It is possible to go down in the morning and immediately at the local restaurant to have breakfast for 5 € if you are a guest of this hotel. One of the best holidays in my life. Magical place!!!!! 10 out of 10

It is a wonderful place both in terms of its location and the facilities it provides. We would especially like to thank Olga, the manager of the business, for her caring and helpful approach.

Everything will tell you and show. The hotel is in the heart of the old city - live music is heard around restaurants, foreigners are around

It is an old building that has been renovated to match the old town, and the inside is clean. There is a supermarket nearby, and the entrance to the castle wall is also nearby, making it convenient

They genuinely wanted us to have the best time giving thoughtful suggestions, helping to book taxis (€10 or less to Old Town Kotor), providing top class breakfasts and drinks daily

And to top it off, the views from our room and the pool were stunning. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely go back if ever in Montenegro again

A short walk to the church & supermarket with the top swim spot nearby. In the other direction the promenade of Dobrota with all the restaurants. Would definitely come back again - 10/10

We will be visiting again soon. The location is a little bit out of the main Kotor which is nice as there is less people and a nice walk along the bay front into town. Would highly recommend to anybody

The breakfast was high quality and set us up for the day. There are some great restaurants within walking distance - La Ricotta and Konoba Timun

First the only reason why im giving this place three stars is the staff, Yaz, Matt and Mustafa, they are very helpful and they run both the guesthouse above the restaurant/cafe, were you also check in

The Noise Be cafefull at night in this part of Kotor, lots of Pubs turn into full on outdoor DJ/Dancing on the street till roughly 12:30AM. Next the guesthouse is a loud bar

This is a small and cosy hotel right in the middle of the old town. Great location and nicely presented accommodation. The stairs are small to go up so be prepared for that but the view is nice

During the time we were there, he made us very comfortable by showing a closeness that he would show to his family. The hamburger was quite delicious. We will definitely visit again

Nice room with a kitchen, great air con, washing machine (which we used free of charge) and a lovely hostess. Room has nice old-style character. Kotor is very small so this is well located within the old town

The host were friendly and even let us store our bags there for the day when we went on a boat tour. Location was perfect. Room has a kitchen and washing machine. Wifi was intermittent.

The hosts were great and helpfull, the place is in the middle od old town but without bars on the same street do Hood for sleepong (no noise).

I loved my stay at your family home in the walled town in Kotor, Montenegro. Its not like a hostel, its just like a pension or minbok in Korea. Very helpful host who shared secret eating spots outside the stone wall

Cheap, good location, friendly hosts. Of the minuses - a noisy place - during the day because of the tourists scurrying under the window, at night because of the pub next door. There were also problems with wifi.

Make sure you take some ear plugs as it can meet a bit noisy from the street even when the windows are closed but only until 11 pm or something. Book directly! Very hospitable owners. I highly recommend this place!!

Providing easy directions to get to the apartment which is quite easy to find with the directions and just off the Main Street, so not a whole lot of carrying out all the luggage, just one flight of stairs

I loved the place and the owner! The owner is 70 something year old lady and she is very kind and friendly. The place is in the old town, the location is perfect, and the room is spacious and clean!

The Guesthouse is located inside the Old Town which is great. There is a souvenir shop with the same name, so you enter there and do the check-in

With family we spent a lot of time in this hospitable restaurant during our vacation time and I must say we wasn't dissapointed at all. Delicious food and desserts, very caring stuff, we will miss all that.

Perfect apartment for digital nomads in Montenegro in Kotor area

Away from busy tourist crowds of Kotor but quick access to all the pleasures of the nature of this fabulous Bay - I'd say Lago di Garda is comparable if not somewhat simpler than this place

I have been there for two months. Although I have shared the big bathroom and big kitchen with other guests, but not busy. Ground floor have two individual apartments with private bathroom and kitchen

As long as you don't expect 500 thread count Egyptian cotton at 15 Eur per night, you are fine The host is very accommodating and understands way more English that she may speak. Always keeping the place tidy and cozy

The location is AMAZING - even though its second line and behind a busy-ish road, it takes less than a minute to reach a stunning Bay of Kotor [the passage to water is across the road 50 meters to the left]

Amazing view, large terrace, spacious rooms and strong WiFi connection throughout the apartment. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. 4/5 for cleanness, but nothing that would affect our enjoyment

one of the employees (the one working in the morning) was amazing. she was hardworking and very helpful, offering solutions we didnt even think about. we had a private beach infront of the ohouse and a nice popular bar

We stayed in penthouse few months ago and it was amazing. The terrace and the view were incredible. Felt bad that weather was terrible so we couldn`t enjoy it to the fullest!

Next to the beach, there is a café called PRC, where they play lovely music and serve excellent coffee. And the prices are more than reasonable. The apartment is clean and spacious enough

The location is amazing with a short walk to Porto Novi, if you drive, there is quick access to the main road. The host was really amazing, very helpful, and caring.

Anyway, it is not just the reviews about the hotel that are great it is the overall service to future guests - the hotel have been superb in supporting our request to cancel and have been very flexible in terms of altering the booking to new dates and have provided a voucher to use either here or at the partner hotels in the next 12 months

I went to Montenegro with my partner in crime. We fallen in Love with this piece of Paradise. The restaurant is nice, great breakfast, fresh fish every day, perfect customer service

My wife and i have only this week had to cancel our upcoming stay at the hotel due to the current COVID-19 situation and travel restrictions

An excellent hotel, not big, so the beach near the hotel is almost always free, the water is clean, the entrance into the water is rocky.

Everything is great, cozy, beautiful, great service and food. The only thing is to update the umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach.

We stopped by the little caffe to buy some homemade fresh goat cheese. It tastes very good and the owners were very friendly. On the other side of the street are some goats and chicken. It's a nice little place.

We were on a hiking tour and were happy to have a cold water and a fresh, ice-cold beer at a reasonable price. We were there on a Sunday afternoon. The owner was very nice.
