The net effect is significant peak times and concentrated demand on services such as breakfast, the foyer, the use of the pool and even the lifts! This means that at those times your experience can feel a bit like a production line and standards do inevitably slip
Nice hotel near to centre, tuk tuk readily available. Staff are very polite and sociable, this is our 6th hotel in the past 19 days we are here in Asia. This is the only hotel to put a tax on food and drinks
I loved my stay here, the concierge staff here were lovely. It was the perfect place to stay for the end of our trip. The room was lovely and well kept. The pool area was really nice and the bar staff there were amazing
The staff here were really friendly especially the restaurant staff, my family appreciate a lot. The reception girl speaks very good English, and the rest also speak quite well that you could really communicate
Just be careful as there is definitely no placing toilet paper down the toilet - you will have issues (just sayin') Service - the staff were helpful and very quick to sort any concerns that are addressed
June 9th - June 11th 2024 Rooms - Our room was very clean, spacious and had all the conveniences required for our 2 night stay. I love that they supply gowns and footwear to wear to the pool if required

Fantastic hotel, with excellent facilities and staff. The location is perfect in that it is very close to the town centre, but spacious, quiet and on the road to Angkor Wat. Could not recommend highly enough
It is so clean with great staff who can't do enough for you. Honda was our personal tour guide for our whole stay and we felt very safe and taken care of. Thank you to all at the hotel for a truly memorable experience
My partner and I are having a lovely stay. The hotel is quiet (not outside a noisy pub) and staff was professional and friendly. We have booked the place for an event later this year
We stayed two nights here while visiting Angkor Wat. All the while, we couldn’t understand why it was not busier. This hotel is so underrated! The staff are so nice add friendly
I guess it’s nice for us that it wasn’t busy and full of people! Prime location, there was a nice authentic Khmer restaurant that was less than 10 minutes walk away, convenience store and gas station less than 5 min walk
This place is good value for money and the place is very clean and tidy. The team working here really do make the stay well worth it

Everything else—from the service to the atmosphere—was enjoyable and made my stay feel worthwhile. A great option if you’re looking for a reliable and relaxing getaway!
Great stay - we loved the pool and the happy hour drinks!
Cleanliness was excellent, staff were friendly, food was great, location was perfect, but when I told housekeeping to clean the room they didn't cleaned well, which made me a bit uncomfortable because I stayed for 4 days and in 4 days I only told them to clean once and they didn't cleaned it well, other than that everything was fine, great, highly recommended for business people, families and tourists
The Angkor Paradise Hotel has a good location with numerous restaurants easy walking distance, and the staff consistently provide great service. However, the internet connection in our room is quite slow.
It is a solid choice for a comfortable stay! The overall experience was pleasant, with clean and well-maintained rooms and friendly, attentive staff who made sure everything went smoothly
The amenities were nice, though the pool area could use a little updating to match the rest of the hotel’s charm. That being said, it was still a great spot to relax and unwind

The hotel also offers convenient transportation services to Angkor Wat, making it an economical option for exploring the temple. I indulged in daily massages at the hotel, which were reasonably priced at $20 per hour
Excellent service and had fun with the guys at the door. In the heart of the city and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is extremely patient especially with the Russian and Chinese guests that were extremely demanding
The hotel offers exceptional service with a warm and welcoming staff. The online booking process provides competitive rates, and the accommodations are both clean and comfortable
It is one of the best hotels with affordable and good price compared to other 5 star hotels in Siem Reap with friendly staffs, a good swimming pool where your children will be happy with as swimming pool is built for adults and children that even our children not knowing how to swim but they also really can enjoy it, buffet breakfast that is really acceptable with price we pay to hotel, and another...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Stay at Prince Angkor Hotel & Spa! I am so glad I booked this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm Cambodian hospitality, especially from Sun at the front desk, who greeted me every day with a big smile and genuine kindness

Very courteous owner of the house, with comfortable accommodation facility Enjoyed the stay in the home. It's really sweet home

