Overall a nice stay. Rooms are spacious with a large king bed. The bathroom can be bigger, its very compact. Breakfast had less choice for vegetarians. A bit far from the market and pub street but tuk tuk are available

Feels like I am recharged after 4 nights stayed in this beautiful resort. Hotel is nice, calm and clean. I Love spending my early morning breakfast at the swimming pool side ( we have to bring the food ourself from their breakfast restaurant, but it's not big deal since the environment around there is super good).

Big hotel and This hotel is a bit far from town, caters for Korean tourist groups and has a pretty big pool. You need to be desperate or have an amazing deal to stay here .. much better options elsewhere .. they have big meeting room and big space and big environment.

We had a lovely stay at the Empress Angkor. The room was very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the impressive pool area.However, the bathroom needs renovation, especially for a 5-star hotel! The breakfast buffet is quite wonderful. The staff is helpful, yet some might be better groomed.

I stayed at this hotel with a friend on a tour. The air-conditioning in our room was not going below 28°c, and we asked for it to be checked. Calm and clean place, best for families stay

We love this hotel. The pool area is amazing, great selection at breakfast with chefs standing by to prepare eggs or soup, spacious rooms and best of all the staff are warm and welcoming. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Be sure to book tours through local drivers and tuk tuk to support the small businesses.

The staff here is amazing. The breakfast spread is pretty good. The pool is nice and it's really lovely inside and out.Even a nice gift shop with some reasonable handmade crafts. *I will say though the bed was super hard and the pillows were not very good but a firm bed may be your jam and if that's the case you will enjoy it.

This is an amazing hotel worth every single dime. The restaurant is very very good. The rooms are beautiful. Big air-conditioning is fantastic. I have stayed here several times in the past, this was my worst stay ever. The lady called Sophie at reception was so nasty and unhappy, when we disagreed with her her attitude changed and she was horrible. I did tell her as well by the way. Old school classic hotel. Nice pool gym and sauna. Rooms are good too. Breakfast also. AC system too old and too loud. We were here in December so could sleep with the windows open. Also please change the tea brand. All over asia you get Lipton tea in good hotels. Lipton tea is terrible. Give a local brand - much better.

My partner and I are having a lovely stay. The hotel is quiet (not outside a noisy pub) and staff was professional and friendly. We have booked the place for an event later this year. Nice hotel, with big rooms. Over bath shower, which is not good for some people and staff seem a bit lacklustre. Very convenient location close to town area but in a quiet area. I did a massage and pool day here. The pool was incredible! The massage was absolutely amazing. My wife and I both enjoyed every bit of the experience here.

Cleanliness was excellent, staff were friendly, food was great, location was perfect, but when I told housekeeping to clean the room they didn't cleaned well, which made me a bit uncomfortable because I stayed for 4 days and in 4 days I only told them to clean once and they didn't cleaned it well, other than that everything was fine, great, highly recommended for business people, families and tourists

J7 was a great stay for us for 11 nights. The staff are super nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a quite part of town but within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars a good grocery store. The room was very clean with comfortable bedding and ample hot water.

The rooms here are lovely- spacious, clean, and with a big bathtub. The food at the restaurant is just fair. We were there over New Years and the breakfast ran out of some food. The location is great and it is easy to get around the town. Even though it is central, you don't hear the outside noise. The pool area is stunning.
