The hotel has a beautiful view, the room is spacious and clean, and there is even a washing machine, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel provides a boat to and from the ancient city, which is very convenient.

Overall, everything was top-notch. The beach was beautiful and convenient, perfect for relaxing, although it was a bit dirty in some areas. The service at the hotel was good; most staff members were friendly and attentive. I especially want to highlight concierge Lilia — her kindness and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. She was always ready to help with any questions and created a feeling of care.

Regarding some aspects, the prices at the on-site restaurants were quite high, and the towels in the rooms had small stains. It would be convenient if insect screens were installed on the windows — without them, it was very uncomfortable, especially in the evening. Also, some staff members seemed a bit rude and unfriendly, which slightly dampened the overall impression.

The staff at the infinity pool tried to be attentive, and I also want to thank Georgiy, the waiter, for his friendliness and courtesy. Overall, we had a great stay, and I would love to come back here again!

We enjoyed our stay a lot! Beautiful spacious comfortable rooms with a fantastic view over the Adriatic from the balconies and the roof terrace. Thank you to our butler Lilia for being so helpful and giving us good tips for restaurants and sightseeing! A week in paradise it was!

What an amazing destination and absolutely flawless service. You are greater at the gate with a warm smile and a golf cart ready to take you to reception. There the wonderful staff including Tanja and Laura attended to every whim we had. There was nothing they would not do. The beach was amazing and the staff there took care of all our needs. The villa had a breathtaking view of the Adriatic and the two bedroom villa we had was stocked with everything we would ever need

We had an incredible stay at this resort – everything about it felt effortless and elevated from start to finish. The electric buggies were a game changer – available within minutes (if not instantly) to take you anywhere on the resort. It’s a big space, so this little touch made a huge difference. A special thank you to Lilia on concierge – she was fast, attentive, and dealt with every enquiry with ease. Our first restaurant booking (based on her recommendation) gave us the perfect seat, and it only got better from there. Every single staff member we met was so polite, thoughtful, and genuinely went above and beyond. The service across the board was warm and consistent, never forced or over the top – just really professional and kind. The location is ideal. You’re a 30-minute scenic walk from the Old Town or you can hop on a rib boat that runs every hour. From the beach to the views, everything felt peaceful and luxurious without being too flashy. The gardens are beautiful – full of character and charm, very different to most high-end hotels we’ve seen across Europe. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the design and upkeep. The spa was fantastic – spotless, relaxing, and well-equipped with a high standard of infrastructure in the steam and sauna areas. Towels and robes were always ready, which is the kind of little detail that really adds to the experience. Even across the resort you’ll find luxurious creams and hand washes available for guests – another thoughtful touch. Our room was just as impressive. The bed was one of the comfiest we’ve slept in. Room service was flawless – Mario brought us hot food one evening straight from the restaurant, beautifully presented on china plates with proper cutlery. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day, with complimentary bottles and fresh baked goods replenished throughout our stay. The whole resort was spotless and smelled amazing. Honestly, one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. Breakfast was next level – by far the best buffet we’ve ever had. So much choice, all fresh and top-quality produce, and the option to order à la carte if you wanted something different. Even the coffee in the room was excellent, which is rare! The only small downside was that Sumosan and Laguna weren’t open until July – we were a bit gutted, but judging by the rest of the food and service, we’ve no doubt they’ll be amazing. We did catch a wedding taking place at the Laguna function space and it looked absolutely stunning. Budva itself is a great town. It’s a perfect base – you’re central for excursions around Montenegro, there’s a great selection of restaurants and bars by the sea and in the Old Town, and even options like padel for a bit of fun. The beach is also a highlight – private, well-kept, with super comfortable loungers. Even the toilets at the beach were luxurious, and we noticed the beach was being swept and tidied throughout the day. All in all, this place truly impressed us. Luxur

Dukley hotel have 5 star service, highly recommended in budva . Many thanks to Recaption Team for special service in checkin . The room was excellent, including a balcony and a nice sea and promenade view. I am sure we will come back again .
