The staff is very hospitable and most of them went out of the way to make our stay memorable. We arrived quite late and the receptionist Tamara was very helpful
I evaluate the restaurant with 5 stars, very good food for good prices.
The ambience is good and the location is great with a scenic view.

The personnel of the hotel and of the restaurant was amazing, friendly, open, professional, helped me with everything I needed (and more). The breakfast was very generous, in the restaurant you get drinks and local food
The restaurant had a small menu and could not serve some of the dishes. The waiter did not speak a lot English. The food was bland and dry. There are better restaurants nearby.
The room was rather simple (maybe more simple than I would expect from a 4-* hotel) but clean and welcoming

The pool area is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ the best! Clean fresh water the umbrellas are big and the beds are comfortable! A view is amazing my whole family loved the pool
Place, host, view, pool - everything was simply amazing. I would recommend this stay for couples but also for families. We are definitely going to stay here again.
So nice if you just want to disconnect from the world. It's in a quiet location just 10-15 minutes walk from the waterfront. The hotel is spotless and the pool area is a delight! The staff couldn't be more helpful

Great view of the sea, nice comfortable bed, couch not so much, pretty well equiped kitchen. Close to the beach, some 3-5min walk. The pool is great to dip your legs into and look at the starts in the evening

This hotel could be so much better. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room maid, Marianna, came in every day to makeup the bed and clean. The sheets and towels we're changed every few days
There is a deposit of €20 on each beach towel and there is a tourist tax of €2 per person per night. The food was very repetitive and mostly served lukewarm
The pool area is small, so we went to the beach instead. There are plenty of loungers and umbrellas. It is a shingle beach so if you want to go into the sea you may want to take beach shoes
I stayed at the hotel for a week with my friends and had a lot of fun. The receptionists were helpful in giving us all the information we needed. The rooms are clean and we had a beautiful view of the sea
The choice of food is huge - something for everyone. I had a virus due to the weather change, but nothing serious. The live music was perfect, as was the national dance. I definitely recommend coming here!
I'm currently staying in a hotel with my boyfriend, and everything is great. The sea view from the balcony is wonderful, as are the spacious rooms. The staff is loving and always smiling

They offered to drive us to a beach bar operated by another hotel of their chain, where we had free sunbeds and the same level of service
Perfect experience in all regards! Rooms are spacious, modern and have a balcony with a view of the bay. The hotel's staff is welcoming, efficient and detail-oriented
While diner and lunch are not currently available, breakfast was served as a delicious two course meal on their sunny patio
The location of the hotel on a small side-street and the fact it is boutique makes it a relaxing and calm place to stay

This year, the food was particularly good, with a variety of options, gluten free and vegan included. The staff is kind and welcoming and, all in all, they do their best to make you feel at home

Nice restaurant on the first floor with tasty and fresh local food (fish, prosciutto, cheese). And you can easily get to the nearest city Hercog Novi using a bus (the bus stop is just 3 min from the hotel)
