Peaceful and quiet location. Shower in the room was spilling water everywhere + no air conditioning.

Room was clean and the service is good at the hotel they have a breakfast in the hotel. If you’d like there is a hotel restaurant the staff are kind and good a little bit of language barrier but they try their best to give good service.

I went to take a shower, opened the faucet, a plug jumped off it, the water burst out of the shower and my hair got wet, floot got wet, and couldn't use the handheld showerhead because the plug was broken like said before. You can hear everything from other rooms, even from downstairs. But on a good note, the rooms are big and some of them have two floors.

Place is perfect for the money we paid. The beds where comfy and cosy, sheets where clean and smelled good. The breakfast was nutritious and delicious, as a fitness person I was amazed by the amount of protein on the table. Lady on the reception was also very respectful, recommended places to visit and amazing restaurant for diner. Great place

I think that it is a very good hotel the scenary looks amazing, the hotel and the food looks amazing too the prices are affordable.

The administration was so nice, you could ask them about the most popular places to visit, and even places where you can go eat where there aren't a lot of tourists. Rooms are comfortable and not too expensive. Loved it!

I travel a lot and this is the top budget hotel I have been at. Very spacious, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, sufficient balcony, large bathroom, excellent shower, good quality towels, incredibly comfortable bed, small workspace, free wifi, multiple mirrors, hanging space, coat space, fan, large windows, bedside lights... It simply had everything and was very comfortable.

We rested on weekdays, in the middle of the week. Peaceful rest in this hotel. Good location. The beach is nearby. Neat hotel with air conditioners. Pleasant and helpful service staff. Delicious breakfast. Everything was great. We plan to come back again.

It's really close to the sea, the rooms are fine, but the "free parking" zone is really small, so it's basically nonexistant and you have to pay at least 13 euros if you're staying for one night - or you can walk 1km and park for free. Either way it's not too comfortable.

Seafood pasta was really delicious.

Nice employees but noisy at night, could not fall asleep because of some people slamming the door and moving furniture. Breakfast is not worth it, dinner in the restaurant was much better. Location is awesome for going to the beach

Nice luxury rooms, good breakfast

An excellent place to stay when in Palanga. You are just close enough to the centre and can access everything by foot, but at the same time far enough from parties or noise. Would highly recommend this place, exactly as described, not a single issue! We also had a pleasant balcony for nice sunrise/sunset cups of coffee

Nice rooms for a few nights. There is mini kitchen in the room, TV, WC, free Wi-Fi. All you can need for proper living.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area near the beach and the promenade. The owner is very nice and speaks fluent English. The room was clean and spacious, our room had a balcony facing the courtyard, which was beautiful and well maintained. The downside is that we had no information that breakfast would have been possible on site and it was also unclear whether it would have been...

This place is about the treatment you get. The host was very friendly and helpful, both in Russian and English. The breakfast had plenty to offer, with fresh bread, eggs, porridge, veggies and good coffee We spent 2 nights here in January. They have private parking. The room and bathroom was spotless.

The location was very nice. It provided a clear view if the nature in palanga. The food was great but the service lacked a tiny but because it took too long.

Not many vegan options, but beet salad without feta was really good. Also bruschettas with tomatoes are nice.

Loved the interior. Modern interior mixed with old style concert posters. Monkey 47 Gin cocktail was really well made. Only one spot better that made better gin tonics is Sanatorija Gin bar in Vilnius. Prices are higher than other places in Palanga to eat but portions, waiters are really good here. The only thing I missed was salt on my cepelinai and potatoes with my cold beet soup.

A great place to relax with children. Jura and the center are a few minutes away. The rooms are spacious, cozy and substantial. The mayor and the staff are very friendly and kind. We will definitely stay again. We recommend it 100%.

Good place to rest. There is a swimming pool if you don't want to go to the sea, a children's playground. The rooms have everything you may need.

I really liked the communication of the staff. Everything needed was provided. The room is clean, they politely inquired about cleaning, maybe something is needed. The food in the cafe is very tasty, the employees are nice. There is a trampoline and swings for children. It would be time to repair the stairs from the outside when entering the cafe, because if they are broken, it is not safe to climb...

I stayed at the Austėja hotel for 8 nights, only four days later the housekeeper came and I had to ask for it for several days. The sheets were not changed during the entire stay...

A little crumbled, broken. We didn't find any paper, but we found chips in the cupboard. :)) regardless, the receptionist was the nicest and friendliest I've ever come across. Great!

Stay Very good choice and quality for Breakfast

Great hotel and location This location is perfect for visiting the beach, local shops and restaurants. I was surprised that I would have to reserve a time and pay to use the hot tub. I skipped my usual 15 minute dip.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The restaurant is very small, so you need to book a time for breakfast in advance.

Cozy room. Beautiful backyard. There's BBQ zone and outside kitchen. You can relax on a lawn or in a loung full of artistic paintings. Close to main street and sea. Very pleasant owners. Pets allowed. Would visit again.

Good place close to the walking street, suitable for dogs. Breakfast at additional cost downstairs, delicious. The most helpful receptionist. On the downside, not the cleanest room - a lot of dust and too many spiders!

Very nice stay close to the beach. Really calm place. The room was for two people, but even three persons can stay. Rooms with private bathroom, wardrobe, table, TV. Good WiFi. Nice and helpfull staff. Deliciuos and from a big choice breakfast.

We did not stay at the hotel but had a lovely breakfast on a Sunday morning. I enjoyed the fried eggs with bacon and my daughter liked her pan cakes with banana. The service was fairly quick.

The people working there are amazing - you feel like visiting your family members. The food is great, the vibe is very artsy and cozy.

The room was great - spacious and clean, and if not for an unpleasant smell from the bathroom due to some pipes it would have been 5 star rating. Breakfast was a choice from the breakfast menu with one drink. Our room accommodation had a balcony and two rooms, and was plenty spacious.
