The most cozy and comfortable room, incredible views and location, swimming pool, indoor parking, excellent breakfast. In future travels to Montenegro I will stay only here ♥️

We spent lots of time on the water's edge in the lounge chairs enjoying some quiet away from the busyness of old town. Not much within walking distance and no food options at the hotel aside from breakfast

The hotel is on a narrow street with no sidewalk so a long walk wasn't really an option either. They do have a bar and coffee. It's a 6-10€ cab ride into old town and they are happy to call a cab for you

I mentioned that we would be leaving early in the morning and wouldn’t be able to stay for breakfast, so they prepared takeaway sandwiches for us in the morning and left them ready

It has an amazing view. There is alot of restaurants and markets close if you need. It also has a decent swimming pool. The place is close to many beautiful and old places the you shouldn't miss.

The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are good but objects are a bit old. It is very close to the sea, just takes 5 minutes down

Above all, the owners are pretty, they offer handmade coffee all the time and there is a cosy atmosphere

The hotel is located a few kilometres outside Kotor Old Town, and we found it to be within easy walking distance (about 40mins) and bikes and taxis are available, making it just the right distance to enable you to get into town, but escaping the major hustle and bustle of being in the centre

Lovely warm staff - particularly Veronika who gave us the best welcome. Lovely small hotel with incredible location on the water front. Rooms a little dated but add to the character

We didn't accomplish any of them; lounging around on sunbeds on the private jetty, diving in the sea and sipping cool drinks in such a gorgeous setting was just too bloody nice

Brilliant, unique hotel right on the shore of Kotor Bay with its own pier for sunbathing and swimming. Very relaxed atmosphere, informal but attentive service and great food.

Charming boutique hotel right on the coast, just few steps from sea. Hotel is quite, romantic and peacefull with great location. Food is delicious. Rooms are like in fairytale!

The location was perfect for us, with a 50 minute walk into the old town of Kotor along the sea front. Couldn't comment about the evening menu as we were out of season. Would highly recommend for a very romantic getaway!

The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb and the free bikes we were provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much

And lastly the WiFi was not working properly. Overall, I might come back for the location but not for the rooms

The owner and his assistants will make you feel right at home. Center and old town 15 minutes walk. Food is on every corner, where everyone is glad to see you. There are no problems in the language

In our opinion it was great clean environment warm hosts and beautiful Adriatic sea.

A nice baratságos csaladias 3 star staying at the best hotel directly on the beach. The owners speak English and Italian. The breakfast could be more varied, but the quantity is appropriate

Only reason that I gave 4 stars is restaurant. Restaurant was servicing low quality food. Weirdly it is not allowed to drink or eat next to pool. Staff was nice and kind, location was perfect

Great location, friendly staff, and a good restaurant - I had a great (but short) stay at the hotel and can definitely recommend it for people looking to be close but not in Old Town

The My only complaint was when I asked someone at the front desk to help book me a ride to the airport and they said it would be €40 - I declined and got a taxi for €23

This hotel gave me a positive impression that was memorable enough to leave a positive comment even 2 years after my stay. It was my first time in Montenegro. My father and I made a reservation online by chance

The location is good and the views spectacular. I can only comment on the room we stayed in which was studio. The bed was comfortable but propped up with bricks and a piece of timber

Just a stroll along the sea front takes to cafe's and bars and the beautiful Budva old town, The hosts are so helpful, I unfortunately hurt my back during my stay, and they were so amazing, arranging for a taxi to take me to the doctors, and for him to stay with me throughout

If you are into peace and tranquillity, with stunning views this is the place to stay. There are supermarkets near by and we always walked into Kotor for our food and enjoyed the friendy people and the vista's.

I could not fault the place, the apartment and more importantly the welcome, friendliness and support of the hosts

The location is a little hard to find, Amap (Tantu offline map) navigation will be wrong, and finally Google Maps is the solution. There are parking spaces inside, although not many, but generally enough.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order

You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in time;)

The hotel is generally very good but what makes this hotel great is actually the hotel staff. They are really good people, very friendly and very interested. I really thank them from the bottom of my heart.

We had a room in the new building of the hotel. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. The hotel internal beach area was so relaxing. Also the manager and the entire staff were really supportive and friendly

We stayed in room nr 8 (that is in the first floor) and our experience was great. Our room had two terraces, with an outstanding sea view. The hotel was cozy, the staff super friendly and thoughtful

No reception, the host roams about the house from now and then and you have to be lucky to find him, otherwise you have to call him. There is only one bathroom and it's not very clean

Everything was perfect; however, there are a few things I hope the owner of this place could rectify: there’s no hook in the bathroom for me to hang my towels and clothes, and no shower gel or shampoo was provided

Perfect location, closer to the old town and right beside the beach. Quite affordable rates as well. He sorted our tourist tax and even took us to the night club at night

Also, there are some cute cats knocking about. If you like that sort of thing. Think they're after the fresh fish. But you never know what they really want. They've got a look in their eyes

Brilliant house and excellent communication. The pool is wonderful and meant we had no need to go anywhere. We could just hang out, enjoy each other’s company and make memories

My family and I spent 12 nights at the beautiful Villa Mima and absolutely loved it. The views are simply breathtaking. One could spend days just watching the amazing cruise ships and super yachts come into the Bay

Stayed for a week in Villa Mima and it's even more beautiful than all the photos suggest. The location is perfect, overlooking the stunning bay of Kotor and it's only a stroll into the Old Town

If you want a relaxing holiday in Kotor away from the tourists of old town but within easy reach this is your place. Oh and don't forget the darts and table tennis they have there. Thanks for a great bday week

The apartment is located in the Old Town, near the North Gate. Honestly, the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to markets, shops, pubs and restaurants just steps away

The apartment itself was nicely decorated and clean. There was an air conditioner in the room so it was quite warm inside even during the winter. Sasa and Ali were hospitable, attentive, helpful, and flexible

Stefan and all the staff are so friendly, helpful and good humoured. We visited twice and each time took the recommendations for their local meal of the day - perfect, fresh, more than plentiful and delicious

Property is very old, with great character and in a fantastic location. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We had the triple room which is on the top floor

Breakfast was included and was offered at a cade next to the main gate. Also there was kitchen in the ground floor where you can use the fridge and also make a cup of coffee as there are no such facilities in the room

A Hotel full of Charm Situate inside the old town close to North Gate, the boutique hotel is so likable: chandeliers and oil paintings on staircases, in the kitchen, in my room

We were in one of the attic rooms which was spacious enough for two and had all amenties that we needed. We also loved the old rigged radio playing regional tunes which was very soothing

Another business trip in Kotor but was arranged last minute all hotel in old town were full. So for first time stayed in apartment and the Palazzo Drusko was an excellent choice

This hostel is located in a VI century building and has a perfect location, great staff and is very clean and tidy. They also have lockers where you can leave your stuff after you check out. Highly recommend.

Out of all the beautiful sights, the biggest attraction is perhaps the Old Town - and Kotor Nest is conveniently situated right at the heart of it. Apart from the location, we loved the chic design of the place

Upon entering the property you could just feel the combination of historical and modern…comfortable rooms and in general such a pleasant shared kitchen and living room. Will come back again for sure!
