The hotel territory is large, green, there is a swimming pool. The hotel lobby is very beautifully decorated. Thank you very much! We decided to come back here again on vacation!

The city away from the environment is good. Lovely hotel, Spa facilities, 60 minutes of aromatherapy oil massage is the best. Men in a private room ok! Was. us $ 50-tax service fee is different

Wonderful hotel! It was very comfortable to stay there. They treated us to a cold welcome drink, after the road it was very nice. They checked us in early, we didn't have to wait in the lobby

The room is large, with an exit to the balcony. The bathroom is large, beautiful, there is both a shower and a bath. The kitchen is excellent! Buffet, there is a choice and it is delicious

Rooms are very spacious , clean , super comfortable beds and pillows , kettle coffee tea etc Large modern bathroom, hairdryer toothbrush etc Spa , sauna , steam room jacuzzi all very good and clean and modern very large swimming pool and furnishings are very good also

Location looks not bad(anyway toktok(?) is not expensive and also no rip-off) Breakfast was not bad(nothing special but clean) Accommodation : I used just gym(swimming pool outside) Staffs were friendly(English OK)

Hospitality is superb with reasonable price. Really nice pool and calm at night. Recommended for people traveling for business

We stayed at a 4 star resort. Pool is ok. Not many people. Quiet. Free breakfast for 2.There’s so many resorts. It’s hard to choose pictures are deceiving.

It's an out of town location, Service was excellent and we were in the 5* area. There is an outdoor swimming pool but the pool bar and Spa Area were closed during our visit at Christmas 2023.

A five star hotel located in the middle of the city. Large rooms, swimming pool and spa with gym, in house antique shoppe and restaurants. Rooms had wooden furniture with ample amenities

The outside swimming pool is a great pleasure to enjoy in the evening's darkness and to end a busy day

I Love spending my early morning breakfast at the swimming pool side ( we have to bring the food ourself from their breakfast restaurant, but it's not big deal since the environment around there is super good)

Big hotel and This hotel is a bit far from town, caters for Korean tourist groups and has a pretty big pool. You need to be desperate or have an amazing deal to stay here. much better options elsewhere

Feels like I am recharged after 4 nights stayed in this beautiful resort. Hotel is nice, calm and clean

they have big meeting room and big space and big environment

But that was a minor issue, as the staff were always ready to help. All in all, the hotel is very good, but the goodness and quiet efficiency of the staff make this hotel a great one

We had a lovely stay at the Empress Angkor. The room was very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the impressive pool area

Others such as the Asst manager Mr Souen, and Mary at the reception were ever ready to offer all assistance. In the dining hall, the manager Mr Rim Magn, and Rothvathy were extremely pleasant at all times

One other thing: given the Indian influence and the number of tourists from the Indian Subcontinent, I think it is only fair that there should be a clock showing the current time in India - along with so many other countries that find mention on the wall near the main lifts

I did a massage and pool day here. The pool was incredible! The massage was absolutely amazing. My wife and I both enjoyed every bit of the experience here.

Located on the outskirts of Siem Reap. Breakfast is ok and of international choice. Stayed there a couple times and would not mind to go back. At times filled with Chinese and Korean tourist

I had previously lived during this era so it is reassuring familiar as my previous palace / hunting lodge .Even the bar was my markings of 520 years ago .

Furthermore, their housekeeping/checkout team had also alerted us when personal items has been accidentally left behind and they helped to return them quickly before we left. Minor requests for water, information, etc

Excellent service and wonderful staff. Had privet tour of town and temples. Driver and guide both were excellent. We had cold water and cold hade towels every time we came back to the car after visiting temples

Stayed here for 3 nights during a vacation. The hotel has everything you need, I didn’t even have to go out to get food or other supplies. The rooftop bar was great, I had good talk with the bartenders and waiters

We stayed at the Royal Ankor Resort for three days in early June 2023 and received right royal treatment from the staff. It was the low season and the staff were able to spend lot of time in assisting us

Hotel is located within 5 min walk from the walking street and pubs. Breakfast is a buffet well worth the money. The pool is big enough. It is a cozy and clean place.

AC system too old and too loud. We were here in December so could sleep with the windows open. Also please change the tea brand. All over asia you get Lipton tea in good hotels. Give a local brand - much better

Fantastic hotel, with excellent facilities and staff. The location is perfect in that it is very close to the town centre, but spacious, quiet and on the road to Angkor Wat. Could not recommend highly enough

The gardens are really well maintained with beautiful butterflies everywhere & the pool was AMAZING! The staff were all fantastic & so friendly! Especially Piseth who really looked after us during our stay & even loaned us a wheelchair after I hurt my knee

Very, very inexpensive by all USA standards. Restaurant is priced comparable to other sit downs in the area, but with very attentive service. Advertised Massage prices are a lot higher than you can find off property

Free shuttle to/from Siem Rep airport about 10 minutes away. This is a higher end hotel, with per night prices that will still be more than reasonable for anyone willing to spend a tad more than rock bottom

Behind the hotel, there is a very beautiful swimming pool which is applicable for family as well. The meeting room is also very nice for group meeting of more than 50 people

Cleanliness was excellent, staff were friendly, food was great, location was perfect, but when I told housekeeping to clean the room they didn't cleaned well, which made me a bit uncomfortable because I stayed for 4 days and in 4 days I only told them to clean once and they didn't cleaned it well, other than that everything was fine, great, highly recommended for business people, families and tourists

The Angkor Paradise Hotel has a good location with numerous restaurants easy walking distance, and the staff consistently provide great service. However, the internet connection in our room is quite slow.

The room and its view is great, including the pool. However, the decorations still not suit to the room as well as appliances on the wall and some equipment in the bathroom need further improvement (no curtains).

Very few mosquito in the garden during the night compared to other similar resort

This gave the impression of a double bed but in reality resulted in a bed with a dip in the middle and two inch wooden frame protruding on both sides, almost guaranteeing you would wack your legs on the way in and out of the bed!(s)

Nice hotel near to centre, tuk tuk readily available. Staff are very polite and sociable, this is our 6th hotel in the past 19 days we are here in Asia. This is the only hotel to put a tax on food and drinks

I loved my stay here, the concierge staff here were lovely. It was the perfect place to stay for the end of our trip. The room was lovely and well kept. The pool area was really nice and the bar staff there were amazing
