We stayed at a 4 star resort. Pool is ok. Not many people. Quiet. Free breakfast for 2.There’s so many resorts. It’s hard to choose pictures are deceiving.

A five star hotel located in the middle of the city. Large rooms, swimming pool and spa with gym, in house antique shoppe and restaurants. Rooms had wooden furniture with ample amenities. Tubs for bathing. Breakfast spread was quite good as well as the dinner we ordered. The staff was exceptionally polite and courteous. We were a group of six with three rooms and were quite satisfied with the hotel

It's an out of town location, Service was excellent and we were in the 5* area. There is an outdoor swimming pool but the pool bar and Spa Area were closed during our visit at Christmas 2023.

Lovely staff. Nice rooms. One of the tourists going with us dropped her purse on the sofa at the lobby and they kept it safe until she got it back. *****Highly recommended!

WoW! What a hidden gem - the Saem Siemreap hotel is close to everything. From well laid out rooms with everything you need, to buffet breakfast, a super clean pool and incredibly friendly staff that cannot do enough, especially Miss Sochin who leads the team. One of the best hotels I stayed in in SE Asia. Pool - great size, got heated from the sun during the day, stayed warm but refreshing, poolside cocktail prices really decent. Bed was comfy, TWO ROOM KEYS! To keep the air con on - first place to allow this; loved it. Shower pressure pretty good, breakfast with fresh waffles? Sign me up. Hotel team would call a Tuk tuk to get us to pub street area ...

From the moment I was picked up at the airport, I was transported to a place of tranquility and bliss. The entire hotel is photogenic, and I can't find a bad angle. I'm looking forward to dipping in the pool and relaxing at the spa. The staff is second to none, making you feel welcomed and taken care of. If you're traveling to Cambodia, I HIGHLY recommend staying here and disconnecting.

Likely my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. I loved every second of our stay. From the moment we booked the hotel was helpful with organizing airport pickup, our day trip to Angkor Wat, and enjoying Siem Reap. Our rooms were clean and lovely, and every person we interacted with at the hotel was so sweet and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the pool and tranquility of the location....

This hotel is absolutely amazing.The hotel staff is so helpful and kind especially Chin who assisted us all throughout our stay and even gave me Mangoes from their backyard such a wonderful stay. The pool and other amenities is such a relaxing homely vibe. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I am not sure why this Hotel is only a 3 star. I previously stayed here and it was amazing. I have some back to Siem Reap this time and decided to go 5 star. I can honestly the Holden Temple was better. Well trained staff, great restaurant and pacious rooms. Went there to lunch yesterday and was not dissapointed. Will definitely stay there again if I come back!

Staff (especially Alice) went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Siem Real was comfortable and secure. They arranged tours for us, accommodated room requests and also coordinated transport to/from where we needed to go. Great location too. Highly recommend!

I like this small hotel, but it is nice, beautiful and peaceful. Their staffs are so nice and friendly. You never feel lonely when you are there. Its location is also in good place, just around 300mn away from downtown, you can walk to explore and see everything in downtown.

Staff at this hotel were very welcoming and incredibly helpful. Room was very nicely decorated. Excellent value for price. The staff kindly arranged for a tour guide - Kai made the trip to Angkor wat and other temples very informative and enjoyable. I highly recommend both the hotel and Kai’s services.

Location is close to Wat Bo. The hotel and restaurant were very well presented along with the stunning pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktails were spot on however the chicken breasts were overcooked slightly rendering them a touch dry. This may have been a once off occasion. Overall quite a pleasant place for a meal. Pricing is at the higher end of Siem Reap for its category.

Nice hotel near to centre, tuk tuk readily available. Staff are very polite and sociable, this is our 6th hotel in the past 19 days we are here in Asia. This is the only hotel to put a tax on food and drinks. Example is a 330ml can of Cambodian beer is $4.50 so two beers is $9 per round. This is the dearest we have encountered. Given a beer outside hotel is 75 cents. Hotel prices are more expensive...

The hotel location is not bad, you can just jump onto a Tuktuk and a min ride you could arrive to the pub street for food and everything. The staff here were really friendly especially the restaurant staff, my family appreciate a lot. I loved my stay here, the concierge staff here were lovely. It was the perfect place to stay for the end of our trip. The room was lovely and well kept. The pool area was really nice and the bar staff there were amazing. The internet here at night wasn't great, a little hit and miss. The breakfast area was really nice with lots of choices. I'd happily stay here again.

