The only reason I gave 4 stars for this hotel is because they have the big sauna room with lots of jacuzzi. The room is decent, the air con is noisy, and it can't be turned off. The service is also decent. The breakfast option and variety don't represent the 5 stars hotel. But the location is quite strategic, in front of the Chingis Khan square.
Updates: it is noisy! The room insulation is not good, and the air conditioner in the room is outdated. You can not change the temperature and turn of it.

Avoid staying there, it’s overpriced. The room stinks and the bathroom was dirty. I stayed one night and charged for the Novotel for the same price. Even though it’s not the same usual Novotel standard, it was much better. And don’t try finding service, there isn’t! I had a lot a luggage and had to insist for help me bring it to my room.

If you stay on a high floor, you can enjoy the city view of Ulaanbataar.
To be frank, it is better than Best Western, considering its accommodation fee.

The building and location are OK, but the airconditioning is shut off beginning October. It is now still warm in UB and as the building is entirely made of glass, my room was 32 degrees celcius (90 f). Their advice is "to open a window".
The window in question is 20 by 30 cm and opens only slightly so this doesn't make any difference. Another thing is that UB is busy. Very busy. So the noice is constant if you leave the window open. I did not sleep and I will never. Sleep here again. 5 stars.... Many hostels in the city are better.

I booked a deluxe room on the 16th floor. I stayed there a one night. And it’s overpriced for their service and everything. The room didn’t even come with a bath I could use it was broken. And I tried to turn off the lights but didn’t find it so had to pull out the key. Their cleaning service is bad because I opened my mini bar and saw half-empty chocolate. They probably didn’t clean some areas that looked untouched. You can find a way better hotel in a different with a cheaper price!

Don't expect to get 5 star attention in BSky. The fancy building is indeed impressive and very well located but management is incompetent and the hotel has been equipped with the cheapest standards.

Centrally located Hotel in Ulanbator. Service is good but in-room dining food options are limited. Room prices are on higher side. Overall good hotel to stay for business travellers as all major work places are located nearby.

Sid not stay here but went to the cafe on the 23rd flr.
Very normal feel to it and nothing special . It was a winter's day and at 5pm visibility was not there.
As expected prices were high but we came for the experience.
Wont rush back here ..nothing special .

The room and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Nice view of the city. The only negative was other guests making noise in the corridor in the middle of the night.
