I can fully recommend this hotel for every body coming to Siem Reap. You wont regret it especially if you are looking for something outside of a hustle and bustle of city center (but its still just 5min drive from it).
We were lucky to receive an upgrade and our room was fantastic, huge and clean, with am amazing bathtube and so close to the pool, bar and the gym.
The best part of the hotel its the staff. Everybody from bartenders, reception, housekeepers etc were so nice, professional and helpful. However I need to give special thanks for amazing receptionist Sammy which was so nice to us and always welcoming us with a huge smile.
Breakfast was good, with a delicious coffee served by a bartender.
The whole area is so green and beautiful.
The only thing is which could have been better is spa pricing which is waaay higher than in a city center. Maybe its better than? But we haven't tried it so I can't tell you.

*Service: a bit disappointment experience. We arrive around 1:50pm to check-in, and we waited till 2:30pm. Then there’s a couple coming after us to check in but the staff only carry/bring their stuff to the room while we have to carry ourselves when the room is ready. And only one staff bring them to the room while asking us to go along as well then wait till the other couple get to the room then the staff show us another way to our room. This experience made us feel a bit overlooked and not really welcomed comparing to the other couple.
Staffs are great and helpful, breakfast, foods and pool were amazing.
Highly recommend if you traveling to Siem reap Cambodia, this place is great for a couple and family gathering.
My holiday was so relaxed.
Aroma massage was great too with reasonable price in this low season ~^^
