My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. To begin, the staff were incredibly polite with great recommendations for local restaurants and always willing to help with things like excursions, taxis, etc. The scenery of the hotel was incredible, pool very clean and the location was great as we expected to be a 10 minute drive from kotor old town. Absolutely loved our stay and will be returning.

Stunning hotel in a great location, staff super friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice, very comfortable, clean and tidy. Pool area was beautiful as was the dock where the sunbeds were set by the sea. Really good breakfast and drinks by the pool or beach were great. Would highly recommend.

Just go back from 5 amazing days here the hotel is stunning with amazing views, and facilities, the location is perfect, just outside Kotor so away from the hustle, but very easy 35 min walk or 5 mins in a taxi into Kotor old town. First of all, the hotel is very clean, as in the photos, and its location is beautiful. The location of the hotel is quiet and very close to the sea. But most importantly, Philip, who took care of us, was very polite and helpful. I thank him again. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days and enjoyed it very much.

We had 5 nights in Kotor which unfortunately coincided with my husband becoming very ill with bronchitis. I had to walk from the apartment a lot on my own and I felt very safe (I am a 62 year old little woman). The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb and the free bikes we were provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much. I like it very much. The owner and his assistants will make you feel right at home. Location class. The bay is 15 meters away. Center and old town 15 minutes walk. Food is on every corner, where everyone is glad to see you. There are no problems in the language. I advise everyone to come to Ukraine.

Griled squids are served with spinach , mixed meat are served with fried potatoes, spaghetti bolognese is served with parmigiana. All portions are so big and filling. Service is fine and everything is delicious and tasteful. If there were a sea view , this restaurant would be perfect.

Well worth it! We booked this apartment because of the balcony views... whilst it was super hot during the afternoon, it was definitely worth it. The location is ideal right next to the lake and only a 20minute walk away from old town. The restaurant next door is delicious - we would have loved to have eaten there more but there were so many options near by! All of the staff were incredibly helpful...

Loved the apartment. Taxis had a hard time finding it just off the main road, but otherwise it was perfect for us. Walkable to town -20 minute walk- and close to water- less than 5 minute walk. Peekaboo view of water and in a complex with loads of families so full of life with kids playing in evenings. Space was great with patio, room darkening blinds, great furniture, washing machine.

We spent a wonderful time in this hotel. We stayed two nights, the room was well equipped and the landlord was really nice. The hotel has a restaurant which is really nice (and not expensive).

Breathtaking view, very clean room, lovely guests.

Cozy rooms with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and balcony. The bathroom is shared on the floor, but this is not inconvenient :) The view from the window is gorgeous and the sea is two steps away.

It has an amazing view. There is alot of restaurants and markets close if you need. It also has a decent swimming pool. The place is close to many beautiful and old places the you shouldn't miss.

We had a great time there. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are good but objects are a bit old. It is very close to the sea, just takes 5 minutes down. Above all, the owners are pretty, they offer handmade coffee all the time and there is a cosy atmosphere.

Very nice villa. The pool is also awesome. The rooms are very nicely decorated and actually look much better than the photos on the internet suggest. The villa is located slightly above the bay, so you have a wonderful view from here.

It's got lots right. But there's room for improvement. 1 star knocked off for the rude management and 1 star knocked off for the poor evening food. Beautiful views, very comfortable bed. A place we would go back. Gorgeous view from the balcony to the sea and the mountains. Has it own beach and it is just on the other side of the road. The road is quiet. It has a shared well equipped kitchen. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A little shop nearby. The host is awesome, helpful and really like to talk in a good way.

Kuca je sagradjena od kamena, pa samim tim je boravak u njoj veoma prijatan, visoke temperature se gotovo i ne osjete. Privatna ponta odakle se direktno moze uci u more je odmah ispred kuce. Sa terase i iz soba se pruza nevjerovatan pogled. Sve preporuke i hvala vlasnicima jer su nam izasli u susret i dozvolili da ranije napustimo kucu zbog privatnih razloga.
