Siem Reap, Sivutha Bulvard, Sangkat Svay Dangkum 🧭 Map
Nice location (within walking distance of food outlets and pub street), very helpful and friendly staff (they do their best to guide you and assist you like booking tours, recommending places, booking scooter at request, etc), got a complimentary 30min foot massage, the rooms are quite spacious with nice pool views
The location was great, pretty close to the centre of town. The main part of the city is only about 10 minutes walk away. The breakfast was very substantial, too. The staff couldn't do enough for us during our stay
I was sad to see previous comments and felt I needed to make this post because this hotel had everything we needed and for like $50 a night with a balcony, amazing pool, quiet and clean rooms, A/C, breakfast, and a free 30min foot massage included you cannot beat the value
Excellent service and had fun with the guys at the door. In the heart of the city and breakfast was excellent. The hotel is extremely patient especially with the Russian and Chinese guests that were extremely demanding
The hotel lobby is fantastic, as is the staff especially Ms Teng the hotel GM, her service standard was first class. The room was nice, but the bathroom was a bit tight in size and needed some modernizing
Room is very clean and neat. Outdated design, though. Staffs are okay. They do not turn on a/c for breakfast which makes the experience very unpleasant. Swimming pool and outside garden were beautiful.

For someone who has stayed at numerous hotels in Siem Reap over the last 8 years, this would have to be one of my favourites. The staff are so kind, helpful and always there to help and made my stay so enjoyable
Marveleous hotel! Everything runs fine in the hotel. Room was clean and enough big. Situation is also good at least to me and my wife because we love peace not bars and pubs
The rooms were stunning and kept so clean. The pool was beautiful and the water must be salt water as it was so refreshing and didn’t seem to be full of nasty chemicals
The location of this hotel is perfect, short walk into the city center and good cafes and restaurants nearby
The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. The rooms and vibe here was very Khmer, authentic, and beautiful. The hotel has a rooftop bar, restaurant, pool, and spa service
Affordable for like $60 a night for a nicer suite. Hotel staff Mean was so kind and thoughtful to us

Great location you can walk to Pup Street and the night markets in 15mins. The breakfast was pretty good but limited but they had gluten free options so that was very nice
Beautiful hotel boutique ! With a nice swimming pool. Thank you for the service, it was perfect. Hope to come back again.
All I can say that it was one of the best Hotel Experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. The room was very clean and the smell is very nice. The staff is very friendly as well
I hoping to have some type of cambodian food experience, unfortunately we did not. It does have a nice pool to chill down and wind down at the end of the day. The staff was very nice and attentive
Simple clean rooms in a well located hotel. Very pleasant relaxing by the pool in a landscaped garden. Good breakfast and excellent cocktails. About ten minutes walk from the tourist centre of town
nice hotel in walking distance to the center of siem reap. good rooms, nice breakfast and very friendly staff. in the morning it is loud because the tourists wake up early for the trips to angkor.

The air conditioning is quite good but it is very noisy. The swimming pool and restaurant are amazing, peaceful and quite. Fitness center is huge and it has a lot of complements to make the needed sport
We spent 3 nights at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa, and it was an incredible experience. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived
Whenever we visited the resort back from the whole day tour the staff used to greet us with cold wet towels and with a warm smile which pleased us so much. I will recommend this 5 star property to all
Having stayed at other 5-star resorts in Bangkok, Phuket, and Bali, I was really surprised by how Borei Angkor exceeded expectations, especially considering the reasonable price
The swimming pool was very clean and we loved swimming with our 2 year old kid. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. In all a very nice place to stay in
If you’re visiting Siem Reap for Angkor Wat and are looking for great food, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service, I highly recommend Borei Angkor

Perfect location right in the centre. Stunning design of hotel, with two gorgeous pools. The staff are incredible here. It's a boutique hotel with charm and calm
The Sambok Deluxe Plus room was beyond exquisite and service exceptional! Very friendly staff welcomed and ensured we had a great day! The room was spacious and it opens up to a balcony which we unfortunately didnt use
Despite these cons, the pros outweigh them immeasurably and I highly recommed people staying here! Oh right, the breakfast and room services were great too! The Spa was amazing! 10/10! To top it off, it's a walking distance from joints like Burger King and KFC if you feel like fast food!
The only cons are the fact that the bathtub wasnt able to be drained so we had to call in maintenance and end up not being able to use it
Another con is the fact that the air conditioner stopped working on the first day but fortunately they were able to fix it
Only 400m from Pub street and the night markets. It is all we needed for a 3 night stay

