I planned to stay there a week and ended up staying there 3 weeks... The rooms are big and comfortable, well equipped with everything you need, the pool is really nice, and because it's a bit outside it's perfect for people who look for a more quiet environment. I definitely recommend.

Super spacious room for a super affordable price! I love how calm and serene the place is and seems well maintained. Location was also accessible to many famous attractions (angkor museum, pub street, old market, etc) and within the main highway,too. I will definitely be staying with them again when I’m in Siem Reap in the future! Highly recommended 💯 🌟

One of the best hotels I've ever been in! Has a big pool in the middle, bar, location is very convenient, they have very nice scooter renting service, which is convenient if you want to explore grand circuit temples by yourself! Rooms are huge and nicely decorated, stuff is super friendly. Hotel has a lot of cats, which I really liked (if you're not a cat person you'll probably be annoyed, though.)
All in all, very pleasant stay, don't really have anything bad to say about the place! Would stay again!

If you book this hotel you know where it is located, and the location is just perfect as you are close to the action but far enough to have peaceful nights, the owners and staff will do all possible to serve you well and make you feel at home
I opted for this place for log stay ,probably will stay very long as till today i did not find better and that for a reasonable price.
The smiles and top service from the staff is included in the price, like the breakfast

Very good value for money! The room, furniture and fittings show their ages. The room is very large. Maintenance and cleaning can be better. Breakfast is acceptable but the service is very slow.

I deared to write an honest review about this palace and the owner started harassing me with nasty messages on Whatsapp. Even tried to call me several times to bully me.

It is more of a hostel than a hotel. The nicest think about it is the local staff. They were very nice and helpful but undertrained and suffering from the bad management.
The room was big, but in need of basic cleaning. The shower door hasn't been cleaned for at least 3 months or more. Torn, stained curtains put inside out, dirty mirror, and the list goes on.
Overal, the place needs serious renovation and definitely a professional hotel manager to run the place. The owners are incompetent to do the job and delusional about their performance.
In conclusion, do not stay at this place, you well be better off somewhere else.

The Dungeon- white with rendered unpainted cement walls.
Cambodians are known for their hospitality and smiles, the staff was otherwise untrained. There was a huge crack in the door, toilet paper was used to stuff the crack. The room had bare walls, half was unpainted and finished in unpainted dark rendered cement, all the lights were spot and wholely insufficient lumens, these may be intentional designs but I need to be able to see. There is no kill switch at the bed so triping over after the lights were turned off was a nightly hazard. Bed was stiff and covers looked and felt old- perhaps this is an eco-friendly place, not wanting to use bleach. Exactly 1 pillow and 1 towel was provide, I had to ask for a second pillow two times, no bath mat etc ... Room was not cleaned daily, maybe I'm missing the inhouse signal system. Old flooring. No outlets no hairdryer in the bathroom which was bare concrete.
The ac was barely sufficient to keep the room tolerable. Location was very slight closer to Anchor Wat than the market area in exchange for little food places etc ..., the positive being being local prices and local cuisine (may be good or bad)
The pool was lovely though.
I wasn't sure if I needed to come through the side gate meant for cleaners and maids, 🤣🤔

Really cute hotel recommended for family and couples. Huge room for 20$ the night, nice breakfast. The staff is really helpful.
