Place is special, old hotel complex with a lot of space, interesting concept like small city, streets inside complex, swimming pools, restaurants. But rooms are old, renovated bathroom

Towels doesn't look clean,bed is very hard, quilt and pillows are not comfortable. there is not even an electric kettle. was told it's a four star hotel, can't believe it

Air-condition are not working properly. Beds are not very comfortable doors are old. But it's old and I think state hotel. Big area, great concept, near beach, but must invest more

I cannot wait to return and enjoy my next vacation in luxury that this place evelopes you in

The staff can maybe learn a bit more English as well. Food is not always good, sometimes it’s very good and sometimes it’s not very appetizing. The entertainment is very good! A lot of fun stuff to do around the hotel

Quietly situated about 15 mins from harbour and 20 from old town. Pool perfect for quick dip and towels provided. Main thing about this hotel are the excellent helpful staff who can’t do enough for you

The hotel was lovely - bedroom was so spacious and clean, lovely dining area and it is great to have a free car parkas parking is challenging all across Montenegro! The location of the hotel is a bit tricky to get to but it is a residential part of town, so quiet and great for a good nights sleep and a good location to the sea front (10 min walk)

Cereal, toast and eggs for breakfast for us and was the only things we needed. And we really enjoyed the themed meals each night

The employees are very friendly and solution-oriented. We can spend our holidays here comfortably. Also the room was very big 😅

Very lovely stay at Hotel Invictus. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. We had a two bed suite at a very reasonable price - was so lovely to have a big sofa to relax on

It was a bit noisy at night, as there were night parties in the neighboring hotel and on the upper tier (where we slept) you could hear the sewage drain very well. And the cleaning was not very thorough

Reception staff is amazing, specially the guy named Lazar, he does literally everything, such an amazing energy, he made our stay so much better. Breakfast is good, super tasty

Otherwise, it was very cozy and close to the sea. There was always a parking place

Excellent Location, large, comfortable beds, service second to none. Courtyard dining and refreshments in the sun is an outstanding experience to watch the world go by. Very well looked after by very attentive staff

We were here for dessert and drinks after dinner. The restaurant is elegant and the desserts are very delicious. The service was perfect for everyone. We didn’t look for another place

It is one of the best places we stayed in during our recent vacation in Kotor. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. Breakfast was really good with excellent choices

coffee on tap in small cups so machine frequently visited! Large bed in a large room (107) with a lovely bathroom. Could do with a lighted mirror for make up in the bathroom which would double up for men shaving

The central location makes the hotel ideal as we could reach most of the places we wanted to visit with ease. The gym, sauna and other amenities make it convenient and the overall service is excellent

It was also remarkably well sound proofed. We enjoyed the use of the gym (there is also a sauna) and complimentary breakfast which had a great range. We would love to come back and stay at Hotel Vardar

What an incredible property - Aman recently reopened Villa Miloçer (Queen Marija's former summer residence which is on the mainland across from Sveti Stefan Island) after 3 years of closure, and it was absolutely lovely to stay there with so few guests

Best restaurant in Perast. The squid stuffed with shrimps are excellent. Shard is less tasty though. Service is good and the view is amazing

Elegant restaurant with professional service. You can eat great food looking at a beautiful view there. We ordered steaks and salad - totally worth their prices. I am sure if you go there you will be delighted.

- breakfast was nice, but a bit basic - lived that perast was closed off to cars on our visit CON'S - The hotel has rooms on different parts of perast, some of the rooms like ours were labelled as a different hotel name but 'managed by Hotel Conte' which seemed a bit weird

- the pool is up on the hill after quite a few staircases - so just be mindful if you want to access it - no gym or fitness centre :-( Overall - highly recommended and we would stay here again for sure

We truly appreciated the fast thinking and solution. - everything in the room was too low-level, including kettles, glasses, cups etc. so it seemed a little dangerous with our toddler at times

- We encountered an issue with the hot water running out mid shower with our toddler. Ed immediately got us a solution (had to complete her shower in a different, vacant room)

a pool invites you to relax a little before going to bed in the evening. the breakfast is freshly prepared and has a large selection. but the best thing is the service in the hotel

no wish remains unfulfilled, extremely friendly staff who can really read your wishes and questions from your eyes. You will not be disappointed with a stop with an overnight stay

Couldn’t beat the cleanliness but we would recommend this only with a car. It was fairly out of town. However we didn’t try the taxis so can’t really comment on these.

it is a new facility and owners are very good people. also it is very close to jaz beach, it is a good choice if you are interested to swim.

A wonderful vacation, a very pleasant place, close to the jazz beach, away from the Budva agglomeration.

