In my opinion, this is the perfect hotel. It’s just a 7-minute drive into the old town, and the hotel offers AC, a clean pool, and stunning views. However, you will need to rent a car or taxi everywhere if you stay here. The only downside is the consistently loud music in the lobby and by the pool. We had a great stay at this wonderful hotel. Breakfast food is well prepared and thought off. Rooms are clean and spacious, they use well branded shampoo, conditioners and body wash in the bathroom. I was very satisfied with Hotel Vardar. The rooms are very large and I had a beautiful view of the square and the walls. The breakfast was plentiful with many choices. In the maze of Kotor Old Town, this hotel is easy to find as it’s near the sea gate. I didn’t have any issues with noise, as others have reported, at the time of my visit. Highly recommend.

We loved our two nights at Hotel Vardar. The staff were very accommodating and upgraded us to a balcony room with great views of the square. The room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. The only unusual aspect of this hotel was the €150 deposit they held for a month, which I’ve never encountered in over 100 hotels across multiple countries. Despite this, the hotel was great. Palma Hotel in Tivat has a nice location, right by the water, but the walls are very thin. During my two-day stay, I was woken up early both mornings by noise from the room next to mine. I booked the Double Superior Sea View room through their website which was cheaper than booking.com

The location of the hotel is among the most beautiful scenic places on earth. The staff are very helpful and attentive. They are both friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Some people feel the rooms are rather small but our room wasn’t the 5th (top) floor,with balcony and sea view was generously proportioned. One thing to be aware of is the stoney/shingle beach which requires you to have sea shoes...

Hotel is newly build but the staff is not at all helpful and commercial hotel. Private beach staff was very good.

Hotel Palma is truly a 5 star resort. I hope to vacation there again. I loved the upscale amenities of the hotel and the beach, which is right next to it. The views of the bay are breathtaking. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The onsite restaurant is impressive, and the complimentary breakfast buffet is fantastic with plenty of choices for everyone's taste.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night as part of tour of the Balkans. The decor was very nice and the bathroom was modern with a walk in shower in our room 427 and nice complementary toiletries. Rooms are old and dusty. You can't top up the bathtub and take a bath because they took out the bathtub plug. Sockets are sticking out of the wall. Breakfast is decent and internet is good. I ordered a steak for dinner and it was great 8.5/10 French fries were a little bit oily, but all in all tue dinner was good.

1 nights stay with the baby before we head out home. The location is semi-good. Very close to the sea wall, but loud during evening and night (lots of loud unpleasant music outside). Not suitable if you plan to sleep with open windows, there’s a 24/7 club just across the street.

Very well located hotel, very basic. Mr. Bosco at the reception is very knowledgeable with the history of montenegro and can guide you on what to see. Not much of a view but the hotel has a homely feeling to it. Breakfast was amazing and the staff is very helpful.

Recommendations: fix the bedside lamps - they don't work; the drain in the bathroom has not been cleaned recently, the water cannot drain normally. The location is nice, but the service could be improved.

We had wonderfull time at Astoria Tivat. The location, the breakfast , the room was amazing. The staff was so kind, helpfull and friendly . I would like thank espacially to Nina at the reception and others ladys the names i couldnt remember. The restaurant meals was sooo delicous and the waiters was so kind. Several issues,about our staying...June 2021 The location is on a hill,so you have to use about 100 steps to reach Perast..You must rent a car..for visiting and the tiny Muntenegro is beautiful... But the most annoying issue is the building working just 20 meter from the windows..they are starting to work at 7 a.m and really disturb .The room is lovely albeit the air conditioning is not working well...

Amazing place, beautiful view, great staff, high hospitality. Delicious food, which I honestly didn't expect. Their restaurant is simply amazing. The rooms are specious and clean. Parking really means a lot. It's not really close to the beach, you have to climb a bit, but the view, parking, rooms, food definitely worth it. Also if you like to travel to different beaches it's great place.

A lovely boutique hotel, very charming and Perast is incredibly beautiful. PRO'S - cute, charming hotel, the food in the restaurant was lovely, we had lunch there once. - we got room 44 away from reception, and it was really large and comfortable, id recommend this room (no ses view though) - Ed, Mia, Balca and Addis made our stay delightful. Beautiful setting, wonderful staff and incredible food! Would thoroughly recommend the restaurant to everyone. Nothing was too much trouble and our brilliant waiter went to great lengths to find gluten free bread for us alongside excellent service!

This hotel has a main building and then rooms which are scattered around the old city of Perast in hotels with different names and probably different standards. Our room was small and cramped, on the ground floor the window opened directly to the alley with people walking by able to look in. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good . Breakfast was excellent with many choices and the option...

The hotel is right by the Adriatic Sea. It was converted from several residential buildings with different room types, ranging from nearly 30 square meters to only 18 square meters. The environment is first-class, the service is thoughtful, and there is a little surprise: local refrigerator magnets were given when checking out!

The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth staying in. The windows in old buildings are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view through the small windows. The service in Montenegro was particularly good. There was no elevator, so a strong man helped us carry our luggage, and we gave him a small tip at the end. Overall worth recommending

Carruba Hotel is an absolute gem. Nestled in a quaint seaside village right on the Adriatic coast, the location is simply stunning — peaceful, quiet, and with panoramic views straight from the room. I only stayed one night as I was flying out of Tivat, but in hindsight, I wish I had booked 2–3 nights to truly soak in the atmosphere. The room I had came with a private terrace overlooking the ocean...

Short break in Tivat, lovely little hotel. only 10-12 rooms. beautiful location, right on the waterfront, small restaurant for breakfast right next door, staff super friendly, room nice, cleaned every day.. bathroom was good. everything clean and worked perfectly. would absolutely recommend

Carubba was exactly as lovely as we have been thought beforehand. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was special but the portions were hugh! We could have leave the food but it was too good to leave! The room (12) was probably the best! One tiny minus concerns the small area between the sea and sun beds. It could have been cleaned daily.
