Beautiful environment, good service attitude of staff, delicious breakfast Tuk Tuk takes 10 minutes to the city center
Great location. Beautiful, clean and quiet hotel. One of the best I’ve stayed in here in Cambodia.
Location looks not bad(anyway toktok(?) is not expensive and also no rip-off) Breakfast was not bad(nothing special but clean) Accommodation : I used just gym(swimming pool outside) Staffs were friendly(English OK)
Fantastic place ..Fantastic staff friendly , very helpful with Professional management that helped with any need required, could not fault the staff . Very good hotel with excellent service, extensive breakfast and cozy swimming pool. Would be happy to return next time.
Good place to stay just a bit old fashion and there're not much equipment.
The hotel a bit far from town but you can’t check use tuk tuk it cost 4$ each way to town. Room is ok but complimentary not fix in 5 star hotel just like 3 stars hotel
I loved everything about it 🙌
4-Star Luxury Hotel for the Backpacker Price of $40/night! The first thing you notice about Sokha Palace Siem Reap Hotel is just how pretty it is! The architect, painters, decorators and maintenance staff did a fabulous job (see my photos). The second thing you notice is how delicious the huge buffet is – including free espresso drinks. Third, you notice that the rooms are not only nice but that everything...
Overall a nice stay. Rooms are spacious with a large king bed. The bathroom can be bigger, its very compact. Breakfast had less choice for vegetarians. A bit far from the market and pub street but tuk tuk are available

Nov 2019-great place and good service.
Big room nice hotel except the air-con (the air-con) is not cool.
Feels like I am recharged after 4 nights stayed in this beautiful resort. Hotel is nice, calm and clean. I Love spending my early morning breakfast at the swimming pool side ( we have to bring the food ourself from their breakfast restaurant, but it's not big deal since the environment around there is super good).
Big hotel and This hotel is a bit far from town, caters for Korean tourist groups and has a pretty big pool. You need to be desperate or have an amazing deal to stay here .. much better options elsewhere .. they have big meeting room and big space and big environment.

Amazing rooms, really spacious, neat and clean. The decor and aesthetics of the hotel is so good that half the satisfaction is driven by living in such a beautiful property. Wood carvings, beautiful swimming pool and extreme care to details.
Stayed two nights recently. Best star hotel with nice breakfast. Room service and housekeeping need a special mention. Best choice to stay
This hotel and its lovely staff made our stay in Cambodia truly comfortable. The service was way above anything we saw in the last two weeks of our travel in Vietnam and Cambodia. The staff, under the able guidance of the front desk manager Mr Sarik, conducted themselves in an admirable fashion. They were ALWAYS polite, and very willing to help with any queries. Others such as the Asst manager Mr Souen...
We had a lovely stay at the Empress Angkor. The room was very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the impressive pool area. However, the bathroom needs renovation, especially for a 5-star hotel! The breakfast buffet is quite wonderful. The staff is helpful, yet some might be better groomed.
I stayed at this hotel with a friend on a tour. The air-conditioning in our room was not going below 28°c, and we asked for it to be checked. After checking we were moved to another room which was great. The internet was intermittent but this seemed to be across Siem Reip, not just our hotel. My friend was unwell and staff assisted her to our room and often checked on us. Cambodia is a beautiful...
No matter what I asked him, he answered me politely. She had a very nice smile. I thought the employees were thorough in their greetings.

Calm and clean place, best for families stay
We love this hotel. The pool area is amazing, great selection at breakfast with chefs standing by to prepare eggs or soup, spacious rooms and best of all the staff are warm and welcoming. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Be sure to book tours through local drivers and tuk tuk to support the small businesses.
We stayed for 1 night. Great stay and location. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Vanna and Pheap helped our stay well. I want to give a special thank you to all the friendly staff during breakfast. Really friendly and attentive.

Outstanding stay at Tara Angkor Hotel! We had an amazing stay at the Tara Angkor Hotel. The property is comfortable, well located, and offers great value for money. But what truly makes the difference is the staff — incredibly attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. A very special mention to Mr. Veasna, who was exceptionally proactive and professional in helping us track down our lost luggage...
The staff here is amazing. The breakfast spread is pretty good. The pool is nice and it's really lovely inside and out.Even a nice gift shop with some reasonable handmade crafts. *I will say though the bed was super hard and the pillows were not very good but a firm bed may be your jam and if that's the case you will enjoy it.
The staff were very friendly opening doors for you. The room service was performed efficiently. There was a safe in the room . It’s about a 20 minute walk if you want to go into the main tourist area. Or you could take a tuk tuk and we paid two or $3 US depending on the negotiation. The pool was lovely and clean which chairs around the outside edge depending on the time of day it was hard to get the...
This is an amazing hotel worth every single dime. The restaurant is very very good. The rooms are beautiful. Big air-conditioning is fantastic. The staff couldn’t be more helpful most places in Cambodia, except US dollars and the hotels make it easy to change money. I would say it was a fantastic experience all the way around and I would recommend it for Children all the way to people 110 years old
Loved our stay here. The staff are absolutely beautiful, the spa was perfect. Can’t recommend it highly enough, I honestly think we’ll be back to Cambodia after meeting the people here and them making our time so memorable and enjoyable in Cambodia. Thank you. Ours was a ‘deluxe room’, nice to have a bath in our suite. Also the hotel had a filtered water machine downstairs and large bottles of...
I have stayed here several times in the past, this was my worst stay ever. The lady called Sophie at reception was so nasty and unhappy, when we disagreed with her her attitude changed and she was horrible. I did tell her as well by the way. We stayed in first floor closer to the pool. Noise level from the ground floor was unbearable, and the comfort was not there. The tv in both rooms could hardly...

