Great location, big space for complex, peaceful places, villas are in the park surrounded by old trees.

The staff was friendly, facilities were clean, and breakfast was good. The coastal view from the balcony was a highlight

What a wonderful characteristic building from the 70ies, I appreciate it is still there and honored, room 231 view towards the sea and to see a magnificent sunset, man from reception so friendly, hotel right at the beach, breakfast good to get strength for the day

It was serious hotel. Need to be refurbished.

A very nice hotel, with small but comfortable rooms and toilets. The hotel is pretty big and the yard is filled with grass. There is an outdoor restaurant and an open bar. There are two pools one big and one small, for the kids. There's a basketball field also. The food is mediocre. Overall, a nice cheap hotel, with a market nearby, and isolated from the noises of the city.

The location is a little hard to find, Amap (Tantu offline map) navigation will be wrong, and finally Google Maps is the solution. There are parking spaces inside, although not many, but generally enough.

Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, though there is no drinking water in the room and in the morning there was no hot water in the bathroom. Breakfast and lunch/dinner are not a buffet, but to order. You can order whatever you want, and they will cook it for you if the kitchen has all the products. The staff is excellent, they will help with everything. They checked you in for free 6 hours before check-in...

The hotel is generally very good but what makes this hotel great is actually the hotel staff. They are really good people, very friendly and very interested. I really thank them from the bottom of my heart.

Good hotel overall, the view from the room was great, you can see the airport and the Tivat Bay, the pool area has a great view, music plays and the bar is open. You can also use the sauna. The cleaning service could be improved a bit, otherwise everything is fine.

The staff here are like that from a 5 star hotel. They are so friendly and kind. They will do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool area with the view is beautiful and the food that I ate by the pool bar was really good and not expensive. My room was cozy and modern. Will definitely stay again!

Friendly hosts, amazing view, perfect place to discover Kotor and Tivat by car. Hotel has some minus points as there is already visible damage and technical issues in the room

It has an amazing view. There is alot of restaurants and markets close if you need. It also has a decent swimming pool. The place is close to many beautiful and old places the you shouldn't miss.

We had a great time there. The owners were very hospitable and helpful. The rooms are good but objects are a bit old. It is very close to the sea, just takes 5 minutes down. Above all, the owners are pretty, they offer handmade coffee all the time and there is a cosy atmosphere.

Normal 3 star hotel, but breakfast was terrible lived in hotel for 7 days and each day breakfast was the same... Coffee undrinkable too..

I have stayed here a few times when travelling with work. Staff are very friendly, WiFi is great. Breakfast is good too. Beautiful location. And they really helped organise things like airport transfer! Couldn’t ask for more

I like the breakfast garden. It is a quiet place and iis close to the sea. The stuff is very kind. Next time I come to Tivat I will be there again.

We stopped by this restaurant for lunch after spending a few hours at Forte Rose Beach first. The restaurant has a picturesque location. We were welcomed in a friendly and professional manner and were quickly given a table for four. Loved the hotel Forte Rose. Beautifully renovated, and located in the picturesque stone Village of Rose. The views across the bay over to Herceg Novi are spectacular. We enjoyed the fine dining at the restaurant, the Sunset views and the early morning swims. The staff was wonderfully kind and efficient.

Absolutely amazing view and experience on the water! We loved every second of it. The service is fantastic and the food is exceptional. A taste of Montenegro at its finest.

Great setting as the restaurant is in its own bay within Kotor Bay with views out towards the sea. We were helped tying to a bouy. Later their own Rib collected us on time and dropped us on their jetty. All the staff have been really nice and obviously naturally friendly. My wife had steak and I had Tiger prawn Pasta. Very nice place and location. Lovely team and staff especially Alexandra, she was professional supervisor to help and guide us wherever. I recommend this hotel and we will revisit this hotel in the future.

Extra accommodation !!! Rooms large, neat, comfortable. Beach in the yard, nicely decorated, clean sea. Restaurant within the facility with top quality food, perhaps the best in Tivat, and affordable prices !!! Staff friendly, always at your service. I am especially thrilled because this is a family business and everyone works together. All recommendations for this place !!! We will come again !!!

It is not bad, but at the end of the season many of the dishes on the menu did not have them. Anyway, compared to everything in the area here, it's mostly about income.