Central location for Siem Reap town centre - just a short five minute walk to "Pub Street" and the many restaurants. In terms of 'Value for Money' this hotel rates as one of the best I have ever stayed at
What a wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable and very friendly staff. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choices.
An excellent good quality hotel at very reasonable prices. Wonderful friendly staff who provide an excellent dedicated service
Food is good room is clean comfortable overall it’s very nice for that price

The staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Airport pickup service is fantastic. The hotel is in a great central location.
Would give 6 stars if possible. Personnel went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Offered to make arrangements for tuk-tuk and taxi to Angkor Wat, airport, etc
The family room was big, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. The swimming pool area was nice for chilling out and recovering after visiting the temples, although music was a bit loud sometimes
Pickup from the airport was seamless and that set the tone for the trip! They coordinated all of our tours and we had the most amazing time, visiting the Angkor Temples and other sites, definitely recommend! Mr Story was especially kind at the hotel and our tour guide Makata made the experience top notch
You could eat at the hotel, but there were plenty of options on the same street, which was very close to busier Pub Street. The area was very safe and walkable
Very friendly, very welcoming and helpful staff, calling you by your name and taking care of any minimal detail. We had a family room for four people with 3 beds and very spacious

The hotel delivers on a par with recognized 5-star hotels. You are provided with a warm welcome and a welcome drink upon arrivial aswell. Staff is incredibly observant and friendly and are always available for you
We didn't use the pool, but this looked cleane, large with lots of loungers and free towels. Don't think about searching where to stay, this is where you need to stay to have a wonderful experience in Siem Reap
I'd say I had more breakfast than most meals but I definitely ate dinner here two or three times. I like that I was not able to find anything better while walking around town with my daughter who lives there
This was just a small expression of how special the service is here and how special the people that work here, our friends, are. The hotel itself has a wonderful location, clean, large rooms, delicious food
The hotel and rooms are well maintained and it is clear that the owner wants to maintain a good standard. Cozy pool area where you are served iced tea and fruit as well as whatever you want from the menu
There is also turn-down service for rooms in the evening. Location is perfect with just a few minutes to the market and outlet by the river. A highly recommended hotel !!

I stayed here twice in July (four nights in total) and the second time, the staff surprised me by writing my name in grass and leaves! It's a 5 minute walk from Apsara Theatre if it interests you
Affordable hotel with a nice pool, restaurant and massage parlour (although I didn't get a massage here). The staff are really helpful and will book tours and tickets for you
Really enjoyed our stay! Great location. Great little sports bar next door serving delicious western and local dishes.
The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a quiet location
Overall a nice place but a few things hold it back. Very hard beds are uncomfortable. AC is barely adequate in the intense heat. Wifi is weak all over the hotel. Pool is very murky and can't even see the bottom
The swimming pool is great but the chemical composition was not so right when I visited (my tooth was so numb for rest of the day after swimming). The toilet flush had issues too

This is an absolutely amazing hotel and I cannot say enough good things about it! The staff are all so welcoming and friendly! Jacky and Josh were so kind when we checked in, as were all of the other wonderful staff members who really make this amazing place so special! The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious! Lastly, the location is super convenient and you can have so many great shops...
I had not stayed at the Riversoul before but booked them on a recommendation from a friend. The staff helped us with our luggage to the room which we found to be very clean and tastefully decorated
What a lovely hotel and incredible staff this is. Great location and extremely clean. The shower area was a little bit dark for my liking, but I think the intention was to create a relaxing area
The water pressure was great btw! Toilet is separated from the shower. I felt very welcome, and comfortable at this little gem. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here
They also organize transfer to/from airport and other tours. Happy hour drinks by the pool as well. Short walk to restaurants and shopping area - about 10-15 minutes
The room was so beautiful and cosy that I immediately booked an extra night. I stayed in the king suite pool view. Everything is new and in good working condition