All great, just location a bit off but it is a real resort.
Rude receptionist , staff are not friendly at all
Introducing the hotel room amenities Many other people have posted photos of the rooms, so here we will introduce the amenities. Bathroom and toilet The bathroom is equipped with two types of showers. One is a handheld type that is easy to use and comfortable. The other is a rain shower that pours down from above, giving you a refreshing feeling as if you were in nature. There is plenty of shampoo...
We thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay at this resort. We booked two rooms. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and had an elegant, high-end feel, yet still represented great value for money. The hotel is located a bit away from the central tourist areas, providing a quieter and more relaxed environment. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The full buffet breakfast was...
Sprawling landscaped grounds, rooms are spacious clean and comfortable with all modern amenities. Breakfast venue and offering was decent. The receptionist on check in was good and helpful with advice and booking of driver to Angkor Wat. However the receptionist at check out had a poorer command of English and probably didn’t understand much of what we wanted to do or where to go. The location is good...
The hotel has two large swimming pools and hot water in the room came quickly! Breakfast includes on-site fried eggs, omelettes, and freshly cooked noodles. February is the dry season, there is no rain and the weather is very hot! If you extend your stay in the room, we will help you clean the room every day. There is a water dispenser in the museum, so you don't have to go out to buy mineral water...

Hotel is located within 5 min walk from the walking street and pubs. Breakfast is a buffet well worth the money. The pool is big enough. It is a cozy and clean place.
Throughout our two night's stay, we were struggling with the wifi connection. The breakfast can see some improvement
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredible Stay at Prince Angkor Hotel & Spa! I am so glad I booked this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm Cambodian hospitality, especially from Sun at the front desk, who greeted me every day with a big smile and genuine kindness. I stayed with four friends on New Year's Eve. All the staff were friendly and some could speak Japanese, so I felt safe. I would like to stay again.
Old school classic hotel. Nice pool gym and sauna. Rooms are good too. Breakfast also. AC system too old and too loud. We were here in December so could sleep with the windows open. Also please change the tea brand. All over asia you get Lipton tea in good hotels. Lipton tea is terrible. Give a local brand - much better.

My partner and I are having a lovely stay. The hotel is quiet (not outside a noisy pub) and staff was professional and friendly. We have booked the place for an event later this year. This place is good value for money and the place is very clean and tidy. The team working here really do make the stay well worth it.
Fantastic hotel, with excellent facilities and staff. The location is perfect in that it is very close to the town centre, but spacious, quiet and on the road to Angkor Wat. Could not recommend highly enough. A wonderful stay here that we extended twice from our original 5 days to a total of 10 days.
We stayed two nights here while visiting Angkor Wat. All the while, we couldn’t understand why it was not busier. This hotel is so underrated! The staff are so nice add friendly. Rooms and grounds are so clean! The pool is absolutely beautiful. There is a nice green space behind the pool area with a bridge and fish where they grow mangoes and jackfruit. Decent breakfast and enjoyable at the pool area...
Nice hotel, with big rooms. Over bath shower, which is not good for some people and staff seem a bit lacklustre. Very convenient location close to town area but in a quiet area. Nice big swimming pool but used by outside people, one day it was completely full of children from outside the hotel. Breakfast adequate.
Lovely helpful staff, always on hand to help. Even when we arrived at 5AM after a night of travelling, they enabled an early check in

I had previously lived during this era so it is reassuring familiar as my previous palace / hunting lodge .Even the bar was my markings of 520 years ago .
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They really make an effort to please you and accommodate you. We were particularly impressed with the staff in the dining room and with our driver, Jhan-ta. The facilities are also very good. …
Good local Cambodian hotel. Located on the outskirts of Siem Reap. Big pool for swim lovers. Breakfast is ok and of international choice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Stayed there a couple times and would not mind to go back. At times filled with Chinese and Korean tourist. They even have a fish pond upfront. Recommended.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are comfortable and modern. After checking out the temples it’s nice to have a place that’s comfortable and updated. Wonderful hotel wonderful staff no complaints
Wonderful stay in Siem Reap! The hotel made sure to accommodate all our requests!
The hotel is nice and clean. Air conditioner is not so cold, not sure if it is just that room or normal there. Some old burnt smell in the air conditioner as well. Great stay - we loved the pool and the happy hour drinks!
Cleanliness was excellent, staff were friendly, food was great, location was perfect, but when I told housekeeping to clean the room they didn't cleaned well, which made me a bit uncomfortable because I stayed for 4 days and in 4 days I only told them to clean once and they didn't cleaned it well, other than that everything was fine, great, highly recommended for business people, families and tourists
Nice n clean environment. Good service from employees. Nice swimming pool.
The Angkor Paradise Hotel has a good location with numerous restaurants easy walking distance, and the staff consistently provide great service. However, the internet connection in our room is quite slow.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The rooms, the lobby, the restaurant, and the pool are all excellent. Every inch of the place is beautifully decorated, with really nice touches everywhere (such as the elephants by the pool). Every single staff member we encountered was wonderful, in particular the restaurant staff. I strongly recommend this hotel.
This hotel has so much going for it. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap and so allows for a great place to relax after busy days in the temples etc, but only a short tuk tuk ride away from Pub St and the busyness of the main town. Very good first impression, professional staff, welcome drink and refreshing towel. J7 was a great stay for us for 11 nights. The staff are super nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a quite part of town but within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars a good grocery store. The room was very clean with comfortable bedding and ample hot water.
The rooms here are lovely- spacious, clean, and with a big bathtub. The food at the restaurant is just fair. We were there over New Years and the breakfast ran out of some food.
