean and tidy. The team working here really do make the stay well worth it
Rooms and grounds are so clean! The pool is absolutely beautiful. There is a nice green space behind the pool area with a bridge and fish where they grow mangoes and jackfruit
Decent breakfast and enjoyable at the pool area

Located on the outskirts of Siem Reap. Breakfast is ok and of international choice. Stayed there a couple times and would not mind to go back. At times filled with Chinese and Korean tourist
They even have a fish pond upfront
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They really make an effort to please you and accommodate you. We were particularly impressed with the staff in the dining room and with our driver, Jhan-ta
The facilities are also very good
I had previously lived during this era so it is reassuring familiar as my previous palace / hunting lodge .Even the bar was my markings of 520 years ago .

Great resort in Siem Reap, perfect service ! Highly recommande
Furthermore, their housekeeping/checkout team had also alerted us when personal items has been accidentally left behind and they helped to return them quickly before we left. Minor requests for water, information, etc
A nice enough hotel located in central siem reap. The food was a bit overpriced and so were the quotes they gave for day trips and drivers.
were quickly handled by the hotel staff with minimal issue. Dara & hotel teams - we really appreciate your care and excellent service

Excellent service and wonderful staff. Had privet tour of town and temples. Driver and guide both were excellent. We had cold water and cold hade towels every time we came back to the car after visiting temples
I am surprised this isn't part of the Autograph Collection as the service, spa amenities, and food are curated to satisfy the most pickiest of travlers! Celebrate life and enjoy a harmonious experience while visiting the ancient temples
If you are looking for a luxury boutique experience, this is the place! Stay for as long as you can and the experience will be luxurious & fabulous at a great price. You will find value in every dollar you spend here
Stayed here for 3 nights during a vacation. The hotel has everything you need, I didn’t even have to go out to get food or other supplies. The rooftop bar was great, I had good talk with the bartenders and waiters
Great staff, clean rooms, wonderful food. Everyone we met was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we could desire. The prices were very reasonable for the quality you receive
Breakfast was great, they packed up meal if you’re leaving early morning to catch sunrise tour at Angkor Wat

The amenities were nice, though the pool area could use a little updating to match the rest of the hotel’s charm. That being said, it was still a great spot to relax and unwind
Cleanliness was excellent, staff were friendly, food was great, location was perfect, but when I told housekeeping to clean the room they didn't cleaned well, which made me a bit uncomfortable because I stayed for 4 days and in 4 days I only told them to clean once and they didn't cleaned it well, other than that everything was fine, great, highly recommended for business people, families and tourists
Hotel is great and the staff are lovely, the pool was the best bit and there is also a good happy hour from 4 - 8pm everyday. Rooms are spacious and would stay there again.
Great stay - we loved the pool and the happy hour drinks!
Nice n clean environment. Good service from employees. Nice swimming pool.
The Angkor Paradise Hotel has a good location with numerous restaurants easy walking distance, and the staff consistently provide great service. However, the internet connection in our room is quite slow.

Beautiful property and the staff is amazing. This hotel is very affordable and in a great location. Highly recommend it
Nice Hotel! The pool is great, and a convenient place if you want to get to other places around Angkor.

Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and provided the utmost comfort. The large swimming pool, surrounded by a lush greenery garden, offered the perfect setting for total relaxation
The rooms, the lobby, the restaurant, and the pool are all excellent. Every inch of the place is beautifully decorated, with really nice touches everywhere (such as the elephants by the pool)
The breakfast was poor with very little choice and when food ran out it was not replenished. I didn’t see the pool water tested at all during our stay but I could have missed this of course
It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap and so allows for a great place to relax after busy days in the temples etc, but only a short tuk tuk ride away from Pub St and the busyness of the main town
Breakfast the next morning was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. Royal Angkor Resort is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Cambodian hospitality
We stayed during low season and the hotel was very quiet. This added to its attraction as we were totally spoiled by the wonderful team and treated like family

So friendly and accommodating. My 3 teenagers loved the pool after a day of touring the countryside. The concierge was wonderful with helping find guides and suggesting the best way to experience Siem Reap
This is a lovely hotel. Excellent service. Clean and beautiful. Peaceful pool, also nice gym. Quiet. Off the main road.
Very, very inexpensive by all USA standards. Restaurant is priced comparable to other sit downs in the area, but with very attentive service. Advertised Massage prices are a lot higher than you can find off property
Free shuttle to/from Siem Rep airport about 10 minutes away. This is a higher end hotel, with per night prices that will still be more than reasonable for anyone willing to spend a tad more than rock bottom
wonderful property exceeded only by its staff. Beautiful and spacious property. Has some unique adjoining rooms available with a king bed in one room and 3 singles in the other room, ideal for a family
On site restaurant offerings include continental, asian, and american. Made up breakfast boxes to go for us the day we left to see sunrise at angkor wat. Staff is friendly, attentive, so polite

Nice room, big place so long walk to room , Buffet breakfast was excellent and was included in our room price, reasonable prices and pool was refreshing after a day out exploring
The room and its view is great, including the pool. However, the decorations still not suit to the room as well as appliances on the wall and some equipment in the bathroom need further improvement (no curtains).
Clean and modern. Friendly staff. Nice gym and pools. Great breakfast buffet, but often crowded with busloads of tourists. Pleasant room and nice bathroom setup.
Relatively new hotel. Good facilities.
Nice hotel, not walking distance to the town area of Siem Reap, but real close to the airport. Good breakfast buffet, clean rooms and nice staff. Had some issues with airport pick up though.

Good place but it is a bit off the beaten path, does not have a pool but near Pub Street and the night Market. Their air-con works well and the rooms are nice but without a chair.
The street is easy and safe to walk to and from the main city center about 10 min walk. There is a river to go for a run safely. The room was grand and spectacular for the price. Lovely stay overall and highly recommend
They are both wonderful people, kind, friendly, and caring! They should be promoted to the highest position in any hotel industry because they represent the best of the hotel. Breakfast is delicious and variety
Experiences with real Cambodian accommodation in middle of village but central located. Walking distance to pubstreet and old market. The villa is very charming and like in the jungle with peaceful environment
Very friendly, professional, CARING, patient, and accommodating. They encourage to ask as many questions as you have without hesitations. I like to give many thanks and appreciation to Phimean & Tey
