On the night I arrived on 12 May 25. No wifi, no internet, no TV but staff hauled my luggage 4 floors up because there is no lift

The room had stains on the floor. The room was very cold. They charged us for a bottle of water which is usually complimentary in many hotels!

Quiet place in busy city, nearby the city center. Clean hotel with friendly personnel who speak English. Big double bed rooms for a fair price. However, there is no airco in the room.

Convenient location but NO hot water for 2 days!! View from 1 window was a brick wall. Bed linen and curtains were elegant. Staff were friendly and helpful

You can feel like you are home here. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is free. Also they have billiard tables. The location is the best thing of this place - in the city center.

Staff is REALLY kind and the place is clean and nice. Rooms are unfortunately too warm and without AC. Daily room cleaning is the strict minimum (bed not done, only towels changed).

Look good but there are quite a lot disadvantages
- Extremely warm and no possibility to adjust the room temperature
