We booked this hotel because it had a private beach.The Dukley was sold out but this was on the same property so we booked it. $445 USD per night- about the same as the Dukley. We were there in June). Upon arrival we had to go up 20+ steps in order to check in (with our luggage) and no assistance available. We had been traveling for a while so all we wanted was something to eat and a beach. The room was 86 degrees when we checked in even though they asked what are ETA was. It never got cold in the room- horrible AC. The only Harmonia restaurant that was open was an all day breakfast place. We went to a mediterranean restaurant on the Dukely side and it WAS actually good. Special Note:Nothing is open on Sunday until noon except the horrible buffet place. The Dukely has a much nicer buffet but we were not allowed. We were ready for the beach! We found the Dukley beach which we could utilize for €100 per person (Free for Dukley) but they were sold out. After asking 8 people and walking around for over 40 minutes we could not find the Harmonia Beach. We went to the front desk since and they showed a virtual walking map to the beach - it was more than a 1/3 mile (.5 KM) away. They didn't have a map I could take with me...So I guess I was supposed to memorize it. They said they had a pool which was first come first serve. We chose to go there since it was already 4pm. When we arrived there were 2 chairs with nobody in them. I asked the guy at the pool if they were available he said NO. After 20 min they were still unused. I asked the waiter if they had closed out their bill.. he said yes. So they were available after all. There were also reserved signs on 2 other chair/tables so first come first serve was inaccurate. We tried to make reservations at the Dukley private beach and the Harmonia beach...Both sold out for the rest of our stay. How does everything sell out days in advance? Had we not gone on a boat excursion and seen another lounge chair area from the water we would not have known to ask because it was never given to us as an option. We went to this area and we were fortunate to get 2 chairs on the water (€100 per person for Harmonia guests - Free for Dukley). Loved this area - it was a kid free zone.
Unfortunately, the only friendly person on property was the lifeguard. We opted for the buffet breakfast when booking and it was horrible. One night we realized we needed some bottle water and called down to the front desk. They said they had nothing. With no other options to secure some water we called back and insisted they find some. They got us 2 small bottles (the same they use for the mini bar) instead of the free ones they provide and charged us €8 upon checkout. What kind of hotel won't get you a bottle of water when everything else is closed? Don't be fooled by the photos if you are NOT a Dukley guest you will be treated like trash...nothing on the property is for the Hotel Harmonia guests and even Dukley guests were getting turned away at the Dukley beach. Rumor has it that they reserved areas for wealthy Russians that would come there off their boats (not guests of either hotel). The hotel is Russian owned by friends of Putin. Take that for what it is worth. We did not opt for spa day - but it didn't matter because we were told by another guest that if you wanted that you should have made reservations WEEKS in advance. The WIFI was horrible in our room which was almost directly above the reception area. We could not maintain a connection for more that a few minutes without it dropping. We contacted the front desk. Despite their supposed efforts it never got better. We had to buy an E-sim on our phones.
Based on the very unfriendly argumentative staff the spa probably would not have been a great experience anyway. When they asked about my stay I told them how disappointed I was about the inability to utilize a beach and instead of any kind of apology they got defensive and argumentative. DO NOT stay here as everything is a HUGE disappointment.

My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

We arrived at the hotel on 18.5.25 for 4 nights (we are still at the hotel)
The reception at the front desk was very warm and pleasant during Mia's shift.
We encountered technical problems in the room that were not the hotel's fault but due to previous guests. The staff came twice until the issue was handled and resolved to our satisfaction.
We booked HB in advance at Shalom Restaurant located in the hotel. I would like to emphasize that the management is by the hotel and the kosher certification and religious supervision is the responsibility of Chabad 24/7.
One of the main problems is that the hotel states breakfast starts at 07:00 and indeed the restaurant opens at this time.
But!! The restaurant is not ready to receive guests. The reason is simple:
Until 07:30 they are cleaning the dining room, setting up tables, and the buffet is not properly prepared. To put it gently, they are not ready. Therefore, we wasted valuable morning time due to improper management of the dining room.
As a result, we needed to push all our plans forward by an hour. And this disrupted our day.
A simple matter that could be solved if only they would occasionally verify that everything is set and ready at 07:00.
A small note which is constructive feedback:
The hotel's revenue increases immeasurably due to the kosher Shalom Restaurant. Therefore, I strongly recommend you maintain this well, otherwise you will lose this target audience that comes from all over the world, not just from Israel.
Overall, the hotel services are excellent and there are no complaints on this matter apart from giving individual and specific attention to the problem I mentioned.
I have one more night at the hotel and 2 breakfasts left. I don't believe you will have time to review my comment before I return to my country. But!! At least this will be a positive signpost for you to improve.

The entrance is terribly dirty, it seams like they never wash the floor in front of an entrance. The owner is rude, doesn't speak any English. And they have an entrance to the gambling club just on side, not a friendly place for a foreign family.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere.

We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.

Family of 4 stay and we loved it. Spacious rooms, good breakfast and best of all was great service and location. The free shuttle boat to centre was loved by all of us. Beach chair use you pay as a minimum spend but the service and food is great and worth every penny. Also not as busy as public beaches. There are a lot of stairs but also buggies can drive you around for free anywhere you want to go in the hotel so not too much to worry about.

All the options I have indicated reflect the truth, I even stayed there when I came before and the breakfast dining area was in the Dukley Resort section facing the sea, it was a different and beautiful place, thank you.
