My family and I had a terrible time at this hotel, don't waste your money. When we arrived (during a thunderstorm), staff changed our suite to a single room due to possible flooding in the suite (bedroom + living room) we booked. When we complained that we needed more space as we were travelling with a relative, they placed us in the suite we had originally "booked". The suite was in a basement with the building boiler next to it and the boiler was making a loud beeping noise all day and night (we complained twice regading the noise and nothing was done). We were only given ONE blanket for 4 people and were told they didn't have more. Then, to our surprise the next day, we had no hot water. No one came to clean our room, there were no shampoos, lotions etc, the shower leaked, and flooded the bathroom. The room was also extremely humid, had no balcony to dry our clothes and the window curtains were broken (laying on the floor broken). We had enough and had to complain yet again. We were then placed in a different suite for our last night which was bearable but had a balcony swarming with ants and other bugs. All in all, the staff was apologetic and urged us to leave a review as they mentioned this is not the first time that people encounter these types of issues with the hotel. I never leave hotel reviews but really affected our stay in Tivat and we could not stay quiet.

We were there for 4 days, the bed was not freshly made, the towels were changed, the room was not cleaned. Payment on arrival day cash and staff could not issue a receipt?! Very strange... For 500€ there are other much nicer places than Tivat.

Great staff, very helpfull. Close to the beach. It has it's own private beach and Red Lobster beach front next to it. Highly recommending

Because of covid-19 situation we are not able to enter Montenegro, but this hotel doesn't want to cancel booking and charges us with full price.
We tried to explain whole situation, we sent Polish government ruling and our cancelled fly tickets, but hotel ignored everything and stoped responding.

- If I may say so breakfast would be one of the most important things. It can distinguish itself from other hotels. Very good coffee, fresh bread, cucumber, tomato, vegetables, etc. And nice looking table setting. I missed it.
