Great hotel with good view. It is far away from the center though.

The room is very old and the sanitary conditions are not good, but the location is good.

I think it is a hotel turned into a villa, the location is 5-10 minutes from everywhere, the parking fee is 15 Euros, don't pay, there is a free parking lot in the neighborhood right across, there is the coastal road below, I recommend it for walking.

The Seaview Bay Deluxe Double Room is actually a house next to the road, what kind of sea can you see!! It's very noisy. The breakfast in the restaurant is very little, all cold, the stir-fried dishes are also cold, and the cherry tomatoes are not even washed! The hotel is very satisfactory. The room is clean and warm. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the balcony. The service staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich and varied. I am very happy to stay for a few days. I will recommend friends to stay here~

Great hotel, with a really good breakfast included. Location was brilliant, 40 minutes walk along the water front to Kotor old town. Incredible views from the hotel across the bay. Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight!

In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. However, you will need to rent a car or taxi everywhere if you stay here. The only downside is the consistently loud music in the lobby and by the pool. Despite being the only guests around, our request to lower the volume was denied.

Just arrived back to UK after 3 nights here with wife and two kids, following 5 nights at the Rixos Dubvrovnik. It’s a fairly new place and spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were excellent! I fell sick on the first day, they organised a driver to take me to hospital, they cooked me soup whilst I was recovering and they made sure I was ok every day. Beautiful hotel with super nice staff.Milica is so fine and Lazar is super in kitchen .It was all fine with room and all the rest.Room are clean and You could take clean towels for private beach and towels for rooms any time you need .They make some soup for our small child when she was with stomach problems this soup

Stayed here as part of a small group tour, rooms were fine but needed a really good clean, particularly the bathroom. Breakfast and coffee were very ordinary.

Large, clean rooms. Soft sleep inducing beds, air con to cool after long days in the warmth and humidity. Great breakfast included. Wonderful hosts who go out of their way to assist. Thank you for our stay.

Apartment with double and single bed. Overall clean, big area, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. No shampoo, conditioner or shower cap. No hair dryer. Bed was comfortable but bedding was a bit strange…! Textured sheets and a blanket. Comfortable hotel a couple of kilometres from the centre of Kotor. Easy walk along the beautiful restaurant filled shore walk or cheap taxi ride. Room very spacious and clean. Bathroom clean, with a bath. Shower had good hot water and water pressure. Fridge and plenty of storage space for longer stays. No room safe. Very good wifi. Good lighting. Double bed low on ground, but ok and got good sleep...

Marija2 is a very good hotel in Dobrota, Kotor. Accommodation is very comfortable and reasonably priced, which includes a very nice buffet breakfast. There is free parking on site and free Wi/Fi. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is within walking distance of the beach with sunbeds and cafe/bar with a good variety of snacks. We are just back from there after a week's stay and would go...

Pleasant stay, the only downside was not having a car as it's a bit far from the center... Everything was spotless and very well equipped for a more than reasonable price...

Very nice villa. The pool is also awesome. The rooms are very nicely decorated and actually look much better than the photos on the internet suggest. The villa is located slightly above the bay, so you have a wonderful view from here.

Very nice host and good rooms near the beachfront.

Very nice and hospitable hostess Dubi. The guest house has only 3 guest rooms. Two double rooms (with one and two beds) have a balcony with a partial view of the bay. Single window overlooks the mountains. Guests have access to shared bathroom facilities and a terrace with mountain views. Very clean and very quiet.

A good hostess Dubravka and a responsive Anna, were treated to cold lemonade and muffins on arrival. Recommend
