Nice location (within walking distance of food outlets and pub street), very helpful and friendly staff (they do their best to guide you and assist you like booking tours, recommending places, booking scooter at request, etc), got a complimentary 30min foot massage, the rooms are quite spacious with nice pool views
The location was great, pretty close to the centre of town. The main part of the city is only about 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast was very substantial, too. The staff couldn't do enough for us during our stay
I was sad to see previous comments and felt I needed to make this post because this hotel had everything we needed and for like $50 a night with a balcony, amazing pool, quiet and clean rooms, A/C, breakfast, and a free 30min foot massage included you cannot beat the value
Excellent service and had fun with the guys at the door. In the heart of the city and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is extremely patient especially with the Russian and Chinese guests that were extremely demanding
The hotel lobby is fantastic, as is the staff especially Ms Teng the hotel GM, her service standard was first class. The room was nice, but the bathroom was a bit tight in size and needed some modernizing
Room is very clean and neat. Outdated design, though. Staffs are okay. They do not turn on a/c for breakfast which makes the experience very unpleasant. Swimming pool and outside garden were beautiful.

The staff was top notch when it come to services. Everything is clean for you daily and continental breakfast are some of the best I had at a hotel. Definitely recommend to those coming to Siem Reap with cash to spend
The hotel lobby has good taste and the interior is calm with elegant color combinations such as pillows and accessories. The hotel is very polite and hospitable. The massage at the hotel was also good.
I had such a great memories while I was there with a group tour from UW in 2015. Superb services and beautiful landscaping, delicious foods and cultural entertainments. Hope to revisit soon.
The onsite breakfast/dining is well serviced with Cambodian, Asian and Western options. The hotel is also very conveniently located to the famous Pub Street and local night markets as well as local shopping
Tuk-tuks are always available and can be organised by the hotel
A place where families came together for their 17th wedding anniversary. They greeted me at the entrance and enjoyed a nice meal.

Ie: omelet come with cheese inside, vegetable and I can’t forget the sticky that is melt from the cheese into an egg! Huh, mouthwatering? Yes I do and always wanted to go back and bring my husband with
I recently had the pleasure of staying at J7 Angkor Hotel for one night, and it was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made me feel at home
Despite its central location, the hotel itself is a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, my stay at J7 Angkor Hotel was nothing short of wonderful
The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent service, and prime location makes it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Siem Reap. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future!
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities and traditional Cambodian touches
The location of J7 Angkor Hotel is unbeatable, just a short drive from the main attractions and within walking distance to some great restaurants and shops in Siem Reap

The pool and grounds were fantastic. The only thing that kept it from 5 stars was the fact that room air conditioning was weak. It was like a swamp cooler that kept air in room too humid and not cool enough
Caused a mediocre nights sleep
Location is 6~7 mins tuk tuk ride from pub street. Hotel amenities were average however the enthusiasm of the staff was what made the experience quite cherishable. Hotel has a good concierge facility and Spa.
What an absolutely gorgeous property! It’s very large and beautifully decorated. I wish I could have enjoyed the pools more and checked out the spa. I will need to come back to enjoy them
The breakfast included is delicious with lots to options. The staff are so lovely and attentive and the absolute highlight of the resort

One of the best hotel staff I have experienced ever (especially thanks to Mr Sengy Thong). They are so polite and try to accommodate you every need. I was left feeling like I was at a luxury resort and treating myself
It is the best value for money I have ever come across. I paid more in Europe for a hostel bed with no breakfast than for this 5-star hotel with free breakfast and free airport transfer (one way only) and a vast pool
Tuk-tuk drivers always outside the hotel if you need them (day and night). Extremely spacious room with very comfortable beds. Great choice of food in the restaurant and a fantastic breakfast to satisfy all tastes
Not far Angor Wat – 15-20 min. We took cheap personal minibus around most of the main temples where we could walk around at our own pace with free water, cold towels (they help) and umbrellas

The staff were always helpful and friendly. The massage was so good, didn't want it to end. The food and choices were great for breakfast and in the coffee shop. Was lovely relaxing by the pool and the bar
Lovely helpful staff, always on hand to help. Even when we arrived at 5AM after a night of travelling, they enabled an early check in
The gardens are really well maintained with beautiful butterflies everywhere & the pool was AMAZING! The staff were all fantastic & so friendly! Especially Piseth who really looked after us during our stay & even loaned us a wheelchair after I hurt my knee
We used one driver for most of our stay called Honda, he was brilliant & took us to lots of lovely places. The gym was also well equipped & had yoga mats & lots of different machines
The room was beautiful, really comfortable & had everything we needed. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool which was peaceful to sit on & listen to the birds
the hotel it’s self was pretty nice and the pool was wonderful. the buffet was really good and enjoyed the food there almost every morning

An amazing place yo stay. Staff were ALL friendly and helpful. They decor was beautiful as were the rooms. Would love to come back again one day
2 restaurant's and a large pool, spa service that was exceptional and reasonably priced (there was a 30% off special we took advantage of and it ranks on my top 3 massages of all time where I've travelled)
This was a lovely resort hotel to base ourselves out of to explore the many magnificent historic sites in the area. The rooms were lovely, the warm outdoor pool was special and the breakfast was delicious
Beautiful hotel. Extremely helpful staff, willing to go above and beyond. Facilities are superb, restaurants are very good, and USD accepted (preferred). Language was not a barrier. Highly recommended.
I guess you could say that some elements of the otherwise very comfy and clean rooms were a little aged but the lobby and the pool area with garden are beautiful and the food delicious

