The worst experience ever!
The rooms are very dirty. In 10 days, they never changed our bed linens even once! Walking past the rooms, we saw how the cleaning staff were cleaning rooms with towels that people use in the shower, which probably explains why all the towels are stained! The air conditioner was broken, and we asked them three times to fix it. The pool is a whole other story—grass is growing at the bottom! It's all slippery. For this price, you could rent an apartment in Montenegro, and it would even be cheaper. We don’t recommend this place to anyone!

The hotel lacks sanitation and cleanliness. Three star rooms and pool are very dirty. There is garbage everywhere, even in the pool, the rooms have a bad smell, everything is old and rusty. The rooms are not cleaned. everything on the territory of the hotel needs cleaning. A lot of the staff is completely unfriendly, some of them are even impudent and rude to guests. We asked for a kettle in our room several times because we were sick and needed boiling water in the room, and it was never brought to us. The phones in the rooms don't work, and you have to walk a long way to the reception to ask for a solution to the sanitary problems in the room. The cleaner came only three days later. Towels were never changed during our stay (7 nights). The air conditioner does not work properly. There is nowhere to dry clothes, because even windows are covered in dust... The staff in the restaurant is especially impolite. Dinner lasts from 18:00 to 21:00, but if you come at 20:10, there is little food, no hot dishes are brought, only leftovers on the tables. Waiters take food directly from people who are still having dinner, move tables, take away tablecloths and clean up, and guests dine for another hour. An unpleasant atmosphere in a restaurant under such circumstances ...

People who have never experienced a 4-star hotel before think that this hotel is a 4-star hotel. It can be called a social facility. The buildings are very old (Door jambs, parquets, etc.) The cleaning is not reliable. I think employees should receive training on service quality. Being in the city may be an advantage.

Terrible experience - robbery and indifferent staff
I cannot recommend this hotel after our horrific stay. Our room was broken into - someone smashed the window and stole all our money. The worst part was the hotel staff's complete lack of concern or assistance.
When we reported the break-in, the management showed zero interest in helping us. They didn't offer to change our room, call the police, or provide any support whatsoever. We had to handle everything ourselves, from filing a police report to to dealing with our broken window.
Only after we started arguing did they reluctantly offer to change our room. Their indifference to a serious security breach on their property was shocking and unacceptable.
The hotel's negligence in security and terrible customer service make this place a risk not worth taking. Stay elsewhere if you value your safety and belongings.

Location is perfect. Place is special, old hotel complex with a lot of space, interesting concept like small city, streets inside complex, swimming pools, restaurants.
But rooms are old, renovated bathroom. Air-condition are not working properly. Beds are not very comfortable doors are old. No card key. But it's old and I think state hotel. Big area, great concept, near beach, but must invest more.
Food is good. Nothing special but good.

2. Bring your own batteries for AC and TV remote.
3. Be prepared that there will be a summer camp for kids under 10 years and you will be surrounded by them at the canteen during every meal time.
4. Food is served in bulks with lack of taste and variety.

We just stayed in this hotel for 10 nights. Service was absolutely horrible. No one cleaning the room. I was asking for 2 days (after another 2 that no one came) for someone to come to clean the floor (we stayed with a small child). After, I catched the room service lady in the corridor and asked (again) if someone can bring toilet paper and clean the floor, she brought me the broom and left. Like I have to clean the room myself ! 😀 We ordered day before our leaving, for the car to pick us up with our luggage’s at 7am , which never arrived so we went by ourselves with 3 luggage’s and a baby. And on the way we saw the guy with that car standing , smoking and talking with some person. C’mon. In the rooms the humidity is crazy, so everything seems wet, guess if anyone changed bed sheets in those 10 nights, of course no one. We’ve been told that our room was luxury, but excuse me if broken toilet paper handles,broken towel handles and mold on the walls and ceiling does not seems luxury for me. We asked for an iron, and been told that they can’t bring it to the room, but they have a laundry service. Reception told us where to go , and when we went they told us they are not working until June 1st. I never stayed in a hotel where service would be so poor , and they wouldn’t even know themselves what’s working, who’s working and what they are doing.

It was the first time I was in such a dirty hotel. When we arrived in the room, we realized that the room had not been cleaned. The bed linen was stained. There was black hair on the bathroom floor and the floor was dirty. After the complaint, the room was cleaned. That was the end of it. The towels were not changed all week, we went and looked for a place to change them. I know that people in the neighboring room washed the floor themselves. We specially chose 4 stars, hoping for better service. I do not recommend to anyone. Good advertisement for the hotel, but he does not fulfill his promise. Food for 3. Everything overcooked and oversalted. Porridge for breakfast is pure horror. The only good thing that can be said is Location.

Location is great, service is extremely bad and mold in most rooms in villa maslina. Had to change rooms twice upon arrival because they hadn’t cleaned. Would definitely wish it upon my worst enemy to stay there.

The hotel room was not clean and remained properly uncleaned throughout the week of our stay. We had to clean everything ourselves. Additionally, they frequently forgot to replace towels. The reception staff was unhelpful, often providing false information, and displaying a lack of motivation. Sadly, there were numerous smokers in the hotel, including the reception staff smoking inside the reception area, which was quite shocking.
Furthermore, the breakfast lacked vegan carbohydrate options such as potatoes, rice, or similar products. However, dinner was acceptable. Orangery was quite pleasant. The hotel premises offer ample space.
Please note that the hotel charges guests for parking at a rate of 10 EUR per day. Also, during the check-in process, they retain your passport for the entire day. Consequently, I do not recommend this hotel for individuals who prioritize a healthy lifestyle and have certain hygiene standards.