Staff were brilliant, always there and helpful, and the room and facilities made this an amazing holiday, got to be honest only went in the pool once, but was really nice, we just seemed to enjoy the outside sea area with sun beds more you could just all day there watching the world go by, and swimming in the sea absolute amazing place and staff and a credit to the owners, already looking at going...

Stunning hotel in a great location, staff super friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice, very comfortable, clean and tidy. Pool area was beautiful as was the dock where the sunbeds were set by the sea

All-in-one: access to beach, on-site pool, simple breakfast to start the day. Getting there is a challenge to drivers that do not know how to maneuver on one street roads that de-facto are two way.

The scenery of the hotel was incredible, pool very clean and the location was great as we expected to be a 10 minute drive from kotor old town. Absolutely loved our stay and will be returning

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests

But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels all over the world but this breakfast was by far the best. All together, this place is amazing and we will definitely come visit again

One of the best hotels where I have stayed so far. Staff was genuinely helpful and our waiter for the morning breakfast buffet was a really nice person. Always brought us more quantity and even remembered what we drank

Breakfast is a la carte, I had an omelette delicious. There is a supermarket, turn left on leaving the hotel and a bakery on the right

Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was menu-based but quite good. Parking was free, and at €150 per night, it was a good deal. Plus, it’s within walking distance of Porto Montenegro

All the staff were friendly, helpful and kind and bent over backwards to try to make our visit as good as possible. We would be very happy to stay there again and would recommend it without hesitation

The only thing I would change is the playing of a music tape in the restaurant consisting of country and pop hits - it went round pretty quickly and seemed discordant with the view and ambience…

The lady in the kitchen makes wonderful breakfast and everybody are very polite. The hotel is away from the city center but if you are with a car it is perfect

Old hotel, kept its authenticity, wonderful view

At the back of the hotel, there’s a hillside densely covered with trees, it’s not an area you can walk through or explore, but the view from inside the hotel is beautiful and calming, like looking out onto a quiet forest

This hotel was built in the 1960s, carries a vintage charm that gives it a unique character you don’t often find anymore. While it’s clearly aged, that’s part of what makes it so special

One of the best hotels in Kotor, the restaurant is a must-try. Cheap and large! Better than any other place I've eaten! The key is that it's cheap and a 4-star hotel!

The location of the hotel is perfect. Rooms are clean and well decorated. The prices are affordable. Service and the staff are good.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of the center with nice restaurants and bars close by

The hotel in a fantastic location right on the water in Dobrata, just a few kilometres from Kotor old town. It was close to a good selection of bars and restaurants. The staff were fantastic - super friendly and helpful

There was a private beach with free sunbeds for hotel guests and a small pool that was immaculately clean. We stayed for two weeks and would have happily stayed longer

It is separated from the hotel by a very busy narrow holiday road. The hotel accommodation is small but has apartments next door. The adjacent accomodation has breakfast at the hotel so it gets quite busy after 09:00

The reception area converts into the breakfast hall and the staff are overrun. However they don't serve anything as everything is buffet style. Bathroom floor was wooden so it got quite wet

The cleaning was effective but we had to ask for the balcony to be cleaned. There was no change of bed linen during a nine day stay

The hotel now consists of three buildings and the construction work now appears to have been completed

I can understand if we would have forgotten it by the pool or the beach. From then on, when we weren't using towels, we kept them in the closet. The food and drink is delicious, the service is good

We stayed in Petrovac for a week. The personnel is nice, the hotel has three nice swimming pools surrounded by olive oil trees which provide natural shade. The balcony of our room had a beautiful view

The deposit for beach towels is 15 euros each, but keep an eye out because one of our beach towels was taken from the room during cleaning. It seems to be a money making place for the hotel

The room itself and the bathroom was clean and we didn’t have any problem. The Rooftop Bar/Café has the best view from the hotel. We would definitely recommend a stay here if you are coming to Petrovac

The hotel has an great hall for breakfast and dinner. We were satisfied with the courtesy of the staff and the variety of the food. I can recommend this hotel to the people who come in this area

We asked for more as we are two people staying in one room they said we don't give out tea and coffee. This is the first time I have been to a hotel that doesn't provide tea and coffee in rooms

The hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. 5 days in Budva, barely left the hotel, so much fun

Sadly breakfast was terrible staff are polite at reception. We ask to change rooms as it was very nosy. Lady at reception helped us and changed our room

Large sized rooms, we booked a suite and double room as we had a family of 6. Great location, lovely breakfast. Kids loved the pool, beside beach and near the Old town

This is a great reasonably priced hotel, Welcoming and helpful staff, No idea when room service staff appears but they do a great job. Worth the money