The entire hotel was perfect in every way, it was well designed with great detail in an art deco colonial style with good quality furniture, exceptionly clean, superbly well managed with very polite, efficient and courteous staff
They did our bed and replaced towels twice a day! Nice over-sized pool. The breakfast is amazing! French restaurant is great. The tour guide they provided was helpful and friendly. The bathroom needs a bit of renovation
The room was spacious and nicely decorated, they also made an effort to have it ready somewhat earlier as we arrived early in the morning which with a one year old was extremely convenient
The rooms were lovely, and the breakfast was a delight. The pool was warm and inviting after a hot day sight seeing. We originally booked for 5 nights but stayed for 12
Our stay was terrific and one of the best hotels we've stayed in anywhere in the world and we've stayed in many

We used on tour ⭐ There was only water in the shower and I was in the middle of the night, but when I called he answered immediately. In addition, we prepared lunch when we were told that we left early in the morning
even though it's old and big. but the wooden interior gives off a sort of old fashioned classic vibe that I like. Breakfast is a bit mediocre though. so not bad, but more mass than quality
One of the first hotels in Siem Reap I still beautiful today Good location on main road 15 minutes from airport and 15 minutes from Angkor Wat by 5 minutes to old market
The safes in the 2 rooms we stayed in were faulty and some of the small lamps did not work. But many hotels are not serviced. it's a tough business these days
The only thing I don't like about the place is the big large wooden furniture, which probably is a plus for others
There was also a clean feeling and I was comfortable for 3 nights!

I guess you could say that some elements of the otherwise very comfy and clean rooms were a little aged but the lobby and the pool area with garden are beautiful and the food delicious
Very nice hotel, with friendly staff and lovely food. The pool and the gardens are also very nice and clean. Good location to explore the temples and the city.
This was a lovely resort hotel to base ourselves out of to explore the many magnificent historic sites in the area. The rooms were lovely, the warm outdoor pool was special and the breakfast was delicious
The service was amazing and easy to get a ride into the downtown hustle and bustle for shopping, bars, nightlife. Our room had a king bed as well as a sitting suite with small balcony
Can't recommend this hotel enough. It's fabulous in every respect - beautiful decor, spacious, comfortable, air conditioned room with a balcony overlooking a stunning garden
One minor quibble with the hotel room was that we found the AC wasn't cold enough. However, when we requested a room change, the new room was perfectly fine

Excellent location: Located in the center of Siem Reap, about 8 kilometers from Angkor Wat, about 15 minutes' drive from Angkor Wat International Airport, surrounded by many attractions such as the Angkor National Museum, convenient transportation
Long history: The hotel opened in 1932 and has a profound historical heritage. It has hosted celebrities such as Chaplin, Charles de Gaulle, and Clinton
Excellent service: The staff is warm and friendly, thoughtful and meticulous, and provides considerate service from check-in to check-out
The architecture and decoration style are full of French colonial style, which allows tourists to feel the strong historical atmosphere

One of the first few hotel in Siem Reap. Central, elegance designs, continental breakfast, deluxe bedroom, most affordable 4 stars hotel.
This hotel is one of the best hotels in Cambodia. I stayed with my PhD friend, Nguyễn Huy Cường, in the same room.
Unfortunately, my parents stayed in a sweet that was slightly dirtier - there was mold on the shower curtains. The breakfast here is pretty good too. If there were a but more attention to detail, I'd have given it a 5
To my delight, they had a western style bathroom! The beds are large and comfy. The rooms are nice, big, and very well air-conditioned. The shower pressure is good and the washroom for my suite was very clean
I stayed at this place for two nights during a bus tour of Cambodia. I was really glad to get to my room after 13 hours of travel from Ho Chi Minh City and not showering properly for a week
except I must minus one star because the breakfast buffet are not much, second, I don't know that my phone not working or there is no wifi here. Even the main hall wifi still not working

Amazing place, great service and meals , high end place
The hotel is located in the city center of Siem Reap, close to Angkor Supermarket, Angkor Wat and Pub Street. The hotel's dinner can be booked in advance, and there are local traditional performances
Special shout out to Viva (extremely attentive and polite, always smiling), my masseuse lady Kimmech (one of the best), Kourou also helped us organized some lovely tours, Ladang, and Kavi who let me come back for breakfast after check out when my flight was rearranged
Absolutely fantastic start will come here whenever we are in Siem Reap. Staff so friendly and helpful, lots of activities going on in the hotel too. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in