June 9th - June 11th 2024 Rooms - Our room was very clean, spacious and had all the conveniences required for our 2 night stay. I love that they supply gowns and footwear to wear to the pool if required. Just be careful as there is definitely no placing toilet paper down the toilet - you will have issues (just sayin') Service - the staff were helpful and very quick to sort any concerns that are addressed...

Good size rooms. Great water pressure in shower. Rooms included bath robes, kettle, safe & TV. Quiet location. Pool, bar & restaurants offer good selection at good price.

Excellent host, very friendly and willing to help. Room was clean, shower had a good pressure, and there was a cleaning service every day. On top of that there were complementary bottles of water every day and we could even use bikes for free.

The best staff, so helpful and kind! They will go out of their way to help you. The rooms are amazing for families. They have a full living room and kitchen. It's so nice to be able to close the door and let the kids sleep. And each room has a huge tub on the balcony that we use as a tub for the kiddos. It's the perfect size for small kids. We are here easily twice a month and won't go anywhere else

As a couple from Australia we really appreciated this quality hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good with 2 air conditioners, kitchenette, large shower and cable tv. I really liked the balcony and room service is great value.

The hotel is clean and the staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast is OK. Their restaurant is reasonably priced and the food is good. They also have a private tub for each guest on their balcony, I believe. It’s good to chill on a hot afternoon. Security guard rude and unhelpful. Mumbling unhappily in Khmer when asked to open the gate so that we can park the bike we were renting. Not even bothering...

We had the best time here. The staff was out of this world polite and nice. The whole place with its amenities was great and the pool was very inviting. Massages were top notch. We had breakfast and dinner every day and enjoyed it very much. Cambana gave us a very cozy and welcoming place to stay. If we ever make it back to Siem Reap we would stay there again 100%. 10/10!!

We had a good cost-benefit deal. Service was excellent. We had amazing massages and a good breakfast. Pool is also nice and clean. Rooms are not too modern but good enough for the price paid.

Staff went above and beyond at every possible point. At check in, I asked for where I could rent motorcycle and they had one brought to the hotel within 20 minutes without additional charge. Poolside service was also excellent, and the breakfast was great. Room was spacious, clean, and overall just nice. Highly recommend especially if you are trying to avoid the big resorts.

Modern, clean and central located Hotel. Stayed here 2 nights and can't find anything to complain about. Staff friendly and check-in process went smooth. Big breakfast buffet with fresh food in a big variety. Rooms have almost everything you can expect, maybe the empty mini-bar should be conciderd to be filled up. Complementary water is included though. The price is well worth a stay here, recommended

Clean and modern hotel, reasonable price, close proximity to pub street and night market. Staffs are helpful and provided us super early check in plus complimentary room upgrade despite being a basic Accor member. Breakfast is decent and the omelette is good! There is also a tour desk in the lobby so it’s possible for some last minute trip planning. All in all an enjoyable stay!

The suite we stayed at was clean and comfortable albeit lacking in amenities such as bedroom slippers, hair conditioner, cotton buds, comb, etc. Basic amenities were provided such as bottled water and dental kits. The bathroom is quite small compared to the other hotels we stayed in Siem Reap. Personally, we felt that the service standard was average at best, staff weren't as approachable or attentive...

Enjoyed a 3 night stay during visit to Siem Reap. Location was just right near the pubstreet and adequate number of restaurants. Did not eat any meals other than breakfast but with so many eateries at close proximity it was easier to quickly pop out for a quick bite if needed. Rooms were good and was made up each day by staff. Came here from a trip: Cambodia tour from Saigon. Big and grand hallway with stairs, which has so much potential, yet looks a bit run down. There’s only 1 elevator available and it’s quite small, won’t be ideal for people with lots of/heavy luggages or older people. Comparing to the BEAUTIFUL photos of the rooms from 2-3 yrs ago, the room now looks old, mirror at the minibar have stains, bathroom...

One of good hotel and many available rooms in town and also not far from many attractions. The hotel has their own big restaurant with all plenty of foods and yummy of course. And they also have swimming pool and many other outlet for all guests enjoy when staying with them. Staffs are all attentive and friendly. Come to try if you are planning to siem reap.

