Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

We stayed here for just one night, which was enough for us. At £80 for the night, we didn’t have high expectations, and overall, it met them. The hotel has a retro feel – it reminded us of an 80s-style Benidorm retirement home. It’s clean but definitely in need of a modern refresh. Huge hotel with promised free parking, but their parking capacity is maybe 80% of the needs, so luck factor is there for finding a lot. Food was great, access to the sea was easy, pools were excellent and clean, but... We got a family room, it was smelling of uncleaned aircondition, daily room cleaning was not guaranteed, the pipe was damaged, so after every shower there was an inner-sea in the bathroom...

The hotel is old, more like 2 stars if we follow Western standards. The beach is not private contrary to what is written. Note 2 beach bars/clubs nearby so if you don't like the noise avoid it because it's there all day and night (impossible to relax at the swimming pool for example and you can hear it from the room too). Small family-run hotel in an excellent position with rooms and balconies overlooking the beautiful bay. Really friendly owner who served breakfast every morning. Great little restaurant! We had lunch here late June 2017 and it was surprisingly great. Hight quality food (we had meat, I assume fish is as good) great taste and great presentation, like you would expect form a fine restaurant not so common in Montenegro. No TV in the room but air-conditioned and well equiped with kitchen. About kitchen: i personally don't like mutual kitchen where anyone can interrupt you during cooking but i will not make big drama about it for 20 Euros for night. We came to Kotor based on our friends' recommendation. We paid €45 for 2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella for 3 people. The sea is beautiful, but the beach is filled with small pebbles. The pebbles aren’t too uncomfortable, but the turquoise color seen in photos isn’t real. We ordered pizza and risotto, and both were very delicious. The cocktails were average. In total, we paid €145.

Lively beach bar with very good views of the sea. We stopped by for a bite to eat and were served quickly. The portions were generous and the cevapi was particularly good. We were hoping to stay to use the sun beds but unfortunately they were very crowded and €45 for 2 beds and an umbrella is rather expensive.

Myself & my husband visited on 30th June 2024. We were greeted by a very nice front of house young lady who took us to our beds which we hadn’t reserved. Got in at 10am and already quite busy. Very nice beach resort and very comfortable. The sunbeds were relaxing and staff were lovely. The only thing I could mention is that it’s very family oriented with lots of kids running around. The beach is perfect for Montenegro and the food and drinks reasonably priced.

The price for the sunbed was high but it is worth depending of the position/location it is set. We paid for two beds 30€ on the first day and in the second day 35€. Great location, friendly staff, and a good restaurant - I had a great (but short) stay at the hotel and can definitely recommend it for people looking to be close but not in Old Town. The My only complaint was when I asked someone at the front desk to help book me a ride to the airport and they said it would be €40 - I declined and got a taxi for €23.

The scenery outside the window is so beautiful, even in a mountain view room, it is far beyond expectations. The facilities are similar to those of domestic B&Bs. After all, at this price, you can't ask for too much. The breakfast is OK.

We had a great time there. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are good but objects are a bit old. It is very close to the sea, just takes 5 minutes down. Above all, the owners are pretty, they offer handmade coffee all the time and there is a cosy atmosphere.

This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. Nice service and the houses are cute. Very fascinating that the bosses of this hotel do not now Serbian language. But they are friendly. The breakfast is okej, the coffee is not good. Very good service, very touching. The front desk manager is super nice, enthusiastic and thoughtful. I accidentally broke a cup, and he crawled under the table to clean up the broken glass. It was so big, it was really not easy. He also recommended a restaurant in the old town of Budva, the fish was excellent. The breakfast was also very good and quite rich.
