Very warm welcoming and so detailed informative reception staff,

We stayed in superior family room with 2 kids aged 5 and 10, super clean facilities in the room, very comfortable bad&pillow and the room and towels were everyday cleaned and tided up without even asking.

The polls were clean and looked after at all the time, snack bar & restaurants are very close and always available to drink and eating. Very welcoming and pozitif restaurant staff even the chefs.

Amazing sea side offers nice sandy beaches with great turquoise colour..

Animation team were amazing with their performances and were all the time smiles and helpful specially very much appreciated and thankful with “CAN and BOGDAN” were very friendly and informative about what you need for sightseeing around the hotel.

You must try Spa&Turkish Bath Great indoor pool and jacuzzi was very relaxing, we also had a family hammam experience with Turkish Scrubbing and Soap massage and kids had chocolate massage and foam bath, it was truly a Turkish ritual..

Budva is worth to visit for a day trip is 10 min by car from the hotel.

Kotor and Cable car must try nearer to sunset time with great view!

Sveti Stefan also great small village which offers great beach, walking at around and OLiVE restaurant was good stop for a coffee and some food also less then 15 min from the hotel by car.

First of all, all the staff were extremely friendly and positive. The location of the hotel is great — it’s both close to the city center and far enough to feel peaceful and private. You can choose to stay in a quiet, isolated atmosphere or easily head into town to enjoy the vibrant day and nightlife.

The hotel operates on an all-inclusive concept. While the food was tasty, the variety could be improved with more international options. That said, the hotel clearly cares about the guest experience. The rooms are comfortable, and the environment feels very safe.

One thing to note is that all alcohol service and entertainment ends at 11:00 PM, which felt a bit early for a summer stay.

Overall, we really enjoyed our time here. It’s a calm and respectful place where both the staff and guests contribute to a peaceful atmosphere. Would recommend to those looking for a relaxing getaway.

Hotel area is very nice and well-maintained, right next to the beach. The beach itself is in a beautiful spot, but the mixture of sand and stones makes it very unpleasant to visit so we mainly stayed at the hotel pools which was good enough. In general I would say that the hotel is more or less what you expect from an all-inclusive resort in this price-range. The best upside compared to others are that the sound-level and business of the restaurants is quite good. The downside is that general service-level is quite low (mainly in the restaurants) where you rarely see a smile and all questions are met with sighs. Travelling with two family members that are not able to eat gluten worked out well. There were many gluten-free options and they also provided special made pizza and pasta dishes upon request. At breakfast we were able to get gluten free pancaces most of the days. We were happy with the stay, but would not necessarily come back again.

This hotel is an excellent 4 star hotel at Becici. It has got a beautiful garden with big leanders, 3 tennis count ( free from 10-15) and directly beach Access. The sunbeds on the beach isn' t free,they are 15 euro for all day. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was clean and big for 3 people. The food was delicious.you can eat all day if you want. There are 2 big restaurants,and 1 smaller(where the pencake is fine).Everyday you can try another meals The gym is also super. Thank you for the great stay

Had a fantastic time at this hotel, checking was a bit manic with there being 14 of us and 2 Dickinsons 🤣 Ana looked after us and got us sorted. The hotel was spotless and the food really good,location was amazing and fews good, the walk into budva about 30mins, lots of bars and restaurants close by. Only negative and nothing to do with the hotel but all the taxis rip you off was 25-30 euro to get home from budva when it should be know more than 10

My wife and I visited the Iberostar hotel for I think the eighth time. So pleased to say we think it is still the best. The beating hearts of this hotel are the people who make it the best. Everyone appeared to greet us like long lost family and friends. They are all approachable from chambermaid to hotel managers. The Catering staff still conjuring up excellent meals not surprising as they still have their award-winning chef Miodrag who ensures quality of the food. The fruits here are of a quality that is not attainable in the UK, all locally sourced. The tomatoes are the best I have ever tasted. As for the waitresses and waiters they work their socks off to make mealtimes a pleasure. Special thank you to Andjela and Suzana from the terrace restaurant who’s, smiling faces and warm welcomes day after day were better than a tonic. Also, Miljana who during a temporary staff shortage on part of the terrace, cleared, cleaned and prepared tables on her own until assistance arrived following a large sudden entry of diners keeping focused while still dealing with requests for things. Plus, Nikola who keeps order on the terrace and assists the others clearing tables. Never seen so many glasses carried on one arm. Food Quality, diversity and quantity we thought were still excellent. The Grand restaurant we only used once and that was a rushed early breakfast before leaving for home so I really can’t comment on it. As for the Pizzeria snack bar Milosh and Dino kept a tight ship there preventing shirtless guest from entering enquiring about the quality of our time there. My wife and I following a long day in the sun found great pleasure in sharing a plate of French fries in the beer garden with a refreshing glass of beer, whilst children enjoyed pancakes, choices of ice cream and fast food. Mimi was always pleasant serving us with a smile. Animation team worked very hard for the shows, Kiddies shows early followed by the main performances. our favourite was an excellent four-piece band. Sorry to see Stroyan is no longer the animation team manager but has taken up an admin role in the hotel so we went to see our old friend who made a fuss of us, hugs and kisses all round. It was the same with our first chambermaid and old friend Tanja on the third floor. The grand / show bar was always busy in the evening but the staff there worked hard to prevent queues. All of them were very welcoming. Our room a priority room on the terrace block with spectacular views over the bay and mountains, has all the amenities one needs, pool towels available for a 20euro deposit refundable when towels are returned. Also, this year I downloaded the Iberostar app which I found very useful. You can browse the app as a guest but once you sign in with your room number other things become available like an extras request ie extra coat hangers, laundry etc. If anything goes wrong in the room, it can be reported through the app. Our room had everything, so we did not need to use that pa

We stayed at this hotel for a week and were absolutely delighted! First of all, I want to highlight the excellent level of service — the staff were incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. From check-in to room cleaning, everything was done perfectly, with a sense of care and a personal touch.

Special mention goes to the food. Breakfasts were varied, fresh, and delicious. Every day there were new options, both for fans of European cuisine and for those who prefer local delicacies. We especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and pastries. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant — it was good.

If you value high-quality food and excellent service, this hotel is a great choice. We will definitely come back again!

Food is good, a lot of options. Staff normal. Sunbeds by the sea cost. Evening shows are not good. Terrace furniture not comfortable...and sticky . Overall the hotel is nice
