A beautifully located hotel in a location a little bit remote from Herceg Novi. Huge plus points are the team, the cuisine, the views over the bay and the gardens. We absolutely loved our week at the Perla and would love to go back one day. We have 2 kids (11, 8) and they had a blast. This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. The hotel is very good and the price is very good. The only downside is that the location is not easy to find. At the entrance of the hotel, there is an alley, just turn in. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the service attitude is very good. The room is big and has its own balcony.

My room was a bit dark but clean, with small kitchen, nicer bath, big balcony, decent internet but not really the international tv channels the site boasted. Most local and russian ones. Cleaning was fine. One longer power cut during the week. 80 meters to the beach.

The hotel have a very nice view and has the best beach just in front of it. One thing that you have to be aware of is the street to get to the hotel, very narrow.. The best way is to come from the main road..

We stayed here for a week pre season in early May and were the only guests. Vesna, Milan, Aleksandra and team were the most attentive folks ever. Great view over the bay and such a nice location right by the ferry, easy for exploring. Rooms are clean, comfortable and the breakfast is fresh and simple. The hotel’s poolside interior is lovely and offers a relaxing space. However, the location near a busy 24h ferry port means frequent noise from horns and whistles. I don’t have enough words to describe how phenomenal this hotel was. From planning birthday surprises to helping us acquire cabs (not easy in Montenegro) and preparing meals that I will be thinking about for years, this was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had. Lovely little place. Staff very helpful. Superb breakfasts that effectively saved lunch. We stayed for dinner twice and really enjoyed it. We were also very happy they provided an earlier breakfast and lunch they were under no obligation to do when we went to Dubrovnik. You ideally need a car but at least away from the traffic around Kotor.

Clean rooms, airco, nice terrace, friendly service. But sheets are too small, bathroom has floor heating and can not be shut down (even in summer). We ordered a studio. The only difference with a room is the larger fridge + cupboard with plates, glasses and cutlery. No kitchenette, no water basin to clean the dishes, ... Sheets on the bed are not changed. Breakfast is in the restaurant at the beach...

Hight quality food (we had meat, I assume fish is as good) great taste and great presentation, like you would expect form a fine restaurant not so common in Montenegro.
