The first impressions were good, until the moment when €600 disappeared from the wallet in the room. The general manager was disinterested in helping us. He pretended not to understand what happened. We reported the case to the police. When the police wanted to look at the footage from the security camera, it turned out that it was not working. The card reader, which is used when entering the room, was not functioning either, which means that anyone could have entered the room at any time. After this incident, I felt unsafe in the hotel. Avoid this hotel.

My wife and I spent 4 nights at this hotel. We were very pleased with the service. The staff is kind and ready to help and fulfill any desire. That's a big plus. The rooms were big, clean and modern. However, really expensive. This is not worth 200 EURO / night.

So, I had the penthouse.

Internet was bad. Which sucks if you need to do work.

No lift. Always had to go up down by foot from the 4th floor.

No drinks in minibar.

They lack basic ingredients for cocktails at the bar. So the bartender makes some powerful cocktails. Depends on what you like, but I like my cocktails tasting perfect.

The people are nice.

Location is ideal. Couple hundreds of metres from the beach, and city centre. Also little store for groceries directly underneath the hotel.

You don’t need an any second thoughts. It is the best choice you ever made about where to stay in Budva. Faruk is the very intimate and very helpful person in this hotel. You will never regret.

Near to old town of Budva,5 min walk.
Clean hotel with a nice staff and Faruc make you to feel like a real special guest.

Sincerely and without exagerating, the worse experience I have ever had in my whole life.
I paid for a service, they did not give me a receipt and claimed that I did not pay ... and it was not an error.
Everytime I went out of my room, the air conditioning was turned off when I was back (so they entered your room without even telling you).
Everytime I went out from my room, I felt totally insecured because of the person in the lobby ...
A hotel that I would recommend avoiding. In addition this is definitely not a 3 or 4 star hotel ...

I did not want to believe what was written and went there : i was wrong, the most terrible stay ever - the staff is rude, they asked us to leave the room at 6 am in the morning ! in front of the road - do not trust the room pictures (nothing to compare with the terrible reality)