I have a problem with my balance and I slipped again to be supported by the young man who was chasing me. We have a late flight tomorrow and they arranged late check out for free. 6 star service at a 4 star price
Just amazing! The is the only 5* hotel where the staff genuinely make you feel very 'at home'. Always welcomed at the entrance with a smile and a cool towel no matter whether its your first day or your last
I really should have published this review in the summer of 2013, but for some reason I didn't. Sorry!!! Shinta Mania Angkor is the best hotel I have ever been to in Cambodia and even in Southeast Asia
Overall the hospitality is simply impeccable. Warm welcome, beautiful new and clean rooms, luxurious accommodations, good food, great hotel architecture, excellent service and pleasant staff at all times
Currently, the global and tea industry is on hold due to the COVID-19 situation. But everything is getting better! The hotel and the entire team deserve my respect

A hotel that is so low-key that it is almost ignored Unlike Park Hyatt, which is strongly promoted on the list Unlike FCC, which has a historical story Unlike Amansara, which is prohibitively expensive But the smallest Anantara in the world has completely conquered me with its "small and beautiful" All suites, a total of 39 suites in the whole hotel, Even if it is fully booked, the number of guests...
There were surprises and joys during the stay, but overall the flaws outweigh the merits. Horror night: The light control panel in room 222 failed, and it flickered frequently after turning off the lights
# Siem Reap Anantara Review This time in Siem Reap, I experienced the world's smallest Anantara Hotel (only 39 suites). The price of 1k including breakfast basically meets the luxury brand imagination
The panel was changed that night but no room change was agreed. It flickered again the next day before the room change was made
I will consider it next time I come to Siem Reap

This luxury hotel is a great choice for everyone but especially vegans (delicious vegan options on the menu for breakfast like tofu scramble, smoothie bowls, vegan pancakes, avocado toast with tofu and dukkah, noodles and noodle soup) and they always have vegan milk for coffees etc
The philosophy of including everything in your room rate means you enjoy daily spa treatments unlimited tuktuk taxi service and many other extras. The spa was superb, wonderful staff and fantastic treatments
We had a beautiful large room with the most comfortable bed. The proximity to the center and restaurants, museum and the Angkor Wat temples was amazing
The staff is so friendly and supportive, the food is great, they pay much attention to detail and serve the best croissants I have had in Asia! Christian was the perfect host and we are thankful they recommended Mr T as guide! A perfect stay and we will be back!
What a gem! A true boutique hotel. From the moment you arrive, the lovely staff takes care of you. Every little detail is perfect, the room, the bed, the pool, the restaurant. It is such a peaceful, relaxed vibe
Having a drink at the skybar is a must. What’s great about the hotel is they have a great philosophy of helping local people and businesses and giving opportunities to those who would normally not get it

The staff was very friendly and tried to help, even though their English wasn’t perfect — when we asked for soap foam (as labeled on the bottle), we received a shower cap instead 🙂
Lots of mosquitoes (killed one that had black and white striped legs - aedes mosquito that spreads dengue!), also a small roach crawled across the bed one morning, even though I didn't eat in my room
The sound insulation is very poor, whenever someone wheels a luggage in the floor above you, it sounds like rumbling thunder. The rooms smell funky as well and are not that well maintained
There is major construction going on just a few units beside the hotel, after the pharmacy. The service is okay and the staff are generally helpful
However, I'm sure you can find better value elsewhere if you don't mind just taking the tuktuk to get to the attractions (I prefer walking)
I only booked this hotel as its location is very close to the nightlife and has a small gym

The hotel staff's service is the best. I was able to eat a simple breakfast. They even provided umbrellas on rainy days. They cleaned the room very cleanly, so I used it very cleanly. It was a part of my enjoyable trip.
The food was also good and just as expensive as outside. Unfortunately, the soup was brought to me at the same time as the main course, despite having previously asked for it to be served as a starter
From well laid out rooms with everything you need, to buffet breakfast, a super clean pool and incredibly friendly staff that cannot do enough, especially Miss Sochin who leads the team
The hotel was amazing with beautiful interiors and setting. The rooms were good and service was excellent. Food also very good
But that was the only negative thing this week. I would gladly go to this hotel again
