Very nice hotel, with friendly staff and lovely food. The pool and the gardens are also very nice and clean. Good location to explore the temples and the city.

Beautiful hotel, large and spacious. 2 restaurant's and a large pool, spa service that was exceptional and reasonably priced (there was a 30% off special we took advantage of and it ranks on my top 3 massages of all time where I've travelled). The service was amazing and easy to get a ride into the downtown hustle and bustle for shopping, bars, nightlife. Our room had a king bed as well as a sitting suite with small balcony. It was our last stay in Cambodia before our SE Asia trip came to an end. It did not disappoint and I wish we had longer. Highly recommend.

Can't recommend this hotel enough. It's fabulous in every respect - beautiful decor, spacious, comfortable, air conditioned room with a balcony overlooking a stunning garden. The breakfast is a comprehensive and excellent buffet. The service is fantastic with super friendly and attentive staff.

This was a lovely resort hotel to base ourselves out of to explore the many magnificent historic sites in the area.
The rooms were lovely, the warm outdoor pool was special and the breakfast was delicious.
Without exception, all of the staff were helpful and lovely and I highly recommend this hotel if you want to visit Siem Reap.

It was a real pleasure to stay here. The service from the room staff to the front desk was amazing. Everybody was super friendly, always helpful and willing to go the extra mile from ordering your transportation to making reservations for you. One minor quibble with the hotel room was that we found the AC wasn't cold enough. However, when we requested a room change, the new room was perfectly fine. The location was really good and was a quick Tuk Tuk ride to Pub Street. Breakfast was pretty standard fare and gets the job done. Would recommend staying here.

Excellent hotel ... room, staff, service, breakfast ... all excellent. A special thanks to their excellent hotel manager who was a pleasure to have met. Location is not within walking distance of anything or anywhere that you want to go to, but it's an inexpensive taxi ride, so location was not so important. We were very happy with this hotel and highly recommend it.

Very nice hotel with a pool and helpful staff. A little on the expensive side for the area. The room was a bit old fashioned and tired but perfectly acceptable. Food was good.

I enjoyed very much staying in Lotus Blanc hotel! The personnel is very friendly and the service is on very good level.

The only recommendation is to make cleaners aware not to change towels too often if it is not asked by the guests;) and to make guests aware as well to help save water!

Beautiful hotel. Extremely helpful staff, willing to go above and beyond. Facilities are superb, restaurants are very good, and USD accepted (preferred). Language was not a barrier. Highly recommended.
