The owners took such good care of us, we felt so welcomed, they made us very tasty BBQs even though the restaurant was closed due to the off season, gave a lot of great advice, and overall just such nice and friendly people

Internet is super strong and fast, you can work from the beach. Rooms are comfortable and high end. The food and service is amazing and the host makes you feel at home. Highly recommend this place for work and vacation!

The rooms were clean and beautiful. Location is fantastic too as in this part of the coast a nice promenade goes along the beach so you can walk anywhere around easily. We had a rented car but we did not use it much

Beautiful modern rooms and very well decorated. Great location right on the water with plenty of parking. Amazing, super tasty breakfast selection and very friendly staff that gave some great tips on the area

With family we spent a lot of time in this hospitable restaurant during our vacation time and I must say we wasn't dissapointed at all. Delicious food and desserts, very caring stuff, we will miss all that.

The place has amazing staff and the food is delicious, and the drinks are as they should be. Anyone that likes fine quisine and good servise should visit this fine establishment and see for themselves

Today there was live music, played the young guys)) also very nice and the whole repertoire has been selected so that told us a story. I never write reviews, but today this simply can not do!

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests

The apartments have functional kitchen and bedroom equipped with everything you need. A stone's throw from the beach, the only flaw is that it is difficult to find an extra sign

But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels all over the world but this breakfast was by far the best. All together, this place is amazing and we will definitely come visit again

The prices are a little above the prices in other places but it is not much to be a concern. The staff is good and speaks English which is good compared to other places who speak mainly "pretend English"

Food is good typical for the region with some Russian inclination. Majority of the guests are Russian. They offer hookah/nargile which is rare in the area

They have a local band who plays old American rock songs, European and local at night. Overall it makes for a pleasant evening

Food & service is excellent! I had a steak, it was perfectly cooked. Very high quality meat, tender.

one of the employees (the one working in the morning) was amazing. she was hardworking and very helpful, offering solutions we didnt even think about. we had a private beach infront of the ohouse and a nice popular bar

Next to the beach, there is a café called PRC, where they play lovely music and serve excellent coffee. And the prices are more than reasonable. The apartment is clean and spacious enough

We only stayed for three days, but it was enough to have a wonderful rest and recharge our batteries. The apartment is located on the seaside. The view from the terrace is magnificent

There is only a promenade separating you from the private beach. The beach is nestled in greenery, with natural shade. We were mostly alone during the day

We got access for a small pool, not really cleaned with a lot of chemicals smell. The nice pools you see on the website - we have no access to them. It is misleading as you see beautiful pools that you cant use

The food was very delicios with plenty of options- gluten free food, national dishes, seasonal fruits…Infinity pool with breathtaking landscape and sunbeds under the trees is great option near the beach

The pool area was mostly quiet and relaxing, and the location is great for self-organised trips

- closed parking for 2 cars During the 7 days of stay, a cleaning lady came once, completely cleaned the 2 floors and replaced the bed linen and towels. The owner Stoyan is always happy to help with any question

I was only going there for the food. We had to wait like 30mins -1 hour. The food was very tasty and good. It was understaffed and there was only 2 waiters and 2 cooks for the whole restaurant

Even tho the food was good it was overpriced. I had to pay 70 euros for a salad, spaghtetti, fish and french fries and water. The interior is nice and the view is breathtaking

The hotel staff gave us excellent tips on where to eat. The hotel’s beach is smaller and quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pretty water and mountain views. if you want peace and quiet, this hotel is perfect

Hygiene: Good Environment: You can see the inland sea along the Mediterranean Sea when you open the window. There are bars and restaurants around. It is also very close to Perast and other places

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot, and that’s what makes it so special. You can take boat taxis for a fun trip to nearby restaurants or towns. Every meal we had was great, and the breakfast menu was lovely
