I had high hopes for this hotel based on its reviews, but my experience was absolutely ruined before I even got to stay there. The security staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of being welcoming and helpful, they were condescending and dismissive, making me feel completely unwelcome. It’s shocking that a place advertising itself as “hospitality-driven” would employ such individuals.

I can’t imagine what the rest of the service is like if this is how they treat potential guests. Needless to say, I canceled my plans and took my business elsewhere. If you value respectful treatment and good customer service, I’d recommend avoiding this hotel entirely.

I just checked into the hotel. Extremely rude receptionist! She gave me room number 005, which is on the ground floor with a view of nothing. There is a terrible stench of sewage and ammonia in the room. after I addressed this problem, which is not a small problem for a business person who will spend 3 days in that room, she told me that the hotel has no available rooms. Given that it's the off-season, she's probably lying!

We were in this water park as a family at the end of July for my son's birthday, I regret that we decided to go there.Cute were only the guys at the entrance, and waiters, despite the fact that we were waiting for pizza for an hour and a half, waiters tried to brighten up this moment. The slides are in a disgusting state, I went on only one and it clearly does not meet the standards, as I scored a collarbone when flying out of the tube, because the joints were different levels .Animators on the slides, communicated with disdain, especially one distinguished himself spoiled the child's mood on his birthday! I do not recommend!

Hello. Yesterday we returned from this Hotel Mediteran. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone! We all got infected with an intestinal virus, we all vomited and had severe stomach pains. Within a few days, almost the entire hotel was infected, and the taxi drivers did not have time to take people with stomach problems to the nearest hospital. The elevators were reversed and so were the corridors. Either they poisoned us with food or it's their pools that are not disinfected. In addition, near the hotel there is a channel full of garbage and weeds, in which some water flows, I assume the sewage from the adjacent hotels, which flows into the sea, and we swam in such a sea, as well as the entire coast of Bečič. I am also attaching photos from this waste channel that flows into the sea! The tables in the hotel in front of the lobby bar are dirty and corrosive, no one wipes them, not to mention the employees in the entire hotel, how rude and unpleasant they are to the guests of this hotel, as if they work in this hotel by force, they do not greet their guests even once, they are completely without a smile on their faces. They should be kind to their guests with a smile on their face and especially know how to greet each other when someone greets them. The employees of this hotel should all go to Turkey to learn and train how to treat their guests at the hotel and learn to maintain cleanliness and order in the entire hotel. Never again this hotel out of 7 days, 4 days we ran around hospitals with stomach problems with children as well as a lot of other people in this hotel. And about the rooms, I prefer not to even say how small they are, there were four of us, 2 adults and 2 children, we were crammed in like sardines, there was no room for suitcases and the air conditioning did not cool at all, it only worked as a fan, and even after a complaint at the reception, nothing was resolved. And the last thing I will say is that I don't understand why such a large hotel resort does not have its own attending physician at the hotel, even if it could be connected with the surrounding hotels that they would join together for this primary health care. There is no medical facility in the whole of Bečići because of the amount of hotels that have been built here, the nearest medical facility is in Budva, which is something abnormal. You still have a lot to learn, as does the whole of Montenegro in terms of tourism.

The worst ever experiance. The restauraunt staff are a discrase. We waited for 50 minutes for a pizza, just to see that they didn't even put it in the oven. When we asked why, they answered agressivley, dissrepectful and in a humiliating way.
Turned to the manager, and he did nothing.
