The staffs are real friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. The room is not too large and smelly from the toilet. The most important thing is that the water is completely not hot enough.

Small, compact, home away from home holiday accommodation. Transport to Kotor and Tivat towns are accessible by bus (cost €2) from the hotel's doorstep. Staff were super amazing.

Superb location along Kotor Bay. Peaceful spot outside of the main town of Kotor. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. To begin, the staff were incredibly polite with great recommendations for local restaurants and always willing to help with things like excursions, taxis, etc. The scenery of the hotel was incredible, pool very clean and the location was great as we expected to be a 10 minute drive from kotor old town. Absolutely loved our stay and will be returning.

Just go back from 5 amazing days here the hotel is stunning with amazing views, and facilities, the location is perfect, just outside Kotor so away from the hustle, but very easy 35 min walk or 5 mins in a taxi into Kotor old town. First of all, the hotel is very clean, as in the photos, and its location is beautiful. The location of the hotel is quiet and very close to the sea. We stayed in the apartment which was brilliant. Having a great view of Boker Bay we could sit outside and enjoy the view. We had the room cleaned everyday which we didn’t need as we were out most days. Enjoyed a plentiful breakfast. Amazing hotel, just 50 meters away from the closest beach. The hotel itself is placed on the coast with beautiful view on the sea and hills. We were desperately looking for accommodations for the night after a stressful day. Not only did they have a beautiful room for a great price, but they treated us like family. We had to leave before the scheduled time for breakfast but they provided us with a substantial continental spread before we had to leave.

We stayed there with my girlfriend. Every staff member was very nice and helpful. We felt welcome. I can suggest this place to anyone visiting Kotor area. Beach is just across the street, great view from restaurant terrace. We rented bikes there and cycled along the bay, also historic city is close by bike.

Lovely, helpful staff. Excellent, clean accommodation. Good food which was reasonably priced compared to other restaurants. Plentiful breakfast. On a busy road but we got used to that and it didn't interrupt our sleep. A very short walk down to a much quieter lane along the shoreline, which was very pleasant. We didn't hire a car or bike, so walked a lot. Buses were cheap but be prepared to wait.

I like it very much. The owner and his assistants will make you feel right at home. Location class. The bay is 15 meters away. Center and old town 15 minutes walk. Food is on every corner, where everyone is glad to see you. There are no problems in the language. I advise everyone to come to Ukraine.

Loved the apartment. Taxis had a hard time finding it just off the main road, but otherwise it was perfect for us. Walkable to town -20 minute walk- and close to water- less than 5 minute walk. Peekaboo view of water and in a complex with loads of families so full of life with kids playing in evenings. Space was great with patio, room darkening blinds, great furniture, washing machine.

Cozy rooms with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and balcony. The bathroom is shared on the floor, but this is not inconvenient :) The view from the window is gorgeous and the sea is two steps away.

The hotel was generally nice and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, but the bathroom was quite small and a bit uncomfortable to use. It worked fine for a short stay, but might be an issue for some guests.

A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

The hotel staff were excellent! I fell sick on the first day, they organised a driver to take me to hospital, they cooked me soup whilst I was recovering and they made sure I was ok every day. The room was superb, very clean and with all the right amenities. The location was great, it escapes the hustle of kotor but is close enough to reach it by car or bicycle quickly enough. It has an amazing view. There is alot of restaurants and markets close if you need. It also has a decent swimming pool. The place is close to many beautiful and old places the you shouldn't miss.

We had a great time there. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are good but objects are a bit old. It is very close to the sea, just takes 5 minutes down. Above all, the owners are pretty, they offer handmade coffee all the time and there is a cosy atmosphere.