The air conditioning is quite good but it is very noisy. The swimming pool and restaurant are amazing, peaceful and quite. Fitness center is huge and it has a lot of complements to make the needed sport
The location of the hotel is quite central and easily accessible from the main city with a lot of surrounding shops and restaurants
We were greeted by Andy who made our stay very special when he mentioned to the adjacent restaurant that it was my partner's birthday, so they set up a special table along with a birthday celebration for him which made our stay so much more meaningful
The on-site restaurant served exquisite dishes made from the freshest ingredients, and the breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, featuring everything from gourmet pastries to vibrant fruit displays
The concierge service was exceptional, offering personalized recommendations and making reservations that enhanced my experience. Overall, Borei Angkor Resort & Spa exceeded my expectations in every way
The building is absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful wooden furniture and accessories that you don't find very often anymore

After long travel, I find homely in Angkor Paradise. Great food, staff gesture, ambience . I loved the stay & recommend to all.
Behind the hotel, there is a very beautiful swimming pool which is applicable for family as well. The meeting room is also very nice for group meeting of more than 50 people
Beautifully appointed. Gracious staff. Great place to relax and use as a base for sight seeing. Close to all sites including Angkor Wat Temple.
Such a very nice hotel in the heart of Siem Reap city. Located along the national road6, it has a very big space for parking

Hotel team would call a Tuk tuk to get us to pub street area - $3 for the trip. We also used the business centre to print something and the staff were super helpful and friendly
Likely my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. I loved every second of our stay. From the moment we booked the hotel was helpful with organizing airport pickup, our day trip to Angkor Wat, and enjoying Siem Reap
Shower had good water pressure (but hot water was a little inconsistent and tended to get outside the tub if not careful). Breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of options including an egg/omelette station
It is a bit outside town ($3 tuk tuk ride each way to Pub Street). We preferred the quieter vibe compared to downtown. Also, wonderful massages at Sonya Spa within 2 minutes walk. We would definitely stay here again
Communication with mgmt prior to arrival was prompt and easy. The pool was very nice - refreshing after a hot day touring the temples. Easy to order drinks and food poolside
One of the best hotels I stayed in in SE Asia. Pool - great size, got heated from the sun during the day, stayed warm but refreshing, poolside cocktail prices really decent

A hidden gem! Very beautiful Place, charme like an Temple, usually that Kind of Hotels you find in Bali! Location is Great, you find everything what you Need around, Temples Not far with tuktuk, Airport one Hour Drive, but Hotel itself is very quiet! The staff here is so Kind, so lovely, always smiling and doing the best for you having a warm and charming atmosphere! The breakfast let you find everything...
I am not sure why this Hotel is only a 3 star. I previously stayed here and it was amazing. I have some back to Siem Reap this time and decided to go 5 star. I can honestly the Holden Temple was better
Extra Facilities: Hotel have a decent size swimming pool to chill after an hectic day of temple tour, they had a massage and spa centre too but I missed it Overall a perfect stay
Month June Location: just 10 min walk from Pub street, centre of tourists in Siem Ream, lots of restaurants, bar, massage and shopping options walking from hotel
Service: All the staff were too courteous throughout my stay, specially the reception staff. Food : Breakfast was included in my package and I had 2 days at restaurant and one day it was packed as I went for sunrise tour
If you make good use of the luggage storage service and airport pick-up service, you will be able to enjoy your trip to Siem Reap at a very cost-effective price. It was nice to be able to enjoy it in a good environment

I can’t say enough how accommodating and friendly the staff was. The pool was so serene and peaceful. There were so many secluded areas within the pool that provided additional privacy
My family and I had done the candle lit ceremony and the traditional dance dinner. The staff was so nice and the chef came and introduced himself with the staff
The Park Hyatt is closer to city center, with that comes the noise, dust and hustle bustle. The staff at the Hyatt are friendly
Everything about this hotel is good value and premium. Possibly the only con is the food outside of the breakfast offering
A bit average compared to other Park Hyatt experiences and the options in Siem Reap outside the hotel
The location is also extremely walkable, right in the middle of Siem Reap and very close to the touristy shopping and nightlife

I loved my stay here, the concierge staff here were lovely. It was the perfect place to stay for the end of our trip. The room was lovely and well kept. The pool area was really nice and the bar staff there were amazing
Situated a little way from centre, but there are plenty of tuk tuks ready to take you into town, for just 3USD. Housekeeping worked really hard. All staff were extremely helpful
Nice hotel near to centre, tuk tuk readily available. Staff are very polite and sociable, this is our 6th hotel in the past 19 days we are here in Asia. This is the only hotel to put a tax on food and drinks
The staff here were really friendly especially the restaurant staff, my family appreciate a lot. The reception girl speaks very good English, and the rest also speak quite well that you could really communicate
Just be careful as there is definitely no placing toilet paper down the toilet - you will have issues (just sayin') Service - the staff were helpful and very quick to sort any concerns that are addressed
June 9th - June 11th 2024 Rooms - Our room was very clean, spacious and had all the conveniences required for our 2 night stay. I love that they supply gowns and footwear to wear to the pool if required
