A beautifully located hotel in a location a little bit remote from Herceg Novi. Huge plus points are the team, the cuisine, the views over the bay and the gardens. First trip to Montenegro and stayed in early June for 9 nights and the weather was high 20s - low 30s. Lovely hotel, staff and especially the scenery around the Bay of Kotor. Nice hotel and nothing more Old rooms. The food in the hotel is really bad. Dinner and breakfast were bad. Anyone who likes to eat something delicious should not go to the hotel's meals. The hotel will be good for everyone- couples, families (though the beach is not sandy), individual guests. Great hotel! Definitely recommend. Everything is very presentable and convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant with a sea view. Various delicious dishes. There is a wellness room with massage, shower, jacuzzi. Nice, clean pool. Private beach, sun loungers. The hotel staff does their job well, everyone is very polite. After check-out, you can leave your luggage and stay on the territory, swim.

We stayed here for just one night, which was enough for us. At £80 for the night, we didn’t have high expectations, and overall, it met them. Huge hotel with promised free parking, but their parking capacity is maybe 80% of the needs, so luck factor is there for finding a lot. We got a family room, it was smelling of uncleaned aircondition, daily room cleaning was not guaranteed, the pipe was damaged, so after every shower there was an inner-sea in the bathroom...

The hotel is old, more like 2 stars if we follow Western standards. The beach is not private contrary to what is written. Note 2 beach bars/clubs nearby so if you don't like the noise avoid it because it's there all day and night (impossible to relax at the swimming pool for example and you can hear it from the room too). This Hotel was really nice. For that price service was great. Food was awesome, and different every day . People who work there are friendly and always on service. Clean rooms and hotel. Only thing I didnt like is that my room was without sunlight so it was really cold( even if is outside 30C) And they could work on Wellnes centar to be cleaner. Nice hotel, food expensive onsite

The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.

Second time here, but this time in a new building. Nice room, excellent soundproofing between rooms. Everything you need (water, tea, coffee capsules, slippers, robes…) is available. We had a room with a view of the bay, quiet and beautiful. The Internet was disconnected a couple of times, but this problem was quickly solved after contacting the reception. I had such an amazing stay. The staff were wonderful, friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel and the location is stunning. The taxi services were a great addition for the swimmers. It’s my second time this year staying here and it’s one of my favourite. Rooms are very spacious and modern, rooms with marine view are a dream to sit with a coffee on the balcony and enjoy the marine views. We absolutely loved our week at the Perla and would love to go back one day. We have 2 kids (11, 8) and they had a blast. Food is excellent, service and staff are super helpful and make sure you are comfortable. This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the service attitude is very good. The room is big and has its own balcony.

My room was a bit dark but clean, with small kitchen, nicer bath, big balcony, decent internet but not really the international tv channels the site boasted. Most local and russian ones. Cleaning was fine. One longer power cut during the week. 80 meters to the beach.

The hotel have a very nice view and has the best beach just in front of it. One thing that you have to be aware of is the street to get to the hotel, very narrow.. The best way is to come from the main road..

We stayed here for a week pre season in early May and were the only guests. Vesna, Milan, Aleksandra and team were the most attentive folks ever. It is a shame that this charming hotel is closed. It looks stunning from the outside. This is pure beauty. You just have to look at it from the right perspective and think outside the box. The dream.

Hotel is located at the beach and has a decent room cleaninles and food in its restaurant. This hotel is like a hotel from Stephen King's Shinning. Once it was a great hotel founded in 1981 with glass modern architecture but nowadays it just have a spirit of passed days of its glory, still it has something creepy but charming, definitely something worth visiting it.

I really satisfied with acvomodation even I wqs in non renovated block. Maybe other rooms are wors but mine was ok. I was on 3rd floor and had amesing view. We did not have air condition but room was cold because it was good oriented. I can said food is perfect in hotel! Also best thing is that chipest sunbath and sununbrela is in front of hotel.
