Meduza Hotel

I am shocked after my visit in the hotels restaurant . Staff treated us not as guests but as friends , which is not acceptable in such place . The waitresses are laughing out loud , singing , having personal conversations for the whole terrace to hear which included russian swearing . We had fried bread which comes with a cheese sauce , the snack was disgusting . Overall , super poor experience , do not recommend .

Tarrible now in a room more than 30°C and no condicioner inside. Also towels drier in wc is heating like hell, and rising temperature in a room as well. No sauna, no alowed with animals, no parking, even before one two years was free of charge, now it madically became paidfull, so after few several year going to this hotel its the last time. Very disapointed us.

Restaurant quality is bad, the waiters looked they had enough of this job. I think problem is in the management and the manager of the personnel. I do not recommend someone to work in here and also to have a nice holiday at the hotel. Very bad.

The rooms have zero noise insulation, you can hear every single word that your neighbours say, which made it hard to sleep. That also means you have to stay extremely quiet yourself. Some of the staff were really rude. The breakfast is absolutely (!) not worth it, the food is horrible and the selection is basically non existent. We got publicly scolded for getting up again to take a little bit of extra sausages which was really embarrassing. For such an overpriced breakfast of very cheap dishes it is simply ridiculous. I guess the staff would rather have you take more food than you need at once and throw it away. The location is good, quiet and beautiful surroundings, the sea is nearby and you can also take walks or runs in the pine forest. Overall I would not recommend it.

Restaurant is bad. At summer is a little better, but in winter time, guys pass it out. I ordered steak, and get boiler beath. Waiter, i met him in summer time, and met it now. It seams he is so tyred of his work, perhaps it’s normal then client turns around to say goodbay even after bad experience, and waiter just stand with no emotions. So just look other place :)
