Ramada Ulaanbaatar City Center Hotel

Very nice hotel. Very clean and good service. The rooms are fine. Not over the top but clean with lots of amenities. The AC didn’t work super well in our room but we survived. The restaurant food is quite good and the rooftop level bar was a lot of fun. Overall a great experience.

The hotel is quite comfortable, harmoniously decorated. The food at the restaurant on the 5th floor is quite suitable for me, and has a reasonable price. This hotel is located at a rather busy intersection, convenient for walking to many interesting places nearby.

I stayed here near Christmas, and it was a pleasant experience. We booked through their website because they had a special online reducing the price of the rooms.

Our room was comfortable and looked reasonably clean. It was a bit warmer than I'm used to, and I couldn't figure out the climate controls for the room. And with the pollution in Ulaanbaatar, I found it difficult to open the window for long. The hotel provided a number of amenities that are more standard in western countries than in Mongolia, like shampoo, soap, house slippers, shower caps, etc. The bathroom smelled a little strange but with the fan exhaust on it was fine.

The Hansang Restaurant that the hotel serves breakfast at was good. There's a reasonable amount of options both hot and cold, and it was a breakfast buffet.

Finally, the majority of the hotel staff spoke English really well! So if you're traveling to Mongolia without knowing Mongolian it's very reassuring to know that you'll be able to communicate with this hotel staff.

Excellent place for couple activity. Not too much pricey. Neat place overall. Breakfast was lovely.

No doubt that the Ramada UB City Center is one of the best hotels in the city. What I loved the most about this hotel is that it is connected to a large mall with many stores and food outlets - so convenient for shopping and eating.

Hansang Restaurant and Cafe Restime are also a part of the hotel building, and both were great! The rooms are super comfortable (the one I had featured an amazing panoramic view of UB city - breathtaking), and the shower is huge!!

Finally, the staff were super helpful in assisting me with organising airport transfers and car rental for the day, where I got to see the beautiful Terelj National Park. Overall, I had a memorable stay here- would definitely recommend!
