Great hotel with good view. It is far away from the center though.

The room is very old and the sanitary conditions are not good, but the location is good.

I think it is a hotel turned into a villa, the location is 5-10 minutes from everywhere, the parking fee is 15 Euros, don't pay, there is a free parking lot in the neighborhood right across, there is the coastal road below, I recommend it for walking.

The Seaview Bay Deluxe Double Room is actually a house next to the road, what kind of sea can you see!! It's very noisy. The hotel is very satisfactory. The room is clean and warm. You can enjoy the beautiful sea view from the balcony. The service staff are very warm and friendly. The breakfast is rich and varied. I am very happy to stay for a few days. I will recommend friends to stay here~

Lovely, helpful staff. Excellent, clean accommodation. Good food which was reasonably priced compared to other restaurants. Plentiful breakfast. On a busy road but we got used to that and it didn't interrupt our sleep. A very short walk down to a much quieter lane along the shoreline, which was very pleasant. We didn't hire a car or bike, so walked a lot. Buses were cheap but be prepared to wait.

Amazing experience. This place is perfect, brand new, very clean and the people working there is super lovely. Is well located, one street down you will find the coast and cute spots to swim, you can easily achieve Kotor walking by the sea. Amazing view and nice pool. I strongly recommend it . Beautiful hotel ! The location is perfect to avoid the cruise-crowd and you can reach the old town with a quick taxi ride. The rooms are air-conditioned and quiet. Restaurant is very good and all staff are friendly. The hotel has a lot of stairs but they will help you carry your luggage ;)

Wonderful experience.. It's one of the best holidays ever... The great beach is in front of the hotel. There are never too many people. Staff is very friendly. The hotel was generally nice and the location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated. The room was clean and quiet, but the bathroom was quite small and a bit uncomfortable to use. It worked fine for a short stay, but might be an issue for some guests.

A very nice and beautiful hotel with a direct entrance to the sea and private area at the see. Unfortunately our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived. We mentioned it at the reception and they handled it very professionally and reacted really friendly and directly took care of the issue.

The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb and the free bikes we were provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much. The owners were friendly and they always checked if we were comfortable. However the room we had had very little windows so it was dark despite being on the 2nd floor. The ground of the shower was leaking, it definitely needs...

I like it very much. The owner and his assistants will make you feel right at home. Location class. The bay is 15 meters away. Center and old town 15 minutes walk. Food is on every corner, where everyone is glad to see you. There are no problems in the language. I advise everyone to come to Ukraine.

A really good place to rest. Gorgeous balcony view. 12-15 minutes to Aroma market. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cosy place with really overwhelming view to the fjord and mountains. Hosting family is friendly and apartment is clean and comfortable. I would recommend to stay!

Griled squids are served with spinach , mixed meat are served with fried potatoes, spaghetti bolognese is served with parmigiana. All portions are so big and filling. Service is fine and everything is delicious and tasteful. If there were a sea view , this restaurant would be perfect.

Well worth it! We booked this apartment because of the balcony views... whilst it was super hot during the afternoon, it was definitely worth it. The location is ideal right next to the lake and only a 20minute walk away from old town. The restaurant next door is delicious - we would have loved to have eaten there more but there were so many options near by! All of the staff were incredibly helpful...

Loved the apartment. Taxis had a hard time finding it just off the main road, but otherwise it was perfect for us. Walkable to town -20 minute walk- and close to water- less than 5 minute walk. Peekaboo view of water and in a complex with loads of families so full of life with kids playing in evenings. Space was great with patio, room darkening blinds, great furniture, washing machine.

We spent a wonderful time in this hotel. We stayed two nights, the room was well equipped and the landlord was really nice. The hotel has a restaurant which is really nice (and not expensive).

It has an amazing view. There is alot of restaurants and markets close if you need. It also has a decent swimming pool. The place is close to many beautiful and old places the you shouldn't miss.

We had a great time there. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are good but objects are a bit old. It is very close to the sea, just takes 5 minutes down. Above all, the owners are pretty, they offer handmade coffee all the time and there is a cosy atmosphere.
