A five star hotel located in the middle of the city. Large rooms, swimming pool and spa with gym, in house antique shoppe and restaurants. Rooms had wooden furniture with ample amenities. Tubs for bathing. Breakfast spread was quite good as well as the dinner we ordered. The staff was exceptionally polite and courteous. It's an out of town location, Service was excellent and we were in the 5* area. There is an outdoor swimming pool but the pool bar and Spa Area were closed during our visit at Christmas 2023.

Feels like I am recharged after 4 nights stayed in this beautiful resort. Hotel is nice, calm and clean. I Love spending my early morning breakfast at the swimming pool side ( we have to bring the food ourself from their breakfast restaurant, but it's not big deal since the environment around there is super good).

Big hotel and This hotel is a bit far from town, caters for Korean tourist groups and has a pretty big pool. You need to be desperate or have an amazing deal to stay here .. much better options elsewhere .. they have big meeting room and big space and big environment.

We had a lovely stay at the Empress Angkor. The room was very spacious, with a balcony overlooking the impressive pool area.However, the bathroom needs renovation, especially for a 5-star hotel! The breakfast buffet is quite wonderful. The staff is helpful, yet some might be better groomed.

Nice hotel near to centre, tuk tuk readily available. Staff are very polite and sociable, this is our 6th hotel in the past 19 days we are here in Asia. This is the only hotel to put a tax on food and drinks. Example is a 330ml can of Cambodian beer is $4.50 so two beers is $9 per round. This is the dearest we have encountered. The hotel location is not bad, you can just jump onto a Tuktuk and a min ride you could arrive to the pub street for food and everything. I loved my stay here, the concierge staff here were lovely. It was the perfect place to stay for the end of our trip. The room was lovely and well kept. The pool area was really nice and the bar staff there were amazing. The internet here at night wasn't great, a little hit and miss. The breakfast area was really nice with lots of choices. Old school classic hotel. Nice pool gym and sauna. Rooms are good too. Breakfast also. AC system too old and too loud. We were here in December so could sleep with the windows open. Also please change the tea brand. All over asia you get Lipton tea in good hotels. Lipton tea is terrible. Give a local brand - much better.

My partner and I are having a lovely stay. The hotel is quiet (not outside a noisy pub) and staff was professional and friendly. We have booked the place for an event later this year. This place is good value for money and the place is very clean and tidy. The team working here really do make the stay well worth it.

Fantastic hotel, with excellent facilities and staff. The location is perfect in that it is very close to the town centre, but spacious, quiet and on the road to Angkor Wat. Nice hotel, with big rooms. Over bath shower, which is not good for some people and staff seem a bit lacklustre. Very convenient location close to town area but in a quiet area. Good local Cambodian hotel. Located on the outskirts of Siem Reap. Big pool for swim lovers. Breakfast is ok and of international choice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Stayed there a couple times and would not mind to go back. At times filled with Chinese and Korean tourist. They even have a fish pond upfront. Recommended.

I did a massage and pool day here. The pool was incredible! The massage was absolutely amazing. My wife and I both enjoyed every bit of the experience here.

Stayed here for 3 nights during a vacation. The hotel has everything you need, I didn’t even have to go out to get food or other supplies. The rooftop bar was great, I had good talk with the bartenders and waiters. The spa was also good. Breakfast was great, they packed up meal if you’re leaving early morning to catch sunrise tour at Angkor Wat

Excellent service and wonderful staff. Had privet tour of town and temples . Driver and guide both were excellent. We had cold water and cold hade towels every time we came back to the car after visiting temples. It was extra special care for us .

Great staff, clean rooms, wonderful food. I had a great time here. Everyone we met was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we could desire. The prices were very reasonable for the quality you receive. Next time I return I will surely seek a room here at the Marriott Courtyard.

Great stay - we loved the pool and the happy hour drinks!

Cleanliness was excellent, staff were friendly, food was great, location was perfect, but when I told housekeeping to clean the room they didn't cleaned well, which made me a bit uncomfortable because I stayed for 4 days and in 4 days I only told them to clean once and they didn't cleaned it well, other than that everything was fine, great, highly recommended for business people, families and tourists

This hotel was very tired and clearly lacked staff and any money spent on it for some time. There were lots of dead bugs where they clearly had fumigated but then didn’t sweep up. The lighting in the hotel was very dull and the carpets were in bed of a good hoover but actually need to be replaced as thread bear. We had two power failures during the night which woke us up. A jewel of a hotel. So friendly and accommodating. My 3 teenagers loved the pool after a day of touring the countryside. The concierge was wonderful with helping find guides and suggesting the best way to experience Siem Reap.

The hotel is located in the city center of Siem Reap, close to Angkor Supermarket, Angkor Wat and Pub Street. The hotel's dinner can be booked in advance, and there are local traditional performances. It is a very good experience. The breakfast is also rich and tastes very good. I will stay again.

J7 was a great stay for us for 11 nights. The staff are super nice and helpful. The hotel is located in a quite part of town but within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars a good grocery store. The room was very clean with comfortable bedding and ample hot water.

The rooms here are lovely- spacious, clean, and with a big bathtub. The food at the restaurant is just fair. We were there over New Years and the breakfast ran out of some food. The location is great and it is easy to get around the town. Even though it is central, you don't hear the outside noise. The pool area is stunning.
