We went there for lunch. What a pleasant surprise!!! Impeccable service. Special mention for the attentive waiter and rare kindness on the bay. The food was delicious and affordable.

The location of the hotel, as well as the excellent service. Daniela, Milan, as well as the young staff, hardworking, responsive, always smiling and kind, always at your service. The hostess is very nice, welcoming - ready to devote time to each guest. The place and infrastructure are at the highest level - from parking to the place and distance from the sea. It's all a minute's walk away. As a person who has had a thyroid gland removed and who has similar restrictions regarding a place for a summer holiday, I must share my personal experience that this place was very pleasant and favorable for me. Another big congratulations to the whole team with gratitude for everything that was done in the previous days. See you next year!

Disappointing stay. Not recommended. We were given a room in the back building up on the hill, was not aware that was an option. Our original room had a flooding issue, there was a large pool of water on the bathroom floor, gratefully we moved to another room, but we received a towel with large gaping holes in it, see below pictures, I mean seriously??? How disgusting. And burn holes in the bedding, see photos below as well. No soap dish or any place to put your things in the shower. Location is beautiful but a challenge to get to kotor, and boat tours, didn’t realize the traffic would be that awful off peak (October) . Breakfast was disappointing, we are avid travelers and in comparison to other hotel buffets in countries around the globe this was really not great. No fresh fruit, just bananas and apples in a bowl, and if you’re not there early food was depleted. Staff were very friendly, pleasant. But overall we wish we had stayed somewhere else.

This hotel gave me a positive impression that was memorable enough to leave a positive comment even 2 years after my stay.It was my first time in Montenegro. My father and I made a reservation online by chance.We never expected a hotel in such a wonderful location with incredibly spacious and renovated roomsWe loved it so much that we stayed for almost a weekEspecially the head waiter, whose name I cannot remember right now, was so attentive, polite, sociable and the best in his job.Although there were many restaurant options, we couldn't wait to try their wonderful menus, delicious non-alcoholic cocktails and especially seafood every nightThe breakfasts were magnificent. It was a feast of taste with a variety of varieties, fresh and incredible presentations.Walking along that peaceful, lively road with my headphones on along the coastline is one of the moments I still remember when I close my eyes. It's like a little Italy. I really want to come back again as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful stay; the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, and towels were replaced daily.

Actually we have been on a cycling tour from Kotor to Tivat when we want a stop. While we have been at the bay the weather turned stormy and we find as a shelter this Montebay Perla.
The receptionist and the waiters are so kind that we decided to lunch what was delicious. And then we continue our rute. At the way back we went again because we were pleased. :)

Great location, right by the sea. Top service, excellent breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. 10/10 in my experience

We stayed in a Double Room with Sea View with a balcony but couldn't use the balcony because it was very dirty. The cleaner who was working on the 2 nights we were there only cleaned the inside of the room but not the balcony.
Our room is in Building B, which is the one up the hill. We had a car with us and it wasn’t that bad walking the short distance from the carpark to the building. However, it has no lifts. So, for those with many heavy luggage, this could be burdensome. Parking for guests is free.
Breakfast, to me, was only mediocre with a limited spread. They serve a lot of sweet pastries, which is not very healthy. Natasha at Front Desk speaks excellent English, and was very efficient and informative. Other than her, we did not liaise with other staff.
We wanted to eat at the restaurant one evening, but got put-off by the very loud music they played with many people doing line-dancing, and a DJ shouting instructions. How do you expect your guests to have a nice and quiet dinner with such racket going on?
For the price we had paid for the room (which includes breakfast), we had expected a better room in terms of amenities.

Barely ok due to the nice bed in the room and the excellent Wi-Fi. The room was very bare: no coffee or thee equipment, no minibar, one glass. The breakfast buffet was just adequate. The staff was not very hospitable. The location is ok, the view of the bay is nice, but the city center is quite a walk on a road with a lot of cars.