This Hotel considered as the 5 star but the room is not comfortable and it's a bit old. The space in the bathroom a bit small the toilet next to the bathtub and you shower next to the toilet :D . Anyway there is a pool at the backside of the hotel you can enjoy the swim with you friend or family. We used on tour ⭐ There was only water in the shower and I was in the middle of the night, but when I called he answered immediately. In addition, we prepared lunch when we were told that we left early in the morning. There was also a clean feeling and I was comfortable for 3 nights!

Cannot complain when you get a large suite room for under 50$. The hotel is one of the oldest in town, I used to stay here 4 years ago but I soon as I walked in this time after all these years the staff recognized me. This made me feel welcomed. The only thing I don't like about the place is the big large wooden furniture, which probably is a plus for others.

The room was nice and clean the whole hotel was clean. The bathroom could have used a mat and a shower curtain cause the whole bathroom got wet when you took a shower. Breakfast is a good spread for 3 dollars extra, per person.

Comfortable and very clean but subject to some annoying corridor noise from bus tour guests who roam from room to room shouting at each other. If you can live with the bus tour patrons it offers good value for money and nice big rooms. Breakfast available but no evening service for meals, cafe or bar.

The bus stations from different bus companies are along that road. Staff are very tentative and friendly making the check in and out smoothly. The building is clean especially the room is very clean. I felt very comfortable staying. I highly recommend Lucky Angkor Hotel and Spa.

The surface was really good, when my family needs help in something even if it's late night, we'll just give them a call and right away they came up with solutions to help us. Staff speaks little English, but they are all very pleasant and friendly. The hotel rooms are nice, but could use a bit more cleaning. There are layers of dust caked in on the indow ledges.

The hotel is nice with spacious rooms and decent breakfast buffet. We were disappointed that the pool was closed during our 4-day stay in June 2018 (we did see some repair work being done once), and the gym was in a pathetic state. The staff was helpful and friendly though most did not seem to speak much English.

The hotel was Grand once, but now the rooms are tired, but everything works, has a pool. The staff is very friendly, courteous. Breakfast is good-soup, omelette, porridge, rice, noodles, salads, meat is not enough, but there is fruit, rolls, jams.

The hotel is rather old and has that smell of a very ancient building. Small TV, rough towels, bland and boring breakfast for 3 days. Nothing much around the hotel, you'll need a tuktuk ride to go places. However the staffs are very friendly, helpful and always there to assist. If all mentioned above is not too important, then this place is actually quite reasonable for a decent stay.

Stayed for one night as part of a two-day trip in Cambodia. The hotel is nice without talking. But unknown animal running above the suspended ceiling in the night, prevented sleep, and safely eliminated by the staff left a lasting impression)))

Very nice service and very friendly staff. On reaching Cambodia we received a very warm welcome from the hotel. We had a suite and it was spacious with a view of swimming pool. The rooms were neat, clean and spacious with all the basic amenities like kettle, AC etc. The bathroom was very clean with a big bathtub and neat bath robes. I came to this hotel recently for a school trip. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and very nice. The staff were amazing and helpful. The morning buffet each morning was also amazing. We were a big group and the staff and hotel handled that very well. I enjoyed staying here.

The staff of the hotel makes this place so welcoming to stay in. They are always smiley and so super helpful. Location is next to a big clean supermarket for stocking up of food etc Room is quite good size for the 3 of us with comfy beds. Breakfast was good and they did a package breakfast for us when we left at 4am plus for the Angkor Wat morning tour.

Cheap, staff are nice and helpful, room are very large and have nice view, swimming pool also large and so blue. Feel more relaxing. except I must minus one star because the breakfast buffet are not much, second, I don't know that my phone not working or there is no wifi here. I stayed at this place for two nights during a bus tour of Cambodia. I was really glad to get to my room after 13 hours of travel from Ho Chi Minh City and not showering properly for a week. To my delight, they had a western style bathroom! The beds are large and comfy. The rooms are nice, big, and very well air-conditioned. The shower pressure is good and the washroom for my suite was very clean...

Clean and spacious rooms. Not far from the night market/Pub Street Our flight out was late in the evening. We left the luggage at the lobby and went sightseeing & shopping all day.