Staff went above and beyond at every possible point. At check in, I asked for where I could rent motorcycle and they had one brought to the hotel within 20 minutes without additional charge
We like to walk so walking to the river, pub street and markets were very doable however if that isn’t your thing, it’s easy to get a tuktuk. The best supermarket in Seim Rep is only 200m away
Poolside service was also excellent, and the breakfast was great. Room was spacious, clean, and overall just nice. Highly recommend especially if you are trying to avoid the big resorts
Amazing value! Awesome owners and attentive staff. Recently remodeled with energetic but traditional styles. Great guests to meet and wine with the owners is a highlight of our trip.
We booked the Small Tour through reception and it was fabulous. I would highly recommend the Residence - it is extremely awesome value for the money and the staff are amazing
The room was spacious and had everything we expect from a usual 4 star hotel. We were disappointed with the room service though. Called a few times and nobody responded

The staff is very friendly and the manager seems to be genuinely invested in the mission of giving them a good professional training and qualifications. I would like to go back there and try some of the yoga courses too!
A most beautiful & restful boutique hotel. The friendliest helpful hotel staff. Delicious vegation & vegan food options. Excellent coffee & a large variety of exotic cocktails
Such a fab stay! The staff are so sweet and accommodating! Food is great, rooms are lovely and awesome A/C. Very close to the centre of town. Also the spa is lovely and great massages
We have stayed at Baby Elephant 2x when we have visited Siem Reap & I LOVE it! We are planning another trip this winter and will certainly book again! The staff are personable & thoughtful, the food is amazing and the rooms are delightful and comfortable! If you are planning a trip to Siem Reap (which you SHOULD!) this is definitely a place to stay! I will also give a shout out to the excursion...
Service was so, so attentive!!! The common area is very nice and cozy, the restaurant is quite good too! Our room was very big with fridge and AC, and with a proper bathroom (compared to previous hostels in Cambodia), although the shower pressure was quite low
If I'm ever lucky enough to come back to Siem Reap I will definitely be coming back to the Baby Elephant. The staff all went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed

Loved it! Lovely clean hotel, they had upgraded our room for bigger one and free of charge. Breakfast buffet was delicious, as well as food in restaurant
We stayed for 3 nights at the Amber Angkor Villa, and it was amazing. It is located conveniently near the Wat Bo monastery, and just a KM away from the Pub Street. Ours was a Family room with a Double and a Single bed
The room was nice, although the wifi didn't work properly within the room. We had breakfast included in our room rent, and the spread of buffet breakfast is really appreciable. It included a live kitchen also
All the staff were very cordial and we felt the place our home. Chan Na, the Senior Receptionist of the hotel. He was the go-to person for all our needs, and he always obliged with a smile
Good place Price acceptable Hygiene A Service A
The property is stunning. They have really done a beautiful job at making you feel away from the city but actually being downtown!

Once we got back to the hotel the staff gave us a room to shower & freshen up before our long flight out. Breakfast can be better since there is a lot of international guests
Sone of the booking sites say it’s half a mile to the Center of Siem reap that’s wrong it’s around 3kl but A tuck tuk is only 3dollar or 5 they wait and bring you back k myself thought the breakfast was ok and the staff were very helpful no bar but cross the road thr 5 star hotel has a very good cocktail bar thr rooms are spacious and very clean it’s a nice hotel and staff and very inexpensive
Not far from the night market/Pub Street Our flight out was late in the evening. We left the luggage at the lobby and went sightseeing & shopping all day

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The staff are wonderful. The rooms are clean, and everything works. It's in a good location. Right next to the market and pub street. 1 minute walk from the river.
Very nice staffs, good location, good breakfast, triple room is very good but double room is older, the price is suitable and more comfortable than many other hotels

It is so amazing and the chicken amok was superb. I highly recommend staying here. So far it has been by far the best accommodation I have stayed in in Cambodia
Brilliant staff brilliant hotel fab location great rooftop pool a def value for money
The outside of the building is amazing and beautiful and the wood carvings in reception are absolutely wonderful. The reception crew are brilliantly professional and friendly and really try hard to speak English
- We rented bycicles from the front desk and were the best thing for visiting Angkor Wat. - There's an atm right outside and plenty of tuktuks. - Everyone there was so so friendly and helpful
-The room was big and had both AC and a ceiling fan, - There's a restaurant and a bar by the pool upstairs, so it's really nice to hang around there after a long hot day
