The hotel room, view, and location were excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. I mentioned that we would be leaving early in the morning and wouldn’t be able to stay for breakfast, so they prepared takeaway sandwiches for us in the morning and left them ready. This was such a thoughtful and lovely gesture. Thank you very much, but we still have 90 questions left. 😊

We had a great stay - location is away from the Kotor crowdedness but can still taxi easily into town. This location and property is charming! Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Stayed here as part of our honeymoon and had an incredible stay. Location is awesome with a lovely bathing area on the bay and gorgeous pool. Breakfast was great, staff were lovely and restaurants nearby are brilliant. Definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed for two nights between August 14-16. The hotel is simply perfect. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the breakfast is quite sufficient. Ms. Natasha at the reception is very kind and helpful. She helped us with everything. There is a small beach in front of the hotel. Here you can both relax and order your drinks from the bar while enjoying the sun. First of all, the hotel is very clean, as in the photos, and its location is beautiful. The location of the hotel is quiet and very close to the sea. But most importantly, Philip, who took care of us, was very polite and helpful. I thank him again. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days and enjoyed it very much.

It has an amazing view. There is alot of restaurants and markets close if you need. It also has a decent swimming pool. The place is close to many beautiful and old places the you shouldn't miss.

We had a great time there. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are good but objects are a bit old. It is very close to the sea, just takes 5 minutes down. Above all, the owners are pretty, they offer handmade coffee all the time and there is a cosy atmosphere.

Great hotel, with a really good breakfast included. Location was brilliant, 40 minutes walk along the water front to Kotor old town. Incredible views from the hotel across the bay. Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight!

The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb and the free bikes we were provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much. The owners were friendly and they always checked if we were comfortable. However the room we had had very little windows so it was dark despite being on the 2nd floor. I like it very much. The owner and his assistants will make you feel right at home. Location class. The bay is 15 meters away. Center and old town 15 minutes walk. Food is on every corner, where everyone is glad to see you. There are no problems in the language. I advise everyone to come to Ukraine.

Hotel simple mais l'accueil est très chaleureux, très bien placé et atmosphère familiale. Chambre pour 5 sous les toits. Donne sur la mer avec emplacement privé. Tout le monde a passé 4 jours agréables tout en rayonnant dans les Bouches de Kotor. Mention spéciale au patron !

If you want to enjoy the Boka proper way, avoiding sterile Hotels, this is the place for you. You'll find no better host than Pana in whole of Montenegro.

The location is good and the views spectacular .I can only comment on the room we stayed in which was studio.The bed was comfortable but propped up with bricks and a piece of timber. The shower is in a deep bath with no curtain which any splashes on to the floor go into a drain off .You have to mop floor afterwards which leaves it slippy and dangerous..Had to ask for fresh towels after third day .Overall...

Amazing!!! The apartments are adorable, looking straight out onto the terrace and bay of Kotor. Just a stroll along the sea front takes to cafe's and bars and the beautiful Budva old town, The hosts are so helpful, I unfortunately hurt my back during my stay, and they were so amazing, arranging for a taxi to take me to the doctors, and for him to stay with me throughout. I could not fault the place...

This accommodation is close to the water with a very nice pool. It's around 2 km from the city centre, the trip will cost you anywhere between 2euros or 10 euros depending on how dodgy the taxi driver is :) . Please note they only accept cash and would suggest parking on the back street close to the water as is easier to get to

Beautiful spot overlooking the bay

Swimming pool with an amazing view!! Next to that the rooms where decent with everything you could need. Only the bed was an sleeping couch that was very uncomfortable. So probably better to avoid the most basic room. The rest was perfect! Kotor is a 15 minute walk away.

Clean and cozy room located in the Muo area of beautiful Kotor, overlooking the town of Kotor just outside the hotel. Everything was perfect; however, there are a few things I hope the owner of this place could rectify: there’s no hook in the bathroom for me to hang my towels and clothes, and no shower gel or shampoo was provided. Stayed there in Aug 2021. Good location a bit outside of Kotor, probably a twenty minutes walk, however there is a bus once an hour. The place offers a small pool behind the house but it's not a pool to stay there a whole day. My family and I spent 12 nights at the beautiful Villa Mima and absolutely loved it. The views are simply breathtaking. One could spend days just watching the amazing cruise ships and super yachts come into the Bay. Great restaurants are nearby and surrounding scenery is amazing. Word of warning though- the drive way is steep- not to be taken on by nervous drivers!

Villa Mima is beautiful. It had everything we could have wanted from a holiday let. The apartment is located in the Old Town, near the North Gate. Honestly, the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to markets, shops, pubs and restaurants just steps away. The apartment itself was nicely decorated and clean. There was an air conditioner in the room so it was quite warm inside even during the winter. Sasa and Ali were hospitable, attentive, helpful, and flexible.
